Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran tentang Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanianlapangan. (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara disiplin kerja yang diberikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan. (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara motivasi kerja yang diberikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan. (4) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerjapenyuluh pertanian lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunkan pada penelitian ini yaitu dekskriptif Kuantitatif. penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (dipengaruhi). Dalama penelitian ini jumlah populasisebanyak 100 orang (Jumlah keseluruhan penyuluh pertanian lapangan). Analisis Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil uji statistic menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruhyang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. 3 Hasil statistic uji F menunjukan dua variabel bebas ini secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan atau berarti terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi, Kinerja

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the financial performance of PT Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul, Tbk used Return On Investment (ROI) and Residual Income (RI) analysis. The sample in this research was the financial statements of PT. Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbk from 2018-2022. The type of data used was secondary data Data collection was carried out using the documentation method, the data sources used were taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research showed that the financial performance of PT. The Sido Muncul Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry for the 2018-2022 time frame used Return On Investment (ROI) analysis to assess the financial performance of PT. The Sido Muncul Herbal Medicine and Pharmaceutical Industry were in good condition by producing positive ROI, but its state was still erratic. Based on industry standards, the company's ability to return on investment was good, which means that the company's financial performance has been effective. However, according to the Residual Income (RI) calculation, in assessing the financial performance of the financial company PT. The Sido Muncul Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry revealed that the RI obtained had a negative value for 5 consecutive years during the 2018-2022 period due to the cost of the company's capital. Thus, it can be said that the company has not been able to provide economic added value for shareholders and that its financial performance has not been effective and efficient because the R1>0.

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) Know the description of teacher professionalism, work motivation, and soft skill, (2) analyze the influence of word motivation and soft skill ont teacher professionalism both partially and simultaneously. The populations in thus study were 50 teachers of SMAK St.Gabriel Maumere. Due to limited populations, this research was conducted through a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistic, namely multiple linear regressions. Hypotthesis testing was done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the variables of teacher professipnalism, work motivation and soft skill were categorized as very good. The results of the t-test statistic showed that partially the variables of word motivation and soft skilol hand a positive and significant effect on teachers’ professionalism. The statistical result of the F test showed that simultaneously the variables of work motivation and soft skil had a significant effect on teacher professionalism.The statistical results of the F test showed that simultaneously the variables of work motivation and soft skills hand a significant effect on teacher professionalism, The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the variation of the teacher professionalism enhancement at SMA St.Gabriel Maumere by 82.00%

Abstract

Salah satu jenis koperasi yang sangat berkembang saat ini adalah koperasi simpan pinjam (KSP) yang bergerak dalam bidang pemupukan simpanan dari anggota dan dipinjamkan kembali kepada anggota yang memerlukan bantuan dana. tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis rasio keuangan profitabilitas dalam menilai kinerja keuangan KSP Kopdit Pintu Air. Kegiatan magang inidilaksanakan di KSP KOPDIT PINTU AIR yang bertempat di dusun Rotat, Desa Ladogahar, Kecamatan Nita, Kabupaten Sikka. Kegiatan magang dilakukan selama kurang lebih empat bulan terhitung mulai dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan Desember 2023. Return On Equity (ROE) yang dihasilkan dari tahun 2017-2021 adalah 1.30%, 1.42%, 1.34%, 0.21%, dan 0.34%. Nilai rasio ini berada dibawah standar terendah yaitu 3% atau dengan kata lain berada pada kriteria tidak baik. Dengan demikian rentabilitas koperasiselama lima tahun yang ditinjau dari Return On Equity (ROE) dapat dinyatakan belum rentabel dalam menghasilkan laba (SHU). Return On Asset (ROA) yang dihasilkan dari tahun 2017 - 2021 adalah 0.16%, 0.18%, 0.18%, 0.11% dan 0.16%. Nilai rasio ini masih berada dibawah standar terendah yaitu 1% atau dengan kata lain berada pada kriteria tidak baik. Dengan demikian rentabilitas koperasi selama lima tahun yang ditinjau dari Return On Asset (ROA) dapat dinyatakan belum rentabel.
