Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran tentang Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanianlapangan. (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara disiplin kerja yang diberikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan. (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara motivasi kerja yang diberikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan. (4) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerjapenyuluh pertanian lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunkan pada penelitian ini yaitu dekskriptif Kuantitatif. penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (dipengaruhi). Dalama penelitian ini jumlah populasisebanyak 100 orang (Jumlah keseluruhan penyuluh pertanian lapangan). Analisis Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil uji statistic menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruhyang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. 3 Hasil statistic uji F menunjukan dua variabel bebas ini secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan atau berarti terhadap kinerja. Kata kunci: Disiplin, Motivasi, Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran Brand Ambasador, Brand Image, Harga dan Keputusan Pembelian. (2) mengetahui pengaruh Brand Ambasador, Brand Image, Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Nusa Nipa, berjumlah 95 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistic inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji T. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variable Brand Ambasador, Brand Image, Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistic uji t menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabelBrand Ambasador, Brand Image, Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukan bahwa secara simultan semua variable bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukan ketiga variable bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Keputusan pembelian produk Skincare Scarlett Whitening sebesar 60,4%.

Abstract

This study aims to : (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism, and achievement motivation; (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and achievement motivation employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 38 employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using deccriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, professionalism and achievement motivation are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of 29.25%.

Abstract

The background of this research aims: 1). To find out the work performance of apparatus in four villages 2). To analyze the effect of work behavior and work conflict on the performance of village officials. The population in this study were village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village), totaling 32 people. The population is limited, so this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and differential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the t test and f test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the three variables are categorized as not good. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus. The results of the t test statistics show that partially the work conflict variable has a negative and significant effect. The results of the f test statistics show that simultaneously the variables of work behavior and work conflict have a significant effect on work performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two variables are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the village apparatus in Kewapante District (In Ian Tena Village, Wairkoja Village, Seusina Village and Namangkewa Village) of 28.5%.

Abstract

The background of this research was that the employees' performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency had not been maximized. This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, person-job fit, and person-organization fit; and (2) analyze the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employees at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency as many as 50 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variable of employee performance. person-job fit, and person-organization fit were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic indicated that partially the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test statistic showed that simultaneously the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables significantly affected employee performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency by 42.1%.

Abstract

The background of this research were to (1) determine the description of employee performance, supervision and job bornout, (2) analyze the influence of supervision and job bornout on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency as many 57 people. Due to limited population, this research employed census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesi testing was done through the F-test and t-test.The descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, supervision, and job bornout were categorized as good. The T-test statistical results showed that partially, the variable supervision had a positive influence and significant on employee performance. Furthermore, the job bornout variable negatively and significantly influenced employee performance. The F-test statistical result revealed that variables of supervision and job bornout had a significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, the determination analysis addressed that two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance in the Regional Revenue Agency office of Sikka Regency by 31,20%.
