Abstract

Reforms have brought changes to civil servants, including the police of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out the partial leadership style had a significant effect on Sikka Police investigators. In accordance with the formulation of the problem and research objectives, this research design uses descriptive research methods. Determination analysis results obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.567 which means that the three independent variables in this are able to explain the variations in the performance of the Sikka Police Investigator's performance of 48.90%. While the remaining 51.10% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

The research aims to analyse the influence of competence and work discipline on the work performance of the staff at the Youth and Sports Education office in Sikka district. The study used a sample of 57 employees as respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research. While the method used is sampling saturation. The results showed that multiple linear regression equations in the study were known that Y = 6.306 + 0.076 X1 + 0.696 X2 where competence (X1), did not have a partial effect on employee work performance (Y). Meanwhile, the working discipline partially affects the employee's work performance (Y) and competency variables (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously influence the work performance of the staff (Y) of the Youth and Sports Education Office of Sikka District. Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memutuskan dampak Pemenuhan Pekerjaan terhadap Pameran Perwakilan Kantor Pemuda dan Olahraga Sikka Rule. Teknik investigasi yang digunakan adalah konsekuensi dari tes instrumen, yang terdiri dari tes legitimasi dan kualitas yang tak tergoyahkan, pemeriksaan terukur yang berbeda, tes amsumance tradisional yang terdiri dari tes ordinariness, tes heteroskedastisitas dan tes linearitas, memanfaatkan program SPSS, pemeriksaan cara, dan pemeriksaan bootstrap. Aparat pemeriksaan informasi dalam penelitian ini jelas merupakan investigasi dan dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Dampak dari studi pemeriksaan yang tidak salah lagi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat Wawasan Responden untuk Faktor-Faktor Eksekusi Kerja adalah 74,07% dengan klasifikasi yang bagus. (2) Tingkat Ketajaman Responden terhadap Faktor Tempat Kerja adalah 70,06% dengan kelas yang bagus. (3) Tingkat Kearifan Termohon terhadap Variabel Pemenuhan Keraja adalah 72,33% dengan kelas yang layak. Mengingat konsekuensi dari pemeriksaan cara, dampak langsung dari variabel tempat kerja pada Eksekusi Pekerja adalah 0,1802. Dampak langsung ini lebih sederhana jika dibandingkan dengan dampak menyimpang dari variabel tempat kerja pada Eksekusi Pekerja melalui Pemenuhan Pekerjaan, yaitu 0,2394

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is aims to determine the effect of the level of (1) cash turnover against economic rentability, (2) the accounts receivable turnover against economic rentability, (3) cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover for economic rentability. Subjects in this study is a credit cooperative Tuke Ler Hewokloang and its object is cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and economical rentability. The type of date in this study were collected quntitative data with documentation techniques and analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis. The Result of this study showed (1) the level of cash turnover does not affect the economic rentability, (2) the level of accounts receivable turnover ratehas an effect and not significant to economic rentability, (3) the level of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover rates affect and significant the economic rentability in Credit Cooperative Tuke LerHewokloang. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran tentang Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanianlapangan. (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara disiplin kerja yang diberikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan. (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara motivasi kerja yang diberikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan. (4) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerjapenyuluh pertanian lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunkan pada penelitian ini yaitu dekskriptif Kuantitatif. penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (dipengaruhi). Dalama penelitian ini jumlah populasisebanyak 100 orang (Jumlah keseluruhan penyuluh pertanian lapangan). Analisis Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil uji statistic menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruhyang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. 3 Hasil statistic uji F menunjukan dua variabel bebas ini secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan atau berarti terhadap kinerja. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Magepanda (Desa Kolisia, Desa Magepanda, dan Desa Reroroja). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Aparatur, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik pada Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Magepanda (Desa Kolisia, Desa Magepanda dan Desa Reroroja); (2) menganalisis pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Magepanda (Desa Kolisia, Desa Magepanda dan Desa Reroroja) baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Magepanda (Desa Kolisia, Desa Magepanda dan Desa Reroroja), berjumlah 33 orang. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t dan Uji F. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja Aparatur, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur. Hasil statistik uji f menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Disiplin Kerja dan variabel Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Magepanda (Desa Kolisia, Desa Magepanda dan Desa Reroroja) sebesar 36.6%.

Abstract

This research is grounded on the issue of the achievement of performance that has not reached the specified target. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, workability, and workmotivation; (2). analyse the work ability and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency both simultaneouslyor partial. The population in this research were employees who worked at the Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency as many as 57 people. Due to limited population, this research was carried out by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing done through the F test and t test. The results of the description analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, work ability, and work motivation were categorized as good. The results of the test statistics showed that the variables of work ability and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. The results of the F tes statistics showed that the variables of work ability and work motivation had a significant effect on employee simultaneously. The determination analysis result reveald that the two independent variablesin this study were able to explain the fluctuation of the employee performance at Regional Revenue Agency of Sikka Regency by 38.7

Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) find out the description of administrations’ Performance, Work Facilities, and Work Communication on Village Administrations in the Kewapante sub-district (2) analyze the influence of Work Facilities and Work Communication on the Village Administrations’ Performance in the Kewapante sub-district, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research was 32 people. This research was conducted through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. The descriptive analysis showed that the performance variables of administrations and work facilities were categorized as good enough while communication was categorized as not good. The t-test statistics showwed that partially the work facilities variable had a positive and significant effect on the official administrations’ performance. The results of the t-test statictic showed that partially the work communication variable had a signoficant and positive effect on the administration’s performance. The results of the f-test statistics showed that simultaneously the variables of work facilities amd work vommunication had a significant influence on the administrations’ performance. The results of the analysis of determination were able to explain the fluctuation of village administrations, performance in the Kewapante Sub-district by 47%.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, professionalism and organizational commitment; and (2) analyze the effect of professionalism and organizational commitment on employee performance bith partially and simultaneously. The populations in this research were employees at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency as many as 43 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, professionalism, and organizational commitment were categorizedas good. The results of the test statistic showed that partially the variables of professionalism and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the T-test statistic showed that simultaneously, the professionalism and organizational commitment variables had a significant effect employee performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuation of employee performance at the Inspectorate Office of Sikka Regency by 25,1%

Abstract

The background of this research is health workers’ performance at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency was not optimal. This study aimed to (1) describe health workers performance, emotional intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior. (2) analyzing chiter partailly or simultaneously the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on the work performance of health workers at Bola Health Center Sikka Regency. The population in this study were health workers at Bola Health Center in Sikka Regency, totaling 64 people. This research was conducted through census or saturated sampling due limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hy pothesis testing in done through the t test and and F test. The results of the descriptive analysis revealed that the performance variabels of health workers, emotionaal intelligence, and organizational citizenship behavior were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially the variabels of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence on health workers performance. The statisticial results of the F test showed that simultancously the variables of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior had a significant influence on health workers performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the contribution  of emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior on health workers performance in Bola Health Center wa 21,3%.
