Abstract

The education sector is one of the areas affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The online learning system is also the only option in areas affected by Covid-19. One of the learning media applications used during this pandemic is Google Classroom. However, not all elementary schools, especially in East Sumba Regency, use online learning media because of the limited understanding of technology by educators. Therefore, training on the use of the Google Classroom online learning media application will help teachers to be able to carry out effective and efficient learning. The method used in this activity is the tutorial method and direct practice. This PKM activity was carried out at SD Masehi Lambanapu. The results of the implementation of this activity were that all 8 training participants at SD Masehi Lambanapu were satisfied and could understand the training materials well which they could apply in learning activities at school. Keywords:  Google Classroom; Learning Media; Pandemic Covid-19; Sumba Timur.   ABSTRAK Bidang pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang terkena dampak pandemi Covid-19. Sistem pembelajaran online pun menjadi satu-satunya pilihan di daerah terdampak Covid-19. Salah satu aplikasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan di masa pandemi ini adalah Google Classroom. Namun, belum semua sekolah dasar khususnya di Kabupaten Sumba Timur menggunakan media pembelajaran online tersebut karena keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi para tenaga pendidik. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi media pembelajaran online Google Classroom akan membantu para guru untuk dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode tutorial dan praktik langsung. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di SD Masehi Lambanapu. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah seluruh peserta pelatihan yang berjumlah 8 orang guru di SD Masehi Lambanapu merasa sangat puas dan dapat memahami materi pelatihan dengan baik yang dapat mereka aplikasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type picture and picture assisted by flashcard media on students' biology learning outcomes in the subject of the human excretory system. This study is a quasi-experimental study, with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample in this study was class XI MIPA2 (experimental class) using the picture and picture type cooperative learning model assisted by flashcard media and XI MIPA3 (control class) using the conventional learning model. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, conducted at SMA N 3 Waingapu, even semester, Academic Year 2022/2023. The research instruments were in the form of documentation and a written test of 50 multiple choice questions, consisting of 10 pretest questions and 15 posttest questions which were conducted in 2 meetings. The research data were analyzed using statistical tests, namely the Validity test, Reliability test, Normality test, Homogeneity test, t test (paired sample t test) using SPSS version 22. Based on the results of the analysis, the average posttest value for the experimental class was 77.70 and the control 55.2. The results of hypothesis testing with paired samples t test obtained sig (2-tailed) <0.05 (0.00 <0.05). This shows that there is an effect of using the picture and picture type cooperative learning model assisted by flashcard media on the biology learning outcomes of class XI students.

Abstract

Causes some students to be often tired in class, while others become docile, lack confidence, pay less attention, and be distracted by friends. The results of students' learning are impacted by this At Waibakul Christian Middle School, grade VIII students participated in this study to find out how the Cooperative Learning Model, which uses pictures and pictures typed out by media posters, affected their learning outcomes.  Research of this kind is experimental research. Class VIII MIPA 1 served as the control class in this study whereas VIII MIPA 3 served as the experimental class. Using a quasi-experimental research design. 49 students made up the sample for this study, which employed non-probability sampling methods, namely the purposive sampling methodology. From pre- and post-testing, learning outcomes in the cognitive domain are determined. The statistical method used for the analysis is a test paired sample t-test. The study's findings showed that the experimental class's average value was 71 and the control class's was 55. It can also be deduced that the cooperative learning model, image and picture kinds, and poster medium supported by Waibakul Christian Middle School class VIII students' learning outcomes since test paired sample t-test earned value sig (2-tailed) 0.000 0.05. Keywords: Cooperative, Picture and Picture, Poster Media, Learning Outcomes, Learning ModelAbstrak Menyebabkan sebagian siswa sering lelah di dalam kelas, sedangkan sebagian lainnya menjadi penurut, kurang percaya diri, kurang perhatian, dan teralihkan perhatiannya oleh teman. Hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh hal tersebut Di SMP Kristen Waibakul, siswa kelas VIII berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Model Pembelajaran Cooperative yang menggunakan gambar dan gambar yang diketik dengan media poster mempengaruhi hasil belajar mereka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Kelas VIII MIPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dalam penelitian ini sedangkan VIII MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen semu. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 49 siswa yang menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yaitu metodologi purposive sampling. Dari pra-dan pasca-tes, hasil belajar dalam domain kognitif ditentukan. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 71 dan kelas kontrol adalah 55. Dapat juga disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif, jenis gambar dan gambar, dan media poster didukung oleh hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Kristen Waibakul. karena uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,000 0,05.
