Abstract

Interactive learning media is a combination of videos, animations, images, and audio on learning media that allows users to interact and understand the material because the learning process becomes interesting, interactive, and effective. The trend of publications that have the highest number of citations, the classification of university or organization rankings, journals and publications, and the use of keywords along with using a database from Google Scholar. The method used is bibliometric analysis. A total of 442 articles were collected from the Publish or Perish (PoP) application using the Google Scholar database which was then combined into 1 file with RIS format and entered into the VOSviewer application to obtain network visualization and visualization overlays. The results show that the trend of publications related to interactive learning media in mathematics education in Indonesia in the last five years (2016 - 2022) has increased every year, the most citations are in the organization "State University of Yogyakarta", in the journal JIPMat, in the article (Istiqlal, 2017). Adobe flash became the most cited learning media keyword. The keywords that became the new theme were Articulate storyline, ispring, discovery learning, interactive games, plane figure, and quadratic functions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the NHT and TPS learning models on mathematics learning outcomes, the impact of student learning styles on mathematics learning outcomes, and the result of the interaction of learning models and student learning styles on mathematics learning outcomes. This type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of two classes (experimental and control) which were taken using Cluster Random Sampling from the population of all course VIII students of SMP 4 Muhammadiyah Surakarta in the academic year 2021/2022. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and tests. Before the research, a balance test was conducted to determine whether the two samples had the same initial abilities. The normality test and homogeneity test are prerequisite analysis tests in this study. The data analysis technique using two-way cell analysis of variance is different, with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the NHT and TPS learning models affected mathematics learning outcomes. The mathematics learning outcomes of students who were given the NHT learning model tended to be better than those who were given the TPS learning model. Learning styles affect the results of learning mathematics. Students with an auditory learning style get better learning results than visual and kinesthetic learning styles. The interaction between the NHT and TPS learning models on mathematics learning outcomes in terms of student learning styles

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the implementation of computational thinking research results on mathematics learning in Indonesia. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review (SLR) by using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) protocol. The sample consists of 25 results of computational thinking research on mathematics learning, the sample is journal articles and proceedings published in 2019-2023. The description of this research will be reviewed based on the year of research, the level of education, research location, and research methods used. The results of the study show that (1) computational thinking research on mathematics learning has increased every year where 2022 become the year with the most number of publications, there are 15 articles, (2) 32% (8 articles) of computational thinking research on mathematics learning is conducted at the university level, (3) East Java is the province with the most research on computational thinking on mathematics learning, with 7 studies, (4) quantitative method is the method most frequently used in computational thinking research on mathematics learning in Indonesia, there are 12 studies that used quantitative method, and (5) students are able to perform abstraction and algorithm processes. However, they still have difficulty in performing the decomposition and pattern recognition processes.

Abstract

Merdeka curriculum was developed by the Government in order to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Merdeka Curriculum, introduced by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek), is a new curriculum that allows schools to adapt learning to the needs and characteristics of students. However, in its implementation, teachers experience several obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum, one of which is in designing assessments and evaluations. Teachers have difficulty in managing classroom conditions due to the lack of clarity in diagnostic assessments. This research aims to provide training in preparing diagnostic assessments to determine students' initial abilities before learning. The method used in this community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The subjects in this study were MTs and MA teachers at Cinta Ilmu School, totaling 18 people. Based on the data obtained during the training, the teachers felt enthusiastic and satisfied with the presentation of material that was in accordance with the needs and professional presenters so that the material provided could be easily understood by the participants. It is indicated by the average score index of overall participant satisfaction reaching 3.54, which is in the very satisfying category. While the satisfaction index in the reliability aspect reached a score of 3.7, the tangible evidence aspect reached 3.5, the responsiveness aspect reached 3.4, the guarantee aspect reached 3.5, and the service aspect reached 3.6.
