Abstract

Alai Village which is located in Lembak District, Muara Enim Regency is an area that has considerable potential in producing pineapples, but has not been utilized optimally by farmers, most of the pineapples produced are directly sold raw without being processed by them. The processing of pineapples packaged in plastic zippers is intended to extend the shelf life of the fruit, maintain the nutritional value, and increase the economic value of the fruit. With this processing empowerment, it is hoped that it can help improve the village economy and utilize pineapple raw materials that are more durable to bring up various innovations of processed pineapple in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and product design on purchasing decisions. Using quantitative analysis techniques using SPSS 25. The population in this study were all consumers who bought jumputan fabric at Cahaya Jumputan Production House, Tuan Kentang Palembang, namely 486 consumers for one year. The number of samples taken is at least 5 times the number of indicators used in the study. In this study there were 23 question items, so the minimum sample size needed was 23 x 5 = 115 samples, data analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study concluded that the price variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions asevidenced by the Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a Sig value of 0.004 <0.05, product design variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, price variables, product quality and product design simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of testing the correlation coefficient (R) obtained a value of 0.563. this shows that the level of relationship between the price, product quality and product design variables on purchasing decisions is moderate (56.3%) and the results of the study using the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value of 0.316. This shows the magnitude of the contribution between the price, product quality and product design variables can explain the purchasing decision variable by 31.6%, the remaining 68.4% can be explained or influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Product Design, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Partner in this activity is Raja Keripik Cassava Chips (RK) Business Group which has been running its business for 3 years. It is located in 13 Ulu Palembang. Product sold by partner is cassava chips with original and hot balado variants. The product produced has more special characteristics than another similar product. The product is called "sliced ​​cassava", in which it is so crunchy and every people, even old people, can eat it easily. In addition, it is safe for consumption because there is no preservatives in it. However, the marketing method used by partner is still conventional, in which they still entrust the product at stalls around. It causes small profits and the product is not well known by the wider community. Based on the problem faced by partners, Indo Global Mandiri University PKM Team gave a workshop on the use of digital marketing as a media for product marketing. This activity was not only attended by partner but also attended by several other businessmen in 13 Ulu. Based on the evaluation conducted by the PKM Team, it was found that after the activity took place, there were 61% of participants who didn't know how to use digital marketing had understood and utilized the technology in selling their product to compete with another similar businessmen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of authoritarian leadership style and competence on the performance of employees of PT Konsultan Wira Karya Teknik Konsultan Palembang. The objects in this study were all 40 employees of PT Wira Karya Teknik Konsultan Palembang. The analysis technique used was multiple analysis which was processed with the help of the SPSS version 22 computer program. This study used a sampling technique by means of saturated sampling. The sample in this study is to take all the population as many as 40 samples. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used was multiple analysis which was processed with the help of the SPSS version 22 computer program. The results of the study found that using the t test on authoritarian leadership style had a positive and significant effect on work performance with a value of 3.376 > 2.026 with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. Competence has a positive and significant effect on work performance with a value of 2.116 > 2.026 with a significance of 0.041 < 0.05. Based on the results of the multiple regression coefficient test, the final equation is Y = 5,000 + 0,468 X1 + 0,311 X2 + e. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it is known that the influence of authoritarian leadership style and competence on employee performance at PT Wira Karya Teknik Konsultan Palembang is 46.5%, and based on the calculation results of the F hypothesis test is accepted so that the hypothesis Ha is accepted which is in a strong correlation with Fcount > Ftable (16,090 > 3.25), or in other words, there is an influence of authoritarian leadership style and competence on employee performance at PT Wira Karya Teknik Konsultan Palembang.

Abstract

Human resources at the Hospital are professionals who work to provide health services and are the spearhead of the progress of the Hospital. High job pressure, boredom with routines, and unsatisfactory income lead to low commitment to the organization, besides that it creates boredom (burnout) which can lead to the desire to move to another workplace (turnover intention). This study aims to determine the effect of burnout and affective commitment on employee turnover intention at YK Madira Palembang Hospital. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a sample of 86 respondents using simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques using the t test and F test and multiple linear regression. The results of the t test for the burnout variable (X1) show that there is a positive and significant effect of burnout on employee turnover intention at YK Madira Palembang Hospital, where the t calculated value for the burnout variable is 6.437 > t table which is 1.988, there is also a negative and significant affective commitment effect on employee turnover intention at YK Madira Palembang Hospital, where the t calculated value for the affective commitment variable is -3.162 > t table (1.988). The calculated results of the analysis of the F test, obtained the calculated F value (23.962) > F table (3.06) indicating that the variables X1 burnout and X2 affective commitment have a positive and significant effect together (simultaneously) on turnover intention at RSIA YK Madira Palembang based on the results of the F test analysis measurement simultaneously. It is hoped that hospitals and management should pay more attention to their employees, especially in terms of setting targets and providing salaries and incentives to provide training, promotion, career advancement with the aim of increasing their commitment to the company to reduce the rate of turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on consumer decisions in using the delivery service of PT JMS Logistics Palembang City. This research uses quantitative methods. The population studied is consumers who use the delivery service of PT JMS Logistics Palembang City. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique with a total of 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 24. The results of the research and hypotheses show that: 1) brand image partially has a positive effect and significant to consumer decisions with a sig. 0.032 and tcount = 2.205, 2) service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a sig value. 0.000 and tcount = 6.035, 3) brand image and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a sig. 0.000 and Fcount = 26.658, 4) the coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that the brand image and service quality variables can explain the consumer decision variable by 50.6%, while the remaining 49.4% is explained or influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with the aim of knowing the effect of job training and career development on employee performance at PT Alita praya Mitra Palembang. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test analysis, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire. Based on this study it can be concluded that Job Training (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that ρvalue = 0.000 and <standard value which is 0.05 while t-count = 3.210 where this number is > 2.021 and career development (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance. This shows the results of ρvalue = 0.003 and <standard value 0 .05 while t-count = 4.057 where this number is > 2.021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten kreatif, interaksi pengguna dan popularitas influencer terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada program afiliasi TikTok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 96 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif TikTok di Kota Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis parsial t pada variabel konten kreatif menunjukan nilai sebesar 2,350 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,021 < 0,05, sedangkan variabel interaksi pengguna menunjukkan nilai 6,625 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan variabel popularitas influencer menunjukan nilai 2,003 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05 menujukkan bahwa hipotesis konten kreatif, interaksi pengguna dan popularitas influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi & determinasi, diketahui besar pengaruh Konten Kreatif, Interaksi Pengguna dan Popularitas Influencer terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen adalah sebesar 77,8 %, sedangkan nilai korelasi sebesar 88,2% yang berada pada korelasi sangat kuat dan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji F, hipotesis di terima jika Fhitung >Ftabel atau 107,641 > 2,703 sehingga dengan demikian hipotesis Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Konten Kreatif, Interaksi Pengguna dan Popularitas Influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada program afiliasi TikTok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tujuan pariwisata adalah memaksimalkan laba untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, sosial dan budaya, disamping pariwisata harus dapat mewujudkan kepuasan pengunjung Dampak terciptanya kepuasan pengunjung akan mewujudkan loyalitas pengunjung dan kunjungan kembali dari pariwisata terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung museum Balaputera Dewa. Metode yang digunakan dalam peeliian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyampaikan bahwa dari Secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pengunjung Museum Balaputera Dewa. Secara parsial nilai pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pengunjung Museum Balaputera Dewa. Secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan nilai pelanggan mempunyai pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Museum Balaputera Dewa. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan variabel yang memberikan kontribusi lebih besar terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengunjung yang dalam penelitiaan ini adalah pengunjung Museum Balaputera Dewa bila dibandingkan dengan nilai pelanggan maka disimpulkan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Museum Balaputera Dewa Palembang, Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pungunjung Museum Balaputera Dewa Palembang, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Museum Balaputera Dewa Palembang

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh setiap perusahaan menginginkan suatu keberhasilan dalam menjalankan usahannya. Tingginya persaingan yang terjadi dalam menjalankan bisnis bahan bangunan yang memiliki tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Pelayanan dan harga serta promosi yang ditawarkan pun berbeda-beda, dengan begitu akan menjadi ciri dan keunggulan tersendiri bagi setiap bisnis bahan bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi bagaimana analisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Mitra Bangunan Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang berjenis kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung PT Mitra Bangunan Palembang yang berjumlah 1.590 orang sedangkan sampelnya dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 94 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Mitra Bangunan Palembang. Harga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Mitra Bangunan Palembang. Terdapat pengaruh Promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Mitra Bangunan Palembang. Hasil berikutnya menunjukan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT. Mitra Bangunan Palembang.
