Abstract

VARIOUS PHENOMENA OF BEANS (Vigna Sinensis) TO THE ADDITION OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER IN ROCK PHOSPATE FERTILIZATION   ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect the addition of organic fertilizers and rock phosphate to calcium (Ca), iron (Fe), protein and fat compound of bean pods and to analyze the appropriate dose of protein, calcium , iron and  fat compound. The experiment was held at the Elephant Village Demak Regency. The design is completely randomized design with 4 treatments with 4 replications. Parameters measured were fat, protein, calcium and iron compound in bean pods. Analysis of Variance ( ANOVA ) and UJGD      (Duncan Multiple Range Test) were did in this field. The result show that addition of organic fertilizers and rock phosphate do not give significantly difference effect in calcium  and iron compound in bean pods, but give significantly difference in protein and fat compound in bean pods.   Keywords : Organic Fertilizer, Rock Phosphate, Calcium, Iron, Protein, Fat   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan dosis pupuk organik pada pupuk batuan fosfat terhadap kandungan kalsium (Ca), besi (Fe), protein dan lemak polong kacang panjang serta mengetahui dosis yang tepat terhadap kandungan protein, kalsium, zat besi dan lemak. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Gajah Kecamatan Gajah Kabupaten Demak. Rancangan yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Parameter yang diukur adalah kandungan lemak, protein, kalsium dan zat besi polong kacang panjang. Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunanakan anava dan uji duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan   bahwa pemberian dosis pupuk batuan fosfat pada perlakuan belum memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kandungan kalsium dan zat besi, akan tetapi memberikan pengaruh perlakuan terhadap kandungan protein dan lemak pada polong kacang panjang. Abstract

Lutung Budeng (Trachypithecus auratus) is an endemic primate of Indonesia, especially Java, Bali, and Lombok, which is vulnerable. This study aimed to determine the behavior of Lutung Budeng in the Adinuso Subah forest, Batang Regency. The study was conducted from January to December 2019. Lutung Budeng behavior is observed directly in the field using the roaming or exploration method. The equipment used were the digital singlelens reflex camera of the Canon EOS 650 D, telephoto tamron 70-300 mm, tripod, Sony handycam HRD- PJ410, compass, and Nikon Binocular A211 16x50 mm. The recorded vocal of Lutung Budeng was analyzed using Audacity. The data observed were the behavior of moving places, feeding, grooming, resting, playing, and vocalization. The data obtained were analyzed by means of descriptive qualitative. The results showed that in the Adinuso forest, the feeding behavior of Lutung Budeng did not interact with visitors or humans to get feed. Lutung Budeng more often feeds young leaves. It can be concluded that the behavior of Lutung Budeng in Adinuso Subah forest, Batang Regency is relatively the same as the behavior of Lutung Budeng in general. The behavior of Lutung Budeng in the Adinuso forest includes moving places, feeding, resting, grooming, vocalization, and playing.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran  adalah alat bantu mengajar yang berguna menciptakan lingkungan belajar untuk menunjang terhadap proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan media belajar harus dibuat semenarik mungkin agar dapat menarik perhatian siswa. Dengan perhatian siswa yang fokus dalam proses belajar, siswa akan mudah menerima materi dan diharapkan tujuan pembelajaran tersebut tercapai. Media pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran merupakan hal yang paling mempengaruhi dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga dalam pembelajaran, diperlukan pengembangan media, salah satunya dengan media koran pendidikan yang bermuatan nilai karakter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas media dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar yang dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Pleburan diperoleh hasil lembar angket respon siswa yang telah dibagikan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran menggunakan media pada pembelajaran bermuatan nilai karakter kelas V dan VI dengan indikator berjumlah 15 maka diperoleh hasil pengisian angket memiliki kriteria baik. Sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh pengisian angket oleh guru memiliki kriteria sangat baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan dari hasil penerapan media komik digital pada sekolah dasar khususnya di SD N 2 Pleburan mendapat respon yang sangat baik dari pihak siswa maupun guru hal tersebut terlihat pada antusias siswa dan guru dalam mengisi kuisioner lembar angket dan siswa dalam penerapan pembelajaran terlihat mengikuti pembelajaran sangat antusias.

Abstract

Plankton is the important organisms in aquatic ecosystems. Kreo river subjacent landfill leachate tank Jatibarang interchangeable physicochemical changes by leachate contaminants which enter the river due to leakage of leachate tank. The will impact on the diversity and abundance of plankton. The aims of this study is apperceiving Jatibarang leachate influence the diversity and abundance of plankton in Kreo River. The study was conducted from April to May 2015. Plankton samples taken by purposive sampling using a plankton net which 25 number with a mesh size of 40 µm. Sampling was conducted plankton with four stations of three sampling each points of stations and physicochemical measurements that include temperature, brightness, pH, COD, and BOD. That are contaminated leachate of II stations with an index of H’ value 1.40 and abudance 75 ind/l and the stations III with index H’ value 1,53 and abudance 95 ind/l. The location padding contaiminatef leachate that the stations I had an index value H’ 195 and abudance values 191 ind/l and stations which has undergone restoration gas an index value H’ 2,07 and abudance 207 ind/l. From the results shows that Jatibarang landfill leachate that entered the Kreo River affect the physicochemichal conditions of water allows for lowering the diversity and abudance of plankton Keywords: leachate, landfill Jatibarang, plankton, Kreo river

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kadar fosfor dan kalium serta sifat fisik pupuk kompos setelah diberi penambahan starter EM4, kotoran ayam dan sapi. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah RAL dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kedua (P2) dengan komposisi sampah sayur 50 kg + 1 kg kapur + 1 kg bekatul + kotoran ayam 15% memberikan kadar fosfor terbaik. Untuk semua perlakuan menunjukkan hasil kadar fosfor dan kalium yang sudah sesuai dengan syarat SNI 17-7030-2004. Sifat fisik pupuk kompos yang diamati yaitu pH, suhu, bau, tekstur dan warna juga sudah sesuai dengan syarat pupuk kompos yang matang yaitu menghasilkan pH 6,3-7, suhu 29-30oC, tidak berbau, berwarna cokelat kehitaman dan tekstur yang halus.

Abstract

The Adiwiyata program is implemented in order to realize responsible school citizens in efforts to protect and manage the environment through good school governance to support Sustainable Development. SMAN 3 Demak is one of the schools that organizes the Adiwiyata Program. Several activities that have been carried out to support Sustainable Development include environmental hygiene, waste management and reforestation. However, the learning process has not been carried out to support Sustainable Development, it is necessary to implement Learning Containing Sustainability. The purpose of this service is to provide teachers with: (1) insight and understanding of Sustainable Development (2) compiling  Learning Containing Sustainability. The methods used are counseling, workshop and mentoring. The results of the counseling activities on the understanding of Sustainable Development showed that 93.75% of the participants got a minimum score of 75 with complete criteria. As for the workshop activities on  Learning Containing Sustainablity  (embedding the concept of Sustainable Development in learning materials) it was seen that 87.5% of participants were at least quite successful. The results of these activities have met the planned output targets. The mentoring activities for learning teachers have been carried out in accordance with the learning materials in their respective classes.

Abstract

The diversity of Biopharmaca plant species in the Kalibakung Jamu Health Tourism area has not been fully utilized by the surrounding community, the community is only familiar with a few plants which makes this one of the factors not utilizing plants in Kalibakung Jamu Health Tourism. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of Biopharmaca plant species in Kalibakung Jamu Health Tourism. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative methods. Observations were made using the plot method with each plot measuring 15x15 meters for tree vegetation, 10x10 meters for shrub vegetation and 2x2 meters for herbaceous vegetation. Data were analyzed using the Shannon Wiener Diversity Index (H') and the potential of Biopharmaceutical plants was analyzed qualitatively. From the results of the study it was known that the types of vegetation found in the area were trees, shrubs and shrubs with an H level for tree vegetation of 1.530, shrub vegetation 0.625 and shrub vegetation 1.745.
