Abstract

The property business is one industry that enjoys high public demand in the contemporary day. For those of you who enjoy conducting business and making long-term investments, investing in real estate has turned into a passion. Property agents are currently making a sizable profit because of the current circumstances, which are progressively improving and trending in the commerce and real estate industries. However, property lenders who swarm to purchase homes at low prices and real estate brokers will also reap the rewards during periods of commerce and property booms and busts. The remedy suggested to Meta Property for this issue includes forecasting sales and marketing trends, researching rivals, conducting consumer surveys, researching and figuring out efficient ways to collect data, and requiring each real estate company to have a monthly target for unit sales. This meta property is extremely dependable and puts the demands of its customers first. It is processed fast and safely at home.

Abstract

PT. Satnusa Batam, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan distribusi, memerlukan strategi tepat dalam mengelola tiga faktor ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas perusahaan. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana PT. Satnusa Batam mengelola managing quality, layout strategies, dan inventory management. Metode penelitian yang digunakan beruoa metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yaitu fakta beberapa jumlah variabel yang berkenaan dengan masalah yang diteliti dalam bentuk tertulis dan lisan tentang perilaku yang diamati dan data dari artikel dan buku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Satnusa Batam memiliki sistem manajemen kualitas yang baik dengan menerapkan standar ISO 9001. Perusahaan ini juga menggunakan layout strategy yang efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi biaya produksi. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of being able to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management which is focused on MSMEs in Batam City, namely Mie Pangsit Ayam Bangka Mr. Ong. As well as being able to see any inhibiting factors or the application of the implementation of Customer Relationship Management at MSME Bangka Chicken Dumpling Noodles. Ong who is in Batam City. The method used is descriptive quantitative method, this method is in the form of producing data that is statistical in nature and data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation of Bangka Chicken Noodle Mie MSME actors. Ong in Batam City and consumers from UMKM Mie Pangsit Ayam Bangka Pak Ong who are considered to be able to provide accurate information about the product and the application of the CRM itself. The results of this study where the characteristics are to see the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in MSMEs in Batam City which can show that MSME actors have been able to implement and run the CRM, although it is still not optimal in its application. With this research, the researchers were able to provide insight and input to MSME actors. Ong about the importance and benefits that will be obtained in implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for businesses that are being pioneered.
