Abstract

Erratic business competition makes human resources the most important thing to realize a stable economy to make companies able to compete sustainably. Companies are required to have a more optimal, stable and creative performance in their business competition. A good company is largely determined by the human resources owned by a company. The main objective of this study is to measure how much impact the resulting from the variables of the nonphysical work environment, workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This type of research uses statistical analysis methods assisted by SPSS Version 24 data processing software. This sampling used a random sempel technique with a total of 80 respondents. This study aims to test, study, and also obtain results on how the influence of non-interpretation work environment, workload and satisfaction on turnover intention in PT. Utama Finance Cikarang. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the nonphysical work environment with the Turnover intention of PT. Main Finance Cikarang. (2) there is no positive and significant effect on workload with Turnover intention PT. Utama Finance Cikarang. (3) there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction with PT.Utama Finance Cikarang.

Abstract

Quantitative research with an explanatory research method was used in this study. The research aimed to study the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable. For this purpose, the study enlisted the participation of one hundred individuals and employed structural analysis methods employing Partial Least Square or PLS software. This research investigates the factors that most influence employee productivity, including work environment, career development opportunities, and job satisfaction, with job satisfaction as the moderating variable. It is possible to conclude, based on the study of the research data and the conversations that took place in the part before this one, that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity in CV Multi Lestari Utama. It has been determined that CV Multi Lestari Utama's Career Development Program has a negligible impact on Employee Productivity. When job satisfaction positively and meaningfully impacts employee productivity, this is exactly what we are talking about. In CV Multi Lestari Utama. Job satisfaction does not have a positive impact, either directly or indirectly, on the workplace environment, which in turn does not help employee productivity. Although employee satisfaction might affect productivity in CV Multi Lestari Utama directly.

Abstract

This ongoing research reveals the perspective of millennial student at Tourism Polytechnic, especially Politeknik Pariwisata Bali toward wellness industry. The purpose of this research is looking for interesting things in terms of the health industry for millennials. The respondent was the leader of semester 8, four student from Hospitality Management Study Program. The research used depth-interviews, observation, and study documents. The conclusions were wellness industry is highly appealing to millennials due to its focus on health, meaningful experiences, environmental consciousness, stress management, and social connection. Millennials’ values align with the offerings of the wellness industry, making it a significant choice for this generation.

Abstract

This research reveals the perspective of accommodation management regarding the implementation of green programs. The study involved 10 accommodation managements at Baturiti District, Tabanan Residence, Bali. The research used a survey approach, incorporating interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The conclusion of the study is that the accommodation managements in Tabanan believe that green programs need to be implemented because their accommodation are environmentally friendly, can be a business attraction, and are energy-efficient.

Abstract

Analisis bibliometrik ini mengeksplorasi lanskap psikoterapi dan konseling yang terus berkembang untuk meningkatkan hasil kesehatan mental. Melalui pemeriksaan ekstensif terhadap publikasi-publikasi utama, penulis berpengaruh, dan jurnal-jurnal terkemuka, penelitian ini menyelidiki masa lalu, masa kini, dan masa depan bidang ini. Tren dan area yang sedang berkembang, seperti kompetensi budaya, teleterapi, dan integrasi teknologi, menawarkan wawasan tentang kemampuan adaptasi psikoterapi dan konseling terhadap tantangan kesehatan mental kontemporer. Implikasi dari analisis ini meluas ke pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, penentuan prioritas penelitian, kolaborasi lintas-disiplin, dan peningkatan layanan kesehatan mental. Dengan mengakui keterbatasan dan arah masa depan, penelitian ini meletakkan dasar untuk perjalanan progresif dalam meningkatkan hasil kesehatan mental dan memajukan praktik berbasis bukti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada marketplace Shopee, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian hubungan kausal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini jumlahnya 100 responden. Metode sampel nonprobability sampling dengan sampling purposive, menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel promosi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada marketplace Shopee. Penelitian ini hasil nilai R Square dibuktikan sebesar 48% sementara sisanya 52% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti brand image dan reputasi merek dan lain-lain. Penelitian uji simultan bahwa promosi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan bersignifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan marketplace Shopee di kota Malang.

Abstract

Bongan Village is a potential tourist village facing challenges such as limited infrastructure, low tourist visits, dependence on the government, and a lack of human resources. The community service program helps village members explore their potential, enhance their competencies, and utilize digital marketing strategies. A total of 20 village youths participated in the community service program held in August 2023. The program aims to foster village development through socialization, training, and monitoring. Objectives encompass ensuring tourism operations run smoothly, empowering locals as tourism contributors, enhancing the village's appeal to tourists, boosting visitor numbers, and elevating community income. This Community Service Program complies with Indonesia's National Education System Law and unfolds in three phases: socialization, training, and monitoring, propelling Bongan Village toward self-sustaining tourism growth.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how job insecurity and workload, both individually and in combination, affected employee work stress at LA Hotel Seminyak during the pandemic. The data for this research were collected through various methods, including observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. A total of 31 respondents participated in the study, and a saturated sampling technique was used. The data analysis involved classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the determination of the coefficient of determination. The findings of this study revealed that job insecurity, when considered individually, had a positive and statistically significant impact on employee work stress. Similarly, workload, when examined in isolation, also had a positive and significant effect on employee work stress. When both job insecurity and workload were considered together, they collectively had a significant influence on employee work stress. The coefficient of determination test indicated that job insecurity and workload together accounted for 76.0% of the variance in work stress, while the remaining 24.0% was attributed to other variables not addressed in this study.

Abstract

The Community Service Activity by the Hospitality Management Program, Bali Tourism Polytechnic, took place on Saturday, May 27, 2023. This activity was conducted through training and hands-on practice for 25 MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises) owners in Cemagi Tourism Village. The Community Service Activity with the topic of Strengthening the Interests and Skills of Cemagi Tourism Village Residents has had a positive impact in preparing the community to participate in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. The development of tourism and the skills of the local community are crucial for improving the well-being and economic potential in Cemagi Tourism Village. The selection of the topic to strengthen interests and skills as baristas was a wise choice, considering the growth of restaurants and accommodations in Badung Regency that require skilled workers in the coffee shop industry

Abstract

This study investigates the optimization of human resources (HR) and the utilization of information technology (IT) in driving the digital economy in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. The digital economy has emerged as a transformative force reshaping industries, economies, and societies globally, with Indonesia positioned at the forefront of this digital revolution. However, the effective optimization of HR and IT remains critical for Indonesia to realize its full potential in the digital era. Through surveys and secondary data analysis, this research evaluates the current status of HR optimization and IT utilization, identifies influencing factors, and provides recommendations for policymakers and businesses. The findings offer valuable insights for fostering inclusive and sustainable digital development in Indonesia.
