Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada Happy Restaurant di Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 43,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,507 > 1,985). Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 43,3%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,562 > 1,985). Motivasi dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,944 + 0,347X1 + 0,412X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 52,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (53,149 > 2,700).Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Pengalaman kerja, Produktivitas Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Transplasindo Perkasa in Bandung. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance by 44.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.936 > 1.984). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 40.6%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8,186 > 1,984). Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.608 + 0.402X1 + 0.364X2 and the contribution of the influence is 54.0%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (56.850 > 2,700).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the business environment, training, and human resource development on the entrepreneurial readiness of employees of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia.  The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data of this study is primary data, namely the data from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study were all employees of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia in the position of April 2021 as many as 276 people, and the sample was taken using a random sampling method with a total of 57 respondents. The method of analysis and testing of research data used is modeling using the Amos 24.0 program while verification testing with an approach in modeling and solution techniques that will be used as an analysis tool Modeling on variants or components, namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The resulting study is shown that there is a positive influence of the business environment on readiness for entrepreneurship, the positive effect of training on readiness for entrepreneurship, and a positive effect on human resource development on readiness for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

A song creation is an object of copyrights in which Economic and Moral Rights are inherently attached to the song writer. Nonetheless, the problem then becomes crucial when the song writing comes into the recording process and produces an output of sound recordings and songs on his own work, the right which was originally attached only to the song writer but then it is shared to the Record Producers protected by the Mechanical Rights on the respective work of song recorded. It is, in fact, an opportunity for the song writers or Indonesian musicians to get back their Economic including Moral Rights which highly rely on the stand points of Songwriter towards YKCI as the collecting society and their Record Producers in pursuant to an understanding of the TRIPS Agreement in 1995 which obviously set out time period of protection term for Record Producers as the Neighboring Rights through the Mechanical Rights for the maximum duration of 50 years, since Indonesia has ratified the Berne Convention in 1997. As a result, exploitation of Economic right including Moral Rights of the song writer owned by the other parties that has occurred regrettably cannot be taken its benefit in a comprehensively balanced, equitable, and sustainable way by all stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to obtain the empirical evidence on the correlation of development costs on net income at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Indonesia. The research methods used in this research is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data from financial statements from 2010-2016 obtained through annual financial reports, observation, internet browsing, library studies, and interviews. The results showed that there is correlation between development costs on net income at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Indonesia. The correlation between development costs and net income has a negative relationship. This means when rising development costs then net income down, otherwise when development costs down then net income rises, so the research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konesumen pada PT. Karunia Prima Sejati Di Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel kualitas produk diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,415 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,839 dengan kriteria baik. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 8,515 + 0,875X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,791 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 62,6%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract - This study focused on product design, online promotion, brand image and purchasing decisions. Brand image of an item can be formed through product design and promotion. Through designs that keep up with the times and promotional activities will be taken into consideration by consumers in deciding on purchases. The research design uses descriptive verification design by passing the significance test, path analysis and coefficient determination. Data shows that product design, online promotion and purchasing decisions are in the good category, while the brand image is very good. From the results of statistical tests it is known that product design and online promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand image as an intervening variable. 60.4% of the variation in the brand image can be explained by product design and online promotion then 83.8% variations in purchase decisions can be explained by brand image. Abstrak - Penelitian ini melihat desain produk, promosi secara online, citra merek dan keputusan pembelian. Citra merek suatu barang dapat terbentuk melalui desain produk dan promosinya. Melalui desain yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan aktivitas promosi akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan konsumen dalam memutuskan pembelian. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif verifikatif dengan melewati uji signifikansi, analisis jalur dan koefisien determinasi. Data menunjukan bahwa desain produk, promosi secara online dan keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan citra merek sangat baik. Dari hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa desain produk dan promosi secara online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek sebagai variable intervening. 60,4% variasi dari citra merek tersebut dapat diterangkan oleh desain produk dan promosi secara online kemudian 83,8% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat diterangkan oleh citra merek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and career development on the formation of talent management at PT. Bank Danamon Tbk, In the Bandung Area. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that human resource development has a significant effect on the formation of talent management by 37.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.569 > 1.986). Career development has a significant effect on the formation of talent management by 42.4%; hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8.326 > 1.986). Human resource development and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on the formation of talent management with the regression equation Y = 9.581 + 0.347X1 + 0.426X2. The influence contribution is 50.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained by F arithmetic > F table or (47.342 > 2,700).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pengusaha atau wirausaha pemula tentang kewirausahaan dan penjualan melalui e-commerce. Kegiatan pelatihan ini memberikan pendampingan tentang proses produksi yang lebih efisien dan hemat biaya. Selain itu juga dilakukan pelatihan pengemasan produk yang lebih baik dan memberikan pelatihan dalam penggunaan e-commerce untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Penggunaan e-commerce belum dapat terealisasi karena pelaku usaha sudah berusia 50 tahun lebih sehingga kurang mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi. Namun harapan ke depan pelaku usaha bisa memiliki tambahan tenaga khususnya bagian administrasi agar bisa meningkatkan penjualan secara online atau melalui e-commerce. Hasil dari kegiatan ini pelaku usaha mampu melakukan efisiensi produksi dan juga pengemasan yang lebih baik sehingga mampu meningkatkan profitabilitas usaha.

Abstract

Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan mendapatkan data bukti empirik tentang karakteristik jiwa wirausaha UMKM dalam rangka pembentukan cluster industri di Kabupaten Subang Jawa Barat. Objek penelitian adalah para perajin wirausaha dodol nanas yang ada di Desa Tambakmekar Kecamatan Jalancagak Kabupaten Subang Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara langsung dengan menyebarkan secara sensus. Jumlah populasi hanya terdapat 17 perajin yang aktif yang mempunyai izin usaha. Hasil analisis deskriptif karakteristik terbukti secara empiris menunjukkan bahwa jiwa wirausaha UMKM Dodol Nanas di Kecamatan Jalancagak Kabupaten Subang pada umumnya tergolong sudah sangat baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa indikator karakteristik wirausaha yang rendah dibandingkan dengan indikator yang lainnya sehingga dijadikan temuan pada penelitian ini yang kemudian dilanjutkan menentukan langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan oleh wirausaha UMKM dodol nanas dalam rangka pembentukan cluster industri UMKM di Kabupaten Subang Jawa Barat.
