Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pola saluran pemasaran, marjin pemasaran dan farmer’s share. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2022 di Kecamatan Tanjung Sari Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dan sampel adalah kelompok ternak dan pedagang dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga saluran pemasaran sapi potong di Kecamatan Tanjung Sari Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, saluran pemasaran I (peternak – konsumen), saluran pemasaran II (peternak – belantik – konsumen), saluran pemasaran III (peternak – pengepul–jagal – konsumen). Marjin pemasaran untuk saluran pemasaran I Rp. 0/bbh, saluran pemasaran II Rp.2.400/bbh dan saluran pemasaran III Rp.3.600/bbh. Farmer’s share pada saluran pemasaran I 100%, saluran pemasaran II 96,0% dan saluran pemasaran III 94,0%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between customer service interpersonal communication and customer satisfaction at PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank Agro-Business Partners Bandar Lampung, This type of research is qualitative using a descriptive method that functions to describe or give an overview of the object being examined through data or samples that have been collected. The informants of this research are customers of PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank Agro-Business Partners Bandar Lampung. Researchers directly involved in the field conduct interviews with customer service, conduct data selection to make summaries or brief descriptions, present data with a set of structured information so as to provide the possibility of drawing conclusions and taking action. The results of the study can be concluded that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication can increase customer satisfaction, meaning that customers will trust and tend to accept well the messages conveyed by people who have the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in providing services, with that feeling comfortable and feeling valued, will generate interest. to be motivated, because the sociability of a communicator who has the ability to communicate effectively can attract customers to buy the products offered.

Abstract

Margo Lestari Village is a village with potential as a laying hen farming center. This can be seen from the people who raise laying hens. However, the high egg production in the village is not matched by egg sales or marketing. This results in the production of eggs that can rot before being utilized or consumed because eggs have a fairly short shelf life. Thus, it is hoped that this service activity can increase the income of farmers through improving the quality of salted egg products from laying hen eggs in Margo Lestari Village. This counseling activity uses the lecture method and question and answer section. Extension activities were carried out on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 09.00 to 12.30 WIB at the Margo Lestari Village Hall, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The socialization was attended by 20 people, most of whom were breeders. After carrying out community service activities, it can be concluded that there are several things obtained by farmers as participants, namely increasing knowledge related to processing poultry farm products into salted eggs to increase the selling price and shelf life of production eggs in an effort to increase the economic value of farmers.
