Library very important in educational environment.Library functions and the role of very great in education.Facilities sufficient very helpful a growing a students to make reading interest are.People schools teachers and students are compulsory to get information through reading. This research aims to improve student reading interest in primary schools n 1 blimbing.In the research uses a qualitative methodology where this method is use case studies.The information from the primary data that is the school and the head librarian.Secondary data in form of data report or documentary.Data collection techniques used by interviews with, the observations of the field as well as. documentation. Cryptocurrency is very often found in almost every economic activity, especially on the basis of modern applications. This study aims to provide an understanding of how cryptocurrency is reviewed according to sharia which is packaged contemporary. This study uses a qualitative approach by utilizing descriptive analysis. Cryptocurrency is seen by the majority of the public as a very ordinary system. Therefore, cryptocurrencies have different properties from stocks and electronic money (e-money) because it is very difficult to find out the contents and/or ownership status and there is no official legality in Indonesia. Dropshipping is an online business model in which there are buying and selling involving several parties such as buyers, suppliers and dropshippers. There are conveniences and benefits offered by the dropshipping business model. As in Islam, humans are allowed to seek wealth by doing business. However, the search for this wealth in a good way and in accordance with the Shari'a, one of which reflects the ethics of Islamic business ethics in it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities and strategies of the dropshipping model and the application of Islamic dropshipping business ethics. The method used is qualitative with the method of literature study. The results of the study show that the dropshipping model of buying and selling is permissible in Islamic business ethics as long as it does not violate Islamic values. This paper aims to explain the importance of strengthening religious moderation and national insight for the community through educational institutions, both formal, non-formal and informal educational institutions. This research is a qualitative research to find the meaning of a phenomenon. The data analysis uses the triangulation method, which is to cross check from a document source with another source, or from a document source with a historical fact. These results are (1) Formal educational institutions are the right means in carrying out religious moderation activities because in formal education there is a structured, systemic and easy-to-evaluate learning space, (2) religious moderation learning in non-formal institutions, is very effective in developing insight nationality considering that non-formal educational institutions are built on public awareness and are doctrinal in character, (3) the implementation of religious moderation education in informal educational institutions is also no less strategic considering that informal educational institutions that are integrated in the community can effectively stem radical religious beliefs that easily accessible and consumed by the public.Keywords: Religious Moderation; National Insight; Educational Institutions

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the impact of sincerity on the resilience of adolescents in dealing with family problems. This research method is a qualitative phenomenological study. The research subjects consisted of 3 female high school students at Karya Pembangunan Paron High School who had family problems with economic difficulties, orphans and divorce. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that family problems faced by adolescents included financial challenges caused by parents who did not have a permanent job, the issue of orphaned youth and the problem of lack of attention from parents due to a broken home divorce. A sincere picture of childhood in dealing with family problems, namely surrendering to Allah SWT. Adolescent resilience in dealing with family problems through family behaviour that supports each other, friendship environmental factors, the understanding that everything owned is only a deposit and expressions of gratitude. The impact of sincerity on the resilience of adolescents in dealing with family problems is obtaining inner satisfaction, understanding that we should not love the world excessively, feeling relieved after letting go and being persistent in doing good. Keywords: Sincere, Resilience, Family Problem, Youth Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak ikhlas pada resiliensi remaja dalam menghadapi masalah keluarga. Metode penelitian ini merupakan studio kualitatif fenomenologi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 3 siswi remaja SMA Karya Pembangunan Paron yang memiliki masalah keluarga kesulitan ekonomi, yatim dan perceraian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan keluarga yang dihadapi remaja antara lain masalah kesulitan ekonomi yang disebabkan oleh faktor orang tua yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan tetap, masalah remaja yatim dan masalah kurangnya perhatian orang tua akibat dari broken home perceraian. Gambaran ikhlas remaja dalam menghadapi masalah keluarga yaitu berserah diri kepada Allah SWT. Resiliensi remaja dalam menghadapi masalah keluarga melalui perilaku keluarga yang saling mendukung, faktor lingkungan pertemanan, pemahaman bahwa segala yang dimiliki hanya titipan, dan ungkapan syukur. Dampak ikhlas pada resiliensi remaja dalam menghadapi masalah keluarga yaitu memperoleh kepuasan batin, memaknai bahwa kita tidak seharusnya menyayangi dunia secara berlebihan, merasa lega setelah mengiklaskan dan istiqomah dalam melakukan kebaikan. As technology develops, Islamic Religious Education teachers are challenged to further develop their intellectual abilities so they don't lose their role to digital technology. One of the best and most appropriate methods for Islamic Religious Education teachers to increase knowledge is to study with teachers who are at a higher level or more experienced than them or are known as a sanad ‘ilm in Islam. The purpose of this research is to explain the importance of a sanad ‘ilm as one of the aspects that a teacher must have in order to become a professional teacher in his field. This study uses a literature approach (Library Research) and descriptive analysis in writing so that the results of this study are in the form of an explanation of the collected library data. The results of this study explain that the method takes a sanad ‘ilm with the aim of increasing aspects of a teacher's knowledge is very important and has the basis of the arguments of the Koran and Hadith. It doesn't end there, even with a sanad ‘ilm the scientific knowledge of a teacher will at least get three benefits, namely: Can improve intellectual aspects, scientific originality, objective in viewing, and principled in science.Seiring berkembangnya teknologi guru PAI mendapatkan tantangan untuk semakin mengembangkan kemampuan intelektualnya agar tidak kalah perannya dengan teknologi digital. Salah satu metode yang terbaik dan tepat bagi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan adalah dengan belajar dengan guru yang berada di tingkat lebih atas atau lebih berpengalaman darinya atau dikenal sebagai sanad keilmuan dalam Islam. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan akan pentingnya sanad keilmuan sebagai salah satu aspek yang harus dimiliki seorang guru agar dapat menjadi guru yang profesional dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (Library Research) dan analisis deskriptif dalam penulisannya sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini berupa penjelasan dari data-data pustaka yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa metode mengambil sanad keilmuan dengan tujuan meningkatkan aspek pengetahuan seorang guru sangatlah penting dan memiliki dasar dalil-dalil Al-Quran dan Hadis. Tidak sampai di situ, bahkan dengan sanad keilmuan seorang guru setidaknya mendapatkan empat manfaat yaitu: Dapat meningkatkan aspek intelektualitas guru PAI, Orisinalitas keilmuan, obyektif dalam memandang, dan berprinsip dalam ilmu pengetahuan.
