Abstract

This study aimed to identify the honesty level of students in online exams assisted by supervisory robots on the autoproctor application as an effort to improve the quality of online learning. The sample of this study were 34 students majoring in Physics Education FKIP USK who were selected randomly. Data were collected from test results using a google form embedded the autoproctor to detect student honesty during online exams and student response results from an honesty questionnaire based on four indicators developed by Ashton, M. C, et.al namely: sincerity, fairness, greed avoidance, and modesty. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. This study shows the honesty level of students recorded by the application is medium level and is supported by the results of honesty questionnaire responses. The response results show the level of honesty is in the very high to the medium range, while the test results using the autoproctor are in the very high to the very low range. There were some students who detected high honesty levels based on the results of the questionnaire responses but were detected very low on the autoproctor application. In applications, it was found evidence of fraud by students but they were not true after further observation, so it was necessary to inform the rules that must be obeyed using this application before the test. The findings of this study could be the basis for sustainable professional development using the autoproctor application in detecting student honesty in online exams

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the UP3AI value on the value of Islamic Religious Education and Physics in the Qur'an of physics education students from the 2016 and 2017 batches of the syiah Kuala university. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data with data collection using documentation techniques. The population is all students of physical education class 2016 and 2017 who have completed UP3AI, PAI, and FISQUR courses. At the same time, the sample is as many as 54 samples obtained by the slovin technique from the entire population. Data processing was carried out with multiple regression analyses assisted by the SPPS version 26 application. The results showed an effect of the UP3AI value on the PAI value with a positive regression coefficient of 1.070, stating that for every 1% addition to the UP3AI value, the PAI value increased by 1.070. While the results of the regression of the UP3AI value on the FISQUR value, a negative regression coefficient of -0.331 means that there is no effect of the UP3AI value on the FISQUR value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the increase in scientific literacy skills of students who were taught with a science process skills approach with those taught using a direct learning model in physics learning. This study uses a quantitative approach to the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design experiment. The population used in this study were students of class XI MIA with a sample of 60 people taken by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a test question in the form of an essay. The data of this study were analyzed using the average test, N-gain and independent sample t-test. The results showed that the average value of scientific literacy in the experimental class was in the high category and the control class in the medium category. In addition, based on the independent sample t-test, it was found that there was a significant difference in the increase in students' scientific literacy skills. So, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the improvement of students' scientific literacy skills in learning Physics taught with a science process skills approach with those taught using a direct learning model.
