Abstract

The vision of national education development is “Realization of intelligent, productive, and noble people in Indonesia.” Section 8 states that “Teachers have to be obligatory to have academic qualification, competence, educator certificate, be physically and mentally health, and have the ability to realize the goal of national education”. National Education Standard is an aim as one of the quality education assurance to be properly implemented and not be just a symbol. National Education Standard, whcih includes content and process standard, graduate competency, educator and educational personnel, facility and infrastructure, management, financing, educational assessment, accreditation and others, are major requirement for the government that needs standard competency and quality of education. Teacher is a human component for the learning process that has a role of reaching the determined educational goals. Therefore, teaching is a professional work, because of the technique and procedure use which stand on an intellectual basis on behalf of the other benefits.Keywords: Quality, Education and Teacher Professionalism

Abstract

This research was designed as a case study conducted by collecting data from Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) Raudlatut Tholibin Leteh and Al-Anwar Sarang. Based on the data from both sites, the analysis was conducted to understand the differences and similarities of both cases as the basis for determining the characteristics of cultural development and typology, the role, the characteristics of kiais charismatic leadership in building the pesantren organization culture. The result of the study shows that the organizational culture developed at Pesantren Raudlatut Tholibin Leteh includes (1) daily activities, such as praying in congregation, studying the Quran, following the pesantren-madrasah, regular and sorogan recitation, and learning; (2) weekly activities include speech training, sorogan Fiqh, Alfiyah study, Fiqh deliberation, tahlil, maulid or manaqib reading, sorogan nahwu, gymnastics,  and English lessons; (3) annual activities, among other things, include the Muharram, Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha celebrations. The organizational culture developed in Pesantren Al-Anwar includes (1) daily activities of the male learners covering the Quran tadarus in each khos, Quran recitation, MGS & MHD school, mudzakaroh mahally, MGS afternoon consultation, study group, Mahad Aly learning, MHD deliberation, Fathul Qorib deliberation, and Fathul Muin deliberation. The daily activities of female learners include Wirdil Lathif, Rothib Al Athos, and sholawat Masyisyiyah reading, as well as Quran recitation, fan Nahwu recitation, MPG deliberation, muhadloroh deliberation, Takhoshush learners recitation, teaching by KH. Maimoen Zubair, teaching by KH. Majid Kamil, fan fiqh study, 41 times Yasin  reading, level discussion, and Fathul Qorib deliberation; (2) the weekly activities for male learners include muhafadhah, dzibaiyyah & khitobiyyah, and sorogan; female learners’ activities include recitation of Yasin fadhilah and Asmaul Husna, as well as Yasin and Burdah recitation, Dibaiyyah, tabligh (training of dawah), Burdah training, math and English courses, muhafadhoh kubro, muhafadhoh tawajjuh (memorizing), Talimul Muta allim, and murojaah learning; (3) the annual activities include  Muharram, Maulud, Ramadan, Idul Fitri, and Eid al-Adha celebrations.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to describe the activities of teachers and students during the use of smart ladder snake learning media, as well as to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes after using snake and ladder smart learning media. This type of research was a classroom action research consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was the third grade students of State Elementary School in the academic year of 2017/2018. Data collection techniques of this study were observations of teacher, student activities, and tests for student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that by using smart snake ladder learning media, it is enable to improve teacher activities, student activities, and students’ learning outcomes. Teacher activity cycles are increasing by 20.45%, student activity increases 27.17%, while the student learning outcomes increase 8.91. Conclusion in this study is smart snake ladder learning media is able to improve teacher activity, student activity, and students’ learning outcomes in State Elementary School I Doropayung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan: (1) kualitas proses  (keaktifan) pembelajaran berbicara dengan menggunakan metode kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada mahasiswa prodi PBSI tingkat I-B IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro dan (2) hasil pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara dengan menerapkan metode kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada mahasiswa prodi PBSI tingkat I-B IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini subjeknya  adalah mahasiswa tingkat I-B berjumlah 40 mahasiswa yang terdiri atas 30 mahasiswa perempuan dan 10 mahasiswa laki-laki dan satu orang dosen pengampu matakuliah keterampilan berbicara. Objek penelitian ini adalah kegiatan pembelajaran berbicara. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan  teknik analisis deskripsi komparatif dan analisis interaktif. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan  dalam dua siklus yang meliputi empat tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan adanya peningkatan  hasil pembelajaran berbicara, ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa yang mencapai batas ketuntasan, yaitu pada siklus I ada  32  mahasiswa (80 %), pada siklus II  ada 38  mahasiswa (95%), dan pada siklus III ada 40 mahasiswa (100%). Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa, proses dan hasil pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Compensation, Work Motivation and Discipline to Performance Employee in Muria Kudus University.The research was conducted by using survey methods to Employees Administrative in Muria Kudus University and analyzed by using regression analysis. The samples in this study were taken 45 people with a view to facilitate researchers in conducting research. While sampling technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique in which the sample collection elements are included in the sample was done on purpose, provided that the sample is representative or representative of the population. The results showed that the variable compensation, motivation and discipline work simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value (Fhitung = 23.705)> (F table = 2.84) and the value of [pvalue (Sig.) = 0.000)] <0.05. based this conclusion it is suggested that leaders can manage the three variables toward the repair or improvement of employee performance.

Abstract

Focus this is research to determine which are the achievements of better speaking learning: (1), learning model JUCAMA or Conventional, (2) Visual, auditory, or kinesthetic, (3) On models learning JUCAMA,  which are the achievements of better speaking learning, visual, auditory, or kinesthetic.This type of research is quasi-experimental with 2 × 3 factorial design. The population of this research is all students of PBSI IKSI PGRI Bojonegoro Study Program, which consists of nine classes with a total of 288 students. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling, selected three classes, namely the level of I-A, IB, and IC. The sample consisted of 93 students, with details of 31 IA students as an experiment, 31 IB level students as a control, and 31 IC level students as a trial. Data collection instruments using learning style questionnaires, and learning achievement tests that have been validated by the validators. The test instrument was tested in PBSI level I study program after being tested and then analyzed its reliability, distinguishing features and difficulty levels. The prerequisite tests include the normality test using the Lilliefors method and the variance homogeneity test using the Bartlett method. With ? = 0.05, it can be concluded that the sample comes from populations that are normally distributed and have a homogeneous variance.In this study it can be concluded that: (1) students with learning JUCAMA had speaking learning achievement better than the students with conventional learning, (2) achievement of learning speaking students who have a visual learning style is better than the speaking learning achievement of students who have auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. While the speaking achievement students who have learning styles of auditory as well as students who have a kinesthetic learning style, (3) On learning JUCAMA, there is no difference between speaking achievement in each learning style. Keyword: jucama, learning style, learning achievement, speaking

Abstract

The application of learning methods in terms of suitability and effectiveness of the characteristics of learning materials and students. This research is to understand: (1) the workings of applying learning and discussion methods that can improve student learning outcomes. (2) Learning Implementation Methods Learning Methods on Student Learning Outcomes. (3) Learning Implementation Methods Learning and Learning Methods for Student Learning Outcomes to Subjects of Economic Subjects of Taxation. Classroom Action Research with Qualitative approval. The population of this study were 38 students. Data collection using the Pre Test and Post Test methods in Cycle I and Cycle II. Pre Test scores are a reference to students' abilities before applying the learning and recitation learning methods, while the post test scores are used to reflect student learning outcomes after applying the recitation and discussion learning methods. KKM Economics subjects in Class XI IPS MA ABU DZARRIN Kendal Bojonegoro amounted to 75. Student assistance is considered Completed (T) if the test score is equal to or more than 75, suitable students Not Completed (TT) use test scores less than 75. Data analysis Obtained the results of research (1) Student pre-test scores before applying the learning and discussion methods very much that have not met the KKM of 52.6%. (2) The results of the improvement of learning cycle I by applying recitation and discussion methods only 60.5% of students who meet the KKM while 39.5% of students scored below the KKM. (3) The results of improving cycle II It is estimated that 92% of students have reached the KKM. Increasing student learning outcomes in the second cycle is very significant, then determined recitation learning methods and discussions can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Sistem ekonomi kapitalis berlaku “Free Fight Liberalism” yang memiliki dan mampu menggunakan kekuatan modal secara efektif, efisien dan produktif akan memenangkan pertarungan dalam bisnis.Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif jenisnya tinjauan studi kasus. Pendekatan penelitian ini dengan teoretis ekonomi syariah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan validasi data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem ekonomi yang dapat meningkatkan mutu ekonomi adalah ekonomi Islam yang sistemnya mementingkan individu tetapi sekaligus mementingkan orang lain(distribusi/zakat). Muslim dikebanyakan berperilaku jauh dengan Islam yang sebenarnya karena tidak pernah mendapatkan pengenalan sistem ekonomi Islam. Rekomendasi penelitian ini pengenalan pendidikan ekonomi Islam kepada generasi muda sejak dini untuk meningkatkan mutu ekonomi masa depan.
