Abstract

The attendance system is important for schools in Indonesia, therefore every school applies attendance to make it easier for teachers to know which students are present. Attendance is done manually such as by writing names or making initials and calling the names of students so that they know which students are present. The attendance system at SMKN 2 Rangkas Bitung is still applied manually. Actually in the world of education there are several schools that use digital attendance and there are also schools that still use student attendance manually. With this research, we can find out how the development of attendance in a web-based attendance system can optimize student attendance at school. It was developed using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method of the Waterfallmodel. The results of this study state that the application of web-based attendance can make it easier to input attendance data and reduce the risk of data manipulation. This attendance application is also very efficient to use because students do not need to go to the supervisor to submit attendance data. The impact of developing web-based attendance is that schools become conducive and can help speed up attendance.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has a positive impact on the smoothness and convenience of humans in carrying out various activities. The process of technological development will continue to move forward and be faster and more accurate in making decisions. In the current era of globalization, advances in existing technology, the company has a role in the development of technology that is very fast and precise. Computerized systems have become a daily necessity and cannot be separated to produce information. Information is a basic need in an agency company and Hospitality is no exception. Current computer technology is very supportive in carrying out data processing to create information that is used in order to get good results and maximum performance. Sanctuary Spaces by Twospaces (Hospitality and Offices) is located on Jl. Wijaya Kusuma No. 2 Jati Pulo Palmerah, West Jakarta 11460. Still doing the calculation of stock items manually so that information errors often occur. This resulted in the management of the stock of goods not running effectively and could even harm the company. The inventory information system is designed with the prototype method,with the prototype method the design can be done in a shorter time. This system is built using the PHP language with the help of a MySQL database.

Abstract

E-Menu's application is an application created to make it easier for customers to order food, so they can monitor the status of orders and queues. Before this application is used by the customer, testing is needed to anticipate system failure or the system does not run according to the flow that has been made, therefore testing is carried out using the method chosen, namely Black Box Testing. The object of testing this application uses the web, the number of modules tested is 2, namely the Menu Module for ordering and the Kitchen Module for processing orders, where each module is tested using the equivalence partitions technique, namely testing based on input data from each form in the application. Each input menu is tested and grouped according to its behavior, regardless of whether the results match or not. After examining all the features contained in the application, it can be concluded that the E-Menu application did not find any functional errors. So that the EMenu's application can run well and is ready to be used by customers and the kitchen.

Abstract

One way to educate the community is to build a library. However, services at libraries cannot reach all levels of society as well as TBMs that are very close to the community and the development of community reading parks that continue to grow in the South Tangerang area. Based on the results obtained, South Tangerang City, which is expected by the city government to become a Smart, Modern and Religious City, has spread and distributed TBMs in various parts and areas of South Tangerang City. All of these TBMs are programs of the South Tangerang City Library and Archives Department. TBMs have been advertised as very close to community libraries as they target community members, especially in areas where public libraries are difficult to reach. TBMs have organized various activities that arouse children's interest in reading, as well as activities that broaden their horizons. Common obstacles include minor issues such as the location of the building and desynchronization time between TBM service opening hours and children's learning, where most of their schools continue to implement Full Day School teaching.

Abstract

The process of selecting the best employees is repeated every year in a long and complicated process. Therefore it really needs a decision support system in the employee selection process. Value is calculated using all existing criteria. In this study, the authors used several methods, namely Simple Additive Weight (SAW), Product Weight (WP) and Technique for Similarity Order Preference with the ideal solution method (TOPSIS). To determine the best employee, it is calculated in the way of calculating the weight of the performance rating for each alternative for all attributes. Calculation results with a larger value indicate that the alternative is preferred. In this study, determining the best employee based on the highest score. If the calculation results from all methods are the same, then this system can calculate the best worker evaluation in the library and archive services section, so that the best worker can be easily identified.
