Abstract

In this study, the authors built a system for developing Japanese language learning based on Android. The expected benefits of this research are helping users to master Japanese. The method used in this study is the prototype method. The research begins by designing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Activity Diagrams. Then it is implemented into the Java Java programming language. Based on the results of the study, the author has succeeded in developing a Japanese language learning system at the elementary level to help elementary, middle and high school students and the Makassar community learn Japanese through the application. This application is designed to be easy to use for various ages. The results of this study were taken based on answers from 171 questionnaires conducted on students in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

Abstract Tourism is one of the sectors that has the opportunity to become the largest contributor to foreign exchange in Indonesia. Indonesia's tourism growth was recorded at 7.2 percent per year, higher than the average world tourism growth of 4.7 percent. The availability of information that is easy and fast to access can make people know about tourism in the Province of South Sulawesi so that it is expected to have an impact on increasing tourist arrivals. In this study, a tourism information system for mobile Sulawesi Province has been developed. The information system was developed by utilizing the prototyping model. The result of this research is a mobile-based tourism information system that is able to present tourism information such as tourist destinations, culinary tours, events, and photos of tourism objects. Tourism information system can be run on Android devices. The developed system can present tourism information which includes 110 destinations, 39 events, 45 culinaries, and photos of tourist attractions from 12 regions. The result of system testing was the features of the system can function properly and successfully show tourism information.

Abstract

Ujian merupakan salah satu cara evaluasi proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui tingkat penguasaan peserta didik atas materi pengajaran yang diberikan. Secara garis besar terdapat dua jenis soal yang bisa digunakan yaitu soal objektif dan uraian. Pemberian nilai untuk jawaban soal uraian membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dibandingkan soal objektif karena harus diperiksa oleh orang yang benar-benar menguasai materi soal. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat pemeriksaan jawaban soal uraian adalah mengembangkan sebuah sistem cerdas Automated Essay Scoring (AES). Automated Essay Scoring merupakan sistem penilaian soal ujian uraian secara otomatis dengan membandingkan kunci jawaban dengan jawaban yang diberikan peserta didik melalui perhitungan nilai kedekatan jawaban menggunakan algoritma-algoritma sistem cerdas. Pada penelitian ini dikembangan sebuah sistem cerdas pemeriksaan jawaban soal uraian menggunakan algoritma cosine similarity. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 4 tahapan yaitu spesifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dirancangan dan diimplementasikan sebuah sistem penilaian otomatis dengan menerapkan preprocessing text dan menghitung bobot teks menggunakan Tf-Idf. Nilai Cosine Similarity untuk setiap jawaban berhasil ditampilkan dan berhasil dikonversi menjadi nilai hasil ujian. Nilai hasil ujian berhasil ditampilkan sesaat setelah ujian berhasil diselesaikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the level of need for guidance and counseling teachers in developing U Career applications for students in SMK (2) To determine the validity and practicality of U Career applications to help students choose majors in SMK. The approach used in this study is the Research and Development (R & D) approach which is designed to produce an Android-based U-career application product for students in SMK. The targets in this study were 13 guidance and counseling teachers from 5 districts/cities in South Sulawesi. Data collection techniques used questionnaires (validity and acceptability assessment questionnaires for testing guidance and ICT experts and prospective users of BK products/teachers) and focus group discussions (FGD). The data analysis technique used descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Guidance and counseling teachers assess the use of the U Career application as very important for vocational students to help them choose majors in SMK (2) the U Career application reaches a valid and practical category to be used by students in choosing majors in SMK. Thus the U Career Application product can assist BK teachers in implementing career guidance services based on the talents, interests, and potential of vocational students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs of specialization services for counselor in improving the insights of university selection using the future application of e-kompas. This research is a development research using Borg and Gall development model. This research activity focuses on need analysis activities. This research was conducted in Makassar city by involving counselor and high school student. The developed product is a future android based e-kompas application that begins with an in-depth analysis of service needs. Need analysis is done to counselor in Makassar City. The result of requirement analysis using counselor perception questionnaire about the specialization service for the selection of majors in the college for high school students shows that the counselors generally have difficulties in directing the selection of majors for high school students to continue college. Need analysis shows that counselors have a high desire to use e-kompas instrument based on android application that is practical and useful in directing high school students to choose majors in universities that match the talents, interests and potential of high school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and create chatbots that can answer general questions about information on New Student Admission at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar. The benefit of this research is to help users get information on New Student Admission at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar. The research begins by designing the ENTITY RELATIONSHIP Diagrams (ERD) and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Then the chatbot is implemented using the LINE Messaging API with the PHP programming language and Codeigniter framework. Whereas for admin system to process chatbot, it is made web-based and implemented with PHP programming language and CodeIgniter framework and Bootstrap Admin Klorofil template. The program is tested by using Black Box Testing method. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that the author has succeeded in designing and creating a chatbot that can help users to get information on New Student Admission at STMIK KHARISMA Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a website that can retrieve attendance data from the fingerprnit machine and then save it to the database and then display it to the website. The problem that arises is, to retrieve data from a fingerprint machine, the computer is first installed an application provided by the fingerprint machine provider company to be able to retrieve data from the fingerprint machine. The author makes a website so that the process of retrieving data from the fingerprint machine can be done by accessing the website. Websites created by authors can only be accessed in the same network. The author describes the system processes that are running by using a use case diagram. Authors use activity diagrams to describe system workflows in applications. To describe the structure of a web application, the author uses the Entity Relationship Diagram. The author uses the blackbox method for testing applications. The results of this study the author managed to design and create a website that can retrieve data from the fingerprint machine.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to apply FullestAPI to the SERVIO that make it easier developing progress to other platform. This research uses the prototype method as a model for making web services that will be integrated with the SERVIO system. The results of the test show that the API is feasible to use based on research where the response time and data generated are directly proportional the more data sent need higher of the response time, for the number of requests simultaneously obtained a maximum of 30 requests at one time.
