Abstract

Peningkatan kematian ibu di Bali pada tahun 2021 secara absolut sebanyak 125 memperburuk kesehatan ibu dengan ditambah adanya penyebaran COVID-19 Walaupun pencapaian AKI di Kabupaten Tabanan sesuai dari capaian Provinsi Bali dan target MDG’s kita sebagai tenaga kesehatan harus tetap menjaga penurunan AKI di Indonesia. Masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, neonatus merupakan suatu keadaan fisiologis yang kemungkinan dapat mengancam jiwa ibu dan bayi bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan bidan yaitu dengan menerapkan model asuhan kebidanan yang komprehensif/berkelanjutan (Continuity of Care/CoC). Asuhan kebidanan yang komprehensif dapat mengoptimalkan deteksi resiko tinggi maternal neonatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar secara komprehensif, berkesinambungan dan komplementer di TPMB Siti Zakiah.Studi Kasus : Seorang pasien perempuan berumur 33 tahun multigravida beserta anaknya mulai Trimester III kehamilan hingga nifas 42 hari sesuai Standar, komprehensif berkesinambungan dan asuhan komplementer dengan penerapan Gentle Birth dan Persalinan Maryam. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan sebagian besar asuhan telah diberikan seseuai standar asuhan kebidanan.Diharapkan seluruh bidan dapat melakuukan asuhan kebidana secara komperehensif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pregnancy causes physical and psychological changes. Changes that occur in pregnant women cause physical discomfort such as back pain, cramps and swelling, as well as psychological changes such as anxiety in facing childbirth. The Covid-19 pandemic condition causes psychological problems for pregnant women such as anxiety to come to health services. One of the interventions that can be done to reduce the complaints, discomfort and anxiety experienced by pregnant women in this new normal era is physical exercise, such as meditation/yoga. Prenatal yoga is believed to be able to reduce physical complaints and anxiety of pregnant woen in the face of childbirth. This study aims to explore the perception of pregnant women about the benefits of prenatal yoga. The research design used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research location was at PMB Jaba Denpasar, in April 2022. The informants in this study were third trimester pregnant women who did prenatal yoga with a total of 10 people. For data validation, researchers used key informants, namely midwives and husbands of pregnant women. Data processing is carried out through several stages, namely: reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that pregnant women's perceptions of the benefits of prenatal yoga include: 1) Reducing physical complaints; 2) Reduce anxiety; 3) Increase readiness in facing childbirth. It is necessary to improve the implementation of prenatal yoga in the implementation of ANC, so that the benefits can be felt by pregnant women in order to reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality.

Abstract

Circumcision in Indonesian is known as circumcision or chopsticks which is the guidance of Islamic law for men and women. This study was conducted to determine the knowledge of parents about personal hygiene post circumcision in preschool children. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic. The results obtained based on 52 parents who filled out the questionnaire showed that as many as 42 people had good educational outcomes (80.8%) and as many as 10 people (19.2%) had poor educational outcomes. The conclusion in this study is that parents of preschool children who do circumcision really need to get education about personal hygiene that arises after circumcision is an action to prevent infection and other things that are not expected.

Abstract

The postpartum period is a transitional period in which physical and psychological changes occur. Postpartum depression is a psychological disorder that is often found. Postpartum depression is experienced by around 10‒15% of women, both for the first time and for the next. Pranayama yoga is one of the exercises that can relieve psychological discomfort in postpartum mothers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of pranayama yoga to reduce anxiety in postpartum mothers. The research design used is qualitative with a case study approach. The informants in this study were 10 postpartum mothers at PMB Jaba Denpasar in December 2022 - January 2023. Data analysis was carried out by triangulation, where the key informants in this study were five husbands and midwives. The results showed that postnatal yoga can reduce anxiety in postpartum mothers, because it provides various benefits including: 1) reducing shoulder and neck muscle tension; 2) calm the mind and reduce stress; 3) improve sleep quality; 4) Increase milk production. Pranayama yoga practice should be given to postpartum mothers as an effort to improve the physical and psychological health of postpartum mothers.
