Abstract

Technological developments are multiplying. The ABC charity currently has a crowdfunding service. This service helps simplify the user management process. Security is a crucial issue to support and guarantee funders. This research aims to evaluate and provide recommendations for crowdfunding services to run safely and smoothly using the KAMI Index 4.1. This research consists of several steps, starting with observations made at charitable institutions. The following process is through focus group discussion activities to assess the level of information security of crowdfunding services. The analysis of the calculation results is used as the basis for developing recommendations. Based on the assessment results, crowdfunding services at charities obtained scores of I to I+, this indicates that the charity is still in its initial condition and has not yet implemented information security standards in managing crowdfunding services. Recommendations proposed to increase the value are carried out by compiling and implementing information security at the charity.

Abstract

The application of attendance in an institution is necessary to determine the attendance of employees and all staff. The AKKU Mobile online attendance application is an application intended for teachers. However, application users found several problems related to the quality of application services, such as facial scans were not accurate and application errors. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of readiness of the application of the AKKU Mobile application. This measurement uses ARL (Application Readiness Level). The approach used in this research is HOT FIT. Respondents are teachers who use the AKKU Mobile application as many as 173 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed after going through the validity and reliability tests. The results showed that the ARL value on the Human dimension was 73.19%, the organization was 78.37%, and the Technology dimension was 70.58%. The average ARL of human, organization and technology is 74% which is in the pretty good category, or the application execution is successful. However, it is necessary to make modifications and improvements based on the suggestions given so that the ARL value increases, which impacts the quality of the attendance process.

Abstract

ICT services are an essential element in modern organizations. Understanding the workings of service systems with specific frameworks helps manage services well. One of the services in this management is the Service Desk or Helpdesk. This study aims to explain the Service Desk using the ITIL V.3 framework. The method used is descriptive qualitative using relevant references. The results of this study indicate that ITIL V.3 can be used to describe the management of the Service Desk accurately.

Abstract

This Threats to information resources require information security management policies in every agency. The Information Security Index (KAMI Index) is one of the methods developed by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, used to evaluate the maturity level, completeness of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 implementation and information security readyness. As a national zakat institution, XYZ Organization has utilized information technology in several systems, including the budgeting system. However, the information security index has never been measured. This condition may result in the risk of threats to information security, so it is necessary to measure. The Budgeting System needs to be measured using KAMI Index 4.1. The assessment criteria are carried out on seven categories to know how the quality of the information security policy is. The results of this assessment, XYZ organization gets an electronic system score is 17, governance 75, risk management 30, framework 31, asset management 37, ICT 38, securing third party involvement 40%, service security 20%, personal data protection 27% so the total score of 5 categories is 211 or at level I+ to II. This organization has started implement the framework at early stage and has not met the initial requirements for ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification.

Abstract

Organisasi ketika menerapkan sistem atau aplikasi untuk berbagai keperluan tentu berharap agar dapat digunakan secara optimum. Untuk memastikan kondisi ini, pengukuran tingkat ketersiapan pengguna menjadi penting. Kajian ini menjelaskan HOT FIT sebagai salah satu model untuk memahami aspek-aspek penting dalam penerapan aplikasi dan pemanfaatannya dalam pengukuran tingkat kesiapan. Ada beberapa kelebiha metode ini selain sederhana juga komprehensif. Kajian-kajian lain mendukung efektivitas metode ini. Indkator yang digunanaka dengan menggunakan metode HOT FIT dalam kajian ini dapat digunakan sebagai landasan proses pengukuran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses bisnis pada pusat pengembangan karir di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) dan metode kualitatif-kualitatif dalam analisis proses bisnis. Tahapan penelitian meliputi tinjauan literatur, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi, identifikasi proses bisnis, pemodelan proses bisnis, simulasi proses bisnis, serta kesimpulan dan rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses bisnis pada pusat pengembangan karir memerlukan perbaikan pada beberapa aspek. Pemetaan proses bisnis menunjukkan terdapat beberapa proses bisnis utama dan pendukung yang dapat dioptimalkan. Berdasarkan pemodelan proses bisnis yang sudah berjalan (as-is), peneliti menganalisis dan memperbaiki proses bisnis dengan menggunakan salah satu alat penyederhanaan dari Business Process Improvement (BPI). Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil analisis dan evaluasi, peneliti merekomendasikan model proses bisnis yang baru (to-be) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses bisnis pada pusat pengembangan karir. Dampak dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan proses bisnis pada pusat pengembangan karir. Model proses bisnis yang direkomendasikan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi proses bisnis. Selain itu, metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti lain yang tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian serupa.
