Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan saat pandemi covid-19 dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan, inflasi, dan nilai tukar terhadap harga saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Penelitian termasuk dalam studi kasus dengan objek penelitian adalah PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia, PT Provident Agro, PT Salim Ivomas Pratama, PT Sampoerna Agro, PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana. Sumber data berasal dari data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan dan uji Regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan dengan uji t berpasangan diketahui Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share memiliki nilai yang rendah sebelum pandemi, sedangkan mengalami peningkatan saat pandemi. Sedangkan Price Earning Ratio tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan uji regresi linier berganda, diketahui secara simultan, kinerja keuangan, inflasi, dan nilai tukar berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, kinerja keuangan yaitu Return On Equity berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham. Namun Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan inflasi dan nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan akseptabilitas, keterjangkauan, aksesibilitas dan kesadaran dan niat beli kopi di Umah Kopi Gayo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Proses pelaksanaan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode survei. Metode penentuan lokasi menggunakan metode purposive. Metode penentuan responden dilakukan secara non probability sampling  dengan menggunakan pendekatan insidental sampling dan ditentukan responden sebanyak 70 orang. Macam dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi langsung, wawancara dan kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini didapat bahwa variabel akseptabilitas, keterjangkauan, aksesibilitas, kesadaran dan niat beli kelima variabel berada pada kategori sangat baik. Kata kunci: akseptabilitas, keterjangkauan, aksesibilitas, kesadaran, kopi, niat beli

Abstract

The development of the juice bar business has made new business actors appear. With the emergence of new competitors, juice bar entrepreneurs  are forced to pay close attention to consumer behavior and the factors that influence consumers' decisions in buying a product. The research conducted at Akkar Juice Bar aims to analyze the influence of internal factors (lifestyle, motivation, perception, attitude) and external factors (social class and reference group) on consumer decisions in purchasing Akkar Juice Bar Yogyakarta products. The research uses descriptive quantitative research methods with a case study approach. The sampling method for determining respondents used a nonprobability sampling method with an accidental sampling technique as many as 100 respondents. The study used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the factors influenced consumer decisions in purchasing Akkar juice bar products were internal factors namely attitudes and external factors namely the reference group. Keywords: Akkar juice bar, external factors, internal factors, purchasing decision

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine respondents' evaluation of product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, process and purchasing decisions at Tarumartani Coffee and Resto 1918. (2) to analyze the influence of the product marketing mix, price, place, promotions, people, physical evidence, the process of purchasing decisions at Tarumartani Coffee and Resto 1918. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research type using primary data and secondary data. The research implementation method uses the survey method with a questionnaire of 80 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that the research data is valid and reliable. Respondents' assessment of the product variable has an average score of 3.83, price has an average score of 3.81, place has an average score of 3.58, promotion has an average score of 3.59, people have an average score 3.75, physical facilities have an average score of 3.57, the process has an average score of 3.72 and the purchasing decision process has an average score of 3.8. The test results using multiple linear regression showed that the product, price, place, people, physical facilities, process variables partially influenced the purchasing decision process variables. While the promotion variable has no effect on the purchasing decision process.Keywords : Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical evidence, Process, Purchase Decision Process
