Abstract

Ikat Woven Fabric is one of the traditional woven fabrics of the community that has been passed down from generation to generation and has a fairly high economic value in the Tanimbar Islands Regency. Along with that, business actors must also be able to take advantage of it by planning their product marketing strategies well in facing today's competition. Entrepreneurs are required to pay more attention to consumer needs and maintain product quality at a price. But in reality the marketing strategy used is still very minimal and simple and the quality of the product is not in line with consumer expectations which results in uncertain and unpromising income. This study aims for the Marketing Strategy of Woven Fabrics in Increasing Sales Volume at the Lar Sasam Weaving Fabric Business Group, the Ebsiha Weaving Fabric Business Group and the Away Eras Weaving Business Group in Quantitative Descriptions by conducting observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis classical assumption test, statistical test, return to scale and using the coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS program.

Abstract

Pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan adalah pengembangan kemampuan guru, yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan sesuai kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Dalam pengembangan keprofesian guru, akan ditemukan berbagai hambatan dan permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Problematika Implementasi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Dalam Pelaksanaan PKB tak terlepas dari berbagai kendala dan hambatan yang dihadapi, diantaranya adalah permasalahan terkait komponen PKB, permasalahan internal dan eksternal. Adapun Kendala Terkait Komponen PKB Guru PAUD, yaitu: (1) minimnya publikasi ilmiah guru PAUD; (2) kurangnya karya inovatif guru; (3) kesadaran pengembangan diri yang kurang. Kendala internal dan eksternal adalah kendala yang berasal dari dalam guru PAUD itu sendiri, diantara kendalanya adalah: (1) rendahnya motivasi guru; (2) keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki guru untuk mengikuti program PKB; (3) pelaksanaan PKB di jam efektif sekolah; (4) sarana prasarana kurang memadai; (5) minim penerapan materi PKB; (6) kurangnya dukungan dari Dinas Pendidikan terkait; (7) kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan teknologi; (8) kemampuan guru dalam memahami materi PKB masih kurang; (9) adanya ketentuan dan pembatasan peserta.

Abstract

This research conducts a comparative analysis of international human rights mechanisms to examine their effectiveness in protecting civil and political rights. The research aims to assess the strengths, limitations and contributions of various international mechanisms in protecting these fundamental rights. Part of the study process included a thorough analysis of international human rights treaties, agreements, reports, and case law from regional and international human rights organizations. The focus of the examination is on contrasting the mandates, responsibilities, and management styles of important international human rights institutions, including the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the European Court of Human Rights, and the UN Human Rights Council. These international organizations use a variety of tactics and resources to safeguard civil and political rights, which are made evident in its conclusions. The report lists common problems that these systems encounter, such as poor enforcement capacities, disparities in membership and participation, and the potential impact of political interests on decision-making processes. It also looks at how these processes have helped advance civil and political rights all throughout the world. The article discusses significant cases and rulings that have helped establish international and state standards for human rights legislation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by increasing acts of fraud. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal control and moral sensitivity on fraud prevention. This research is a quantitative research with a case study approach. This case study was conducted at State-Owned Enterprise Banks (BUMN) including Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and State Savings Bank (BTN). The sample in this study was 100 employees with the sampling technique the sample is random sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Internal Control has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention, 2) Moral Sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention, and 3) Internal Control and Moral Sensitivity have a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The results of this study indicate that if a company wants to improve fraud prevention, the company must improve internal control and moral sensitivity.
