Abstract

Abstract Starting from the problem that: Teachers often teach lessons using the lecture method, question and answer so that students feel bored in learning. In the learning process the teacher is active while the students are passive, because student learning is more individual in nature so that the student scores are much below average. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that the results of the planning cycle I meeting I was 68, meeting II increased to 82 and in cycle II meeting I became 89. The results of teacher and student activities in cycle I meeting I were 69, meeting II increased to 81 and cycle II meeting I became 93. Social studies learning outcomes for class IV SDN 15 Patamuan District can be increased by using the Think Pair Share (TPS) Type Cooperative Model. The average results of the assessment of the two aspects of assessment, namely cognitive and affective, are as follows: Cycle I, meeting I was an average of 62.81 and meeting II, the average rose to 70.93. In cycle II, social studies learning outcomes were an average of 76.87. So by using the Cooperative Model Type Think Pair Share (TPS) social studies learning outcomes of students can be increased. Abstract

A Study to Encourage Online Learning and Student Learning for IPS and PKN Online Learning. The method is literature and qualitative research. A study that analyzes some magazines or articles from previous studies related to the research topic. Data collection was done using web tracking, searching journals or articles using Google Scholar. The results of the analysis of several journals revealed that the learning motivation of students of social sciences and work practice plays an important role in the success of learning. By accessing online learning, students can easily learn the features that already exist in both distance learning and online learning so that learning can also be applied in elementary schools.

Abstract

Successful learning can be interpreted as the achievement expected by students, such as the abilities obtained or the grades achieved, in the learning process. According to (Somayana, 2020) the achievement of student learning outcomes can be measured through exams and assignments they complete, as well as through active participation in asking and answering questions that support the learning process. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of the first cycle of research obtained an average percentage value of 80.12% with a good qualification, increased in cycle II to 92.85% with a very good qualification. Implementation of the first cycle on teacher activities obtained an average percentage value of 82.81% with a Good qualification, increased in cycle II to 96.87% with a Very Good qualification. The implementation of the first cycle in student activities obtained an average percentage value of 82.81% with a Good qualification, increasing in cycle II to 96.87% with a Very Good qualification. While the learning outcomes of students in cycle I with a final score of 78.05 increased in cycle II with an acquisition of 93.32. Thus, it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning learning model can improve integrated thematic learning outcomes in grade V Elementary School.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes inspired this study. The goal of this study was to show how the Problem Based Learning paradigm improved student learning outcomes in integrated theme learning for fifth grade students at SDN 43 Dadok Tunggul Hitam in Padang City. Classroom action research (CAR) employs both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Teachers served as observers, researchers served as practitioners, and 27 fifth-grade kids (15 male students and 12 female students) participated in this study. Cycle I results on lesson plans averaged 76.79% (excellent), increasing to 92.85% (very good) in cycle II. The first cycle of teacher activity implementation averaged 80.35% (good), increasing to 96.42% (very good) in the second cycle. The first cycle's implementation on student activities averaged 76.79% (excellent), increasing to 96.42% (very good) in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes in cycle I averaged 60.34 (sufficient), rising to 88.85 (excellent) in cycle II. As a result, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) paradigm can be used to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Learning in a classroom is fairly passive because it just involves listening, completing homework, and reading books. Because of the lack of connection between students and professors or between students, learning is unproductive. The poor student learning outcomes are a result of this. The goal of this study is to examine how the problem-based learning (PBL) approach is used to enhance primary students' social studies learning outcomes. applying the meta analysis method in research. The process of gathering data involved searching Google Scholar for electronic journals and reading library materials. 16 periodicals and 4 student theses served as the data sources for this study. In a qualitative description, data analysis was done. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the problem-based learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes from the lowest 8.9% to an average increase of 30%. This shows that the problem-based learning model is effective in improving the social studies learning outcomes of elementary school students. The implications of this research are expected to assist teachers in choosing the right learning model to improve student learning outcomes.
