Abstract

Pada Penelitian ini  penulis membahas tentang  mengenai perkembangan motorik pada masa anak usia dini,  dimana perkembangan motorik itu adalah aktivitas perkembangan pengendalian gerakan tubuh melalui kegiatan pusat saraf, urat saraf, dan otot yang terkoordinasi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan 1) Bagaimana Pengertian Perkembangan 2) Apa itu Perkembangan motorik  pada anak usia dini, 3)Bagaimana Metode Perkembangan Motorik  Pada anak Usia Dini, 4)Apa saja Tujuan Dan Fungsi dari Perkembangan Motorik Anak, 5)Bagaimana saja Kemampuan Gerak Dasar Pada Perkembangan Motorik Anak Usia Dini, 6)Serta apa Kegiatan–Kegiatan Perkembangan Motorik Anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, dari peneltian ini didapatkan bahwa anak yang perkembangan motoriknya baik biasanya pasti sejalan dengan keterampilan sosialnya yang positif. Dengan keterampilan motorik tersebut anak-anak akan dapat bermain bersama dengan teman-temannya, seperti melompat, berlari, bertepuk tangan, dan sebagainya. Selain itu motorik yang bagus juga ditandai dengan cepatnya reaksi motorik anak, semakin baik kooridinasi, dan kerjasamanya. Untuk melatih perkembangan motorik anak sebaiknya dilakukan pemberian rangsangan secara terus menerus, artinya tidak berhenti pada satu rangsangan saja karena belum tentu langsung dapat dikuasai satu kali pemberian stimulasi, ada banyak jenis unsur gerakan yang harus dikuasai oleh anak dalam perkembangan motoriknya. Dengan demikian hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri anak dan munculnya rasa bangga baik pada diri sendiri maupun dari orang tua.

Abstract

The educational process requires discipline to develop each student's strong personality and to keep the learning and teaching environment in good condition. To establish order and discipline in schools, it is very important. Schools have an important role in determining how students behave. Student learning achievement is influenced by the level of student discipline. The purpose of this study is to analyse the new strategy of counselling guidance teachers in revamping the attitude and discipline of junior high school students. This research method is descriptive qualitative. In this research, primary data is obtained by means of interview method. The result of this research is that the involvement of school enforcers must exist in helping counselling teachers carry out their mission and duties. It will not be possible for counseling teachers to walk alone if there is a lack of support from several important parties in the school. BK teachers when carrying out their duties will be successful if BK teachers explore psychology as a provision for understanding every change in student behaviour, because if in theory BK teachers must carry out all aspects of BK but in reality in the field it will not be possible or less than optimal to apply. So the essence of BK activities, BK teachers cannot overly follow all the points of necessity when conducting guidance and counselling, because the development of the times the attitudes and characters of children have changed and of course if applied like that it will actually make the problem grow instead of being resolved.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze management strategies of educational organizations in facing the challenges of globalization, focusing on the enhancement of teacher and educational staff competencies, integration of technology in teaching and learning processes, and adaptation to changes in international educational policies. The research methodology employed is a literature review, involving an examination of literature from various sources such as academic journals, books, and research reports. The findings indicate that enhancing teacher competencies through continuous training and international collaboration is crucial in creating an interactive and relevant learning environment. The integration of technology in education allows for more flexible and personalized learning experiences, as well as broad access to global educational resources. Additionally, adaptation to international educational policies, including curriculum adjustments and evaluation standards, ensures the relevance and competitiveness of the education provided. These strategies are interconnected and mutually reinforcing, creating a dynamic and responsive educational system to global changes, thus preparing students to compete at the international level.
