Abstract

Al-Quran as a guide for the instructions of life in order to get to the right path and obtain happiness in this world and the hereafter. As is the case in the letter Az-Zumar verses 8 and 9 in educating children. This study aims to understand and know the Method of Children’s Education in Surah Az-Zumar Verses 8-9. This type of research is a study of literature or literature, namely this research is obtained from various sources that contain theories. With the results of the research, Surah Az-zumar verses 8-9 describes several methods of children’s education, namely First, the tarhib and targhib methods, the Ibrah and mau’iẓah methods, the qudwah method or example, the habituation method, the method with attention, the Amtsal method or parables. The method of the story of the Qur’an-nabawi and the method of role-playing sociodrama. ABSTRAKAl-Quran sebagai pedoman atas petunjuk-petunjuk hidup agar dapat menuju jalan yang benar dan memperoleh kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Seperti halnya yang terdapat pada surat Az-Zumar ayat ke-8 dan 9 dalam mendidik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengetahui Metode Pendidikan Anak Dalam Surat Az-Zumar Ayat 8-9. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur atau pustaka yakni penelitian ini didapatkan dari berbagai macam sumber yang memuat tentang teori-teori. Dengan hasil penelitian Surat Az-zumar ayat 8-9 menjelaskan tentang beberapa metode pendidikan anak, yaitu Pertama, Metode tarhib dan targhib, , Metode Ibrah dan mau’iẓah, metode qudwah atau keteladanan, Metode pembiasaan, Metode dengan perhatian, Metode Amtsal atau perumpamaan, Metode kisah qurani-nabawi dan metode sosiodrama bermain peran. Kata Kunci: Metode, Pendidikan, Az-Zumar ayat 8-9

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is inseparable from the support and cooperation of madrasahs with all elements of stakeholders, including the madrasah committee. This research intends to examine the Madrasah Committee’s role in improving the quality of Islamic Education. Researchers used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Data collection focused on the results of scientific research on the role of madrasah committees in improving the quality of education published from 2010-2022. Three Research Questions were determined in this study with the final results: (RQ 1) the low quality of education, the lack of infrastructure, and the low quality of human resources in the management of madrasas are the underlying reasons for optimizing the role of the madrasah committee. (RQ 2) the role of the madrasah committee is still not optimal. This is caused by the lack of awareness of the principal and stakeholders of the importance of committees, so they are not empowered. (RQ 3) the madrasa committee plays a role in providing consideration, support, supervision, and mediator between madrasas and the community in a joint effort to improve the quality of education

Abstract

In running an organization, conflicts are always present and cannot be avoided by every member of the organization. Usually conflict is naturally present in any cooperative relationship between individuals and groups. Conflict will be positive if it can be managed properly through conflict management built by a leader in his or her own right. The principal becomes a leader in running the organization of the school's educational institution. The role of the principal of MI Nahdatul Ulama II is certainly required to be able to manage the conflicts that occur in MI Nahdatul Ulama II. This study aims to find out how the strategy or type of handling carried out by the principal in conflict management as an effort to realize teamwork performance. The method used in this research is qualitative research and the type of research, which includes field research using phenomenologicaldesign. The method used in this research is qualitative research and the type of research, which includes field research using phenomenological design. The results of this study show that principals manage conflicts with strategies of collaboration, accommodation, and compromise. Through these three ways of handling conflicts, the principal is proven to prevent, avoid, and be able to minimize the impact of conflict in the MI Nahdatul Ulama II Pontianak school environment, as well as the realization of teamwork performance where the principal and all teachers can contribute according to their capacity and ability so that the team can achieve the best results.

Abstract

Keabsahan data dalam penelitian kualitatif menjadi syarat khusus yang peru dipenuhi peneliti guna menyajikan hasil penelitian yang tepat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian studi pustaka (Library Research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah tujuh artikel yang didapatkan dari google scholar dimana enam merupakan artikel terbit dan 1 merupakan artikel tidak diterbitkan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah mengadaptasi model Miles Hubberman yang dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penyajian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk menjaga keabsahan data pada penelitian kualitatif diantaranya adalah: (1) Memperpanjang masa observasi/pengamatan, dengan maksud untuk melakukan pengambilan data yang lebih cermat/teliti karena waktu yang relatif panjang, (2) Melakukan pengamatan secara terus menerus, dengan masksud meyakinkan peneliti terhadap hasil dan memperkaya data penelitian, (3) Melakukan triangulasi data, dengan maksud menguji validitas data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian (4) Transferabilitas, dengan maksud hasil penelitian nantinya dapat diterapkan dan disitasi oleh peneliti lain, (5) Despendability, dengan maksud pengukuhan konsistensi penelitian yang dimulai dari pengambilan data sampai dengan penyajian kesimpulan, dan (6) Konfirmabilitas, dengan maksud membuktikan data dengan mengkomunikasikannya dengan pihak ketiga sehingga hasil yang diperoleh lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aimed to collaborate the role of parents in supporting the mental health of children who experience bullying. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, based on data collection techniques, obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and literature studies as theories and supporting data. Data were analyzed systematically by steps such as searching, organizing, reducing, presenting, drawing conclusions, and verifying data obtained through observation, interviews, and data collection in the field. According to research findings, the forms of bullying mostly occurred were verbal (hurtful words) and physical treatments, both of which can degrade a child. The impact of bullying on victims included a decrease in children's self-confidence and children feeling less valuable to themselves. They also experienced feelings of resentment, closure, sadness, pressure from the surrounding environment, depression, anger, and discomfort, which causes them to doubt the presence of those around them. The role of parents is very important in fortifying the mental health of these children. Parents need to constantly approach their children, provide support, advice and help them develop strong mental resilience. In addition, parents must help children in giving a healthy perspective and children can accept well, one of the efforts of parents is to teach an attitude of never giving up, especially in pursuing higher education.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin pesat membuat pendidik semakin ingin belajar dan mengetahui cara efektif yang dilakukan untuk memberi penilaian kepada peserta terutama pada saat pembelajaran daring dengan platform kahoot! yang sangat efektif digunakan sebagai alat penilaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Penerapan Model Instructional Games menggunakan Platform Kahoot! sebagai alat penilaian pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Al-Mumtaz Pontianak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Platform Kahoot! merupakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif, pada tahap perencanaan guru membuat atau menyiapkan media untuk dijadikan bahan penilaian, pada pelaksanaan terdapat tahap-tahap yakni kegiatan awal, inti dan akhir menjadikan proses timbul adanya interaksi dan kompetisi dalam penerapan Platform Kahoot!, Pada tahap evaluasi Platform Kahoot! sebagai alat penilaian yang dikemas sangat menarik, saling berkompetisi, memotivasi peserta didik dan dimanfaatkan guru untuk memudahkan proses penilaian pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.
