Abstract

Learning humanism is important to apply in every educational institution, the purpose of this education is to humanize humans and has the task of educating, nurturing and guiding children to become whole human beings, behavior, morality, ethics and knowledge. This study aims to describe the implementation of humanism learning theory in learning Islamic Religious Education Carl Rogers Perspective. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with the library research method, namely library research. Research data obtained from the recording of books and journals. Learning Islamic Religious Education in relation to the theory of humanism can be applied through the study of monotheism, jurisprudence and morals. The application of humanistic theory to the learning of Islamic Religious Education can be done by incorporating it through learning planning. Educators need to pay attention to the character and experiences of each student, because each student certainly has different characters and experiences.

Abstract

Every school system needs to moderate with technology that allows them to learn faster, better, and smarter. Information technology is the key to a better future school model. This study aims to explain and describe how the application of history learning using a virtual museum based on zoom meetings. The research subjects used were history teachers and class X students of Daarul Qur'an Karanganyar Science High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with case study method. Collection technique is done by tri-angulation (combined). Data analysis is inductive or qualitative and research results. Instruments in this study researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Learning history through a virtual museum at Daarul Qur'an Karanganyar Science High School has had a very positive impact. This is because the students at the Islamic boarding school are not allowed to use electronic devices and there is control over the time of daily activities so that these activities can increase the knowledge of the students and overcome distance, time and costs.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan kehidupan manusia. Pesantren sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam, selain mengajarkan pengetahuan agama, juga memiliki fokus yang kuat dalam penguatan karakter santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penguatan karakter religius dan komunikatif dengan internalisasi nilai-nilai islami. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an Surakarta yang terletak di Sanggir, Paulan, Kecamatan Colomadu, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi berganda. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan karakter religius dan komunikatif mempunyai hubungan positif dengan nilai-nilai islami. Hasil uji signifikan simultan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh variabel religius dan komunikatif terhadap nilai-nilai islami sebesar 0,998 (R) termasuk kategori sangat kuat/signifikan. Hasil uji anova menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara simultan antara karakter religius dan komunikatif terhadap nilai-nilai islami.

Abstract

Abstract: Education at Islamic boarding schools not only functions as a transfer of religious knowledge, but also as a place for the formation of religious character. The transformational leadership of Islamic boarding school leaders plays a central role in the process of producing a generation that combines academic skills with strong moral and spiritual character. Transformational leadership does not only involve managerial aspects, but also focuses on building female students' character, morality and spirituality. This research aims to explore and understand the positive impact of transformational leadership of Islamic boarding school leaders in forming a religious generation at the Tahfizh Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Surakarta. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. This research found that the transformational leadership of Islamic boarding school leaders in the idealized influence dimension in strengthening the religious character of female students was carried out with the strategy of nurturing with the heart and educating by example, holding muhadharah activities with the aim of forming the character of female students, memorizing the Qur'an which would then be carried out by reciting the Qur'an. an, providing formal education based on science and technology.Key Words : Transformational Leadership, Islamic Boarding School Leader, ReligiousAbstrak: Pendidikan di pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai transfer ilmu agama, tetapi juga sebagai tempat pembentukan karakter religius. Kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan pesantren memainkan peran sentral dalam proses mencetak generasi yang memadukan kecakapan akademis dengan karakter moral dan spiritual yang kuat. Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak hanya melibatkan aspek manajerial, tetapi juga berfokus pada pembentukan karakter, moralitas, dan spiritualitas santriwati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami dampak positif kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan pesantren dalam membentuk generasi religius di Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional pimpinan pesantren dalam dimensi idealized influence dalam menguatkan karakter religius santriwati dilakukan dengan strategi mengasuh dengan hati dan mendidik dengan keteladanan, mengadakan kegiatan muhadharah dengan tujuan untuk membentuk karakter santriwati, hafal Qur’an yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan khatmil Qur’an, pemberian pendidikan formal berbasis sains dan teknologi.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Pimpinan Pesantren, Religius
