Abstract

The role of money in economic activity is as a transaction tool. Al-Ghazali's thought that money should be made of gold and silver. So, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of fiat money as a reference or basis for everyone. The method in this research is a literature review that has primary sources from Ihya Ulum Al-Din by Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali and secondary sources from books that examine the concept of fiat maney. Data analysis uses content analysis. Money has no price but can reflect the price of all goods or services. Al-Ghazali's strict prohibitions related to money include hoarding money, counterfeiting currency, and the practice of buying and selling currency. The use of fiat money in Al-Ghazali's thought should be made of gold and silver to avoid usury transactions, because according to him gold and silver are currencies that have stable value. Al-Ghazali strickly rejected the use of fiat money with the reason that currencies other than gold and silver could disrupt the stability of currency values and have an impact on the decline of the country's economy.

Abstract

Since the time of Rasulullah SAW, the economy of Muslims has been carried out with contracts that are in accordance with sharia and have become a tradition. Islamic economics is a social science that studies the economic problems of society based on Islamic values. The instrument used to apply sharia principles in the financial sector is the Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT). One of them is BMT UGT Nusantara Sub Branch Nusa Dua. In sharia savings at BMT UGT Nusantara Sub Branch Nusa Dua, the percentages are set from BMT, but the process for taking profit sharing ratios is not explained, so it is not known whether the profit sharing has been fair or not. Based on this phenomenon, the focus of research is how to determine the profit sharing ratio for sharia savings at BMT UGT Nusantara Sub Branch Nusa Dua? and what is the review from the perspective of Islamic economics?. In this study, researchers used a type of qualitative research. Data collection are observation, interview and documentation. There are three procedures in data analysis techniques, they are: data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Determination of profit-sharing ratios for sharia savings using a akad musyarakah with a profit sharing of 70% for BMT and 30% for members. The nominal amount of profit-sharing rupiah for each member will differ depending on the length and amount of money kept at the BMT. The Islamic economic perspective on determining profit sharing ratios through musyarakah contracts in BMT is in accordance with Islamic economic principles because it has been fair.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah peneliti lakukan, dapat dilihat bahwa mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan tugas individu, masih ada mahasiswa yang kurang kreatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Kurangnya penggunakan aplikasi dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang diberikan oleh dosen misalnya pada mata kuiah statistik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti tertarik Untuk megadakan penelitian tentang Pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi geogebra Terhadap ketrampilan berpikir kreatif.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi geogebra Terhadap ketrampilan berpikir kreatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan memberikan perlakuan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran dengan penggunaaan aplikasi geogebra terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 1 yang mengontrak mata kuliah statistik dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa semester 1A.Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal test kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang berbentuk essay. Peneliti melakukan pretest dan posttest. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji-t, namun sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas variansi.Berdasarkan pretest dan posttes diperoleh nilai rata-rata ketrampilan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa masing-masing 70,14 dan 81,26. Nilai rata-rata postest lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata ketrampilan berpikir kreatif pretest mahasiswa. Selanjutnya berdasarkan analisis data yang menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi (p-value) < atau dengan kata lain 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H1, terdapat Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Geogebra terhadap Ketrampilan Berpikir Kreatif.

Abstract

Not a few business people are still involved in usury transactions, reducing scales, committing gharar and fraud. With this fact, researchers are interested in examining whether UMKM Sumber Barokah whose owners are Muslim have implemented Islamic business ethics as the basis of their business activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenology and case study approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Supporting factors for UMKM sumber barokah are: consumers know the product because it has good quality product, services can be done outside of working hours and have been known by people from outside the district and even outside the city. It also has employees who are skilled in making rengginang well. The inhibiting factors for UMKM sumber barokah are: the lack of capital that hindered business development, during the rainy season the production of rengginang is slightly hampered because the drying process still 100% depends on the intensity of sunlight, and in certain seasons it was difficult to get fish used as a product mix, and promotion on social media is still not optimal so that the product is not yet known by the wider society. UMKM Sumber Barokah in running their business has implemented Islamic business ethics by behaving well towards consumers, accentuating honesty, selling good quality products, being generous and building good relationships with consumers. Abstract

This research delves into the complex interplay between popular culture and the values and beliefs of Indonesian teenagers, offering insights into the multifaceted influence of media consumption. In an age marked by the ubiquity of globalized media, Indonesian adolescents are navigating a landscape where traditional cultural norms intersect with the allure of popular culture from around the world. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study combines surveys, interviews, and content analysis to investigate how various forms of popular culture, including television, social media, music, and film, impact the attitudes, values, and beliefs of Indonesian teenagers. The research also explores themes, messages, and the negotiation of these influences within the context of cultural identity. Findings reveal that popular culture undeniably shapes the perceptions and beliefs of Indonesian youth, but it also reflects their agency in adapting and reaffirming their cultural identity amidst the dynamic forces of globalization.

Abstract

Within the framework of an Islamic boarding school in Indonesia, this study explores how religion shapes teenagers' perspectives on world violence and peace. 300 individuals were surveyed using a quantitative research design to examine their attitudes toward peace, views of international conflict, and religious beliefs. The findings show that the participants have a strong commitment to Islamic teachings, a sophisticated grasp of international problems, and largely favourable sentiments toward peace initiatives. There is a strong positive correlation between religious beliefs and pro-peace attitudes, according to correlation and regression analyses. These findings have ramifications for educational policies and interfaith activities, as well as providing empirical insights into the conversation on the influence of religion on the viewpoints of adolescents.
