Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of public service motivation, service quality, and performance of police officers on community satisfaction with members of the Sungai Penuh City Police. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were members of the police at the Sungai Penuh Police. The sample used was 144 people using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Public service motivation has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (3) The performance of police officers has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (4) Public service motivation, service quality, performance of police officers together have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Sungai Full Police Sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether there is a relationship between pay and job motivation in teachers, how much of a contribution is made, and whether this relationship is significant or not. Descriptive-quantitative research methodology was adopted in this study. While a questionnaire was used to collect data for this study. Using product moment correlation analysis, data is processed. Because 0.882 was between 0.70-0.90 and the correlation coefficient significance test indicated that the r-table was at a 5% significance level of 0.514, rxy = 0.882 was included in the product moment correlation interpretation table with strong or high interpretation results. In other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, with a contribution level of 77.4%, as it can be shown that r-count is bigger than r-table at a significance level of 5%. So, there is a very strong and important link between teacher motivation and compensation.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an integral component of the business world in the rapidly advancing digital age. Organizations must employ digital technologies effectively in order to remain relevant and competitive in the global marketplace. Digital leadership is crucial for managing change and influencing employee performance and business success as a whole. Utilizing digital technologies to lead, manage, and influence employees and business processes constitutes digital leadership. Digital leaders promote innovation, collaboration, and information accessibility. Digital leadership can increase efficiency, productivity, and innovation in the workplace by adopting the appropriate digital technologies. Digital leadership also contributes to the success of a business by facilitating change management, promoting digital transformation, and making sound decisions. Research indicates that digital leadership facilitates improved employee performance, the development of digital skills, and the achievement of business objectives. In an ever-changing digital era, digital leadership is not only the leader's responsibility, but also a shared responsibility.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah peneliti lakukan, dapat dilihat bahwa mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan tugas individu, masih ada mahasiswa yang kurang kreatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Kurangnya penggunakan aplikasi dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang diberikan oleh dosen misalnya pada mata kuiah statistik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti tertarik Untuk megadakan penelitian tentang Pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi geogebra Terhadap ketrampilan berpikir kreatif.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi geogebra Terhadap ketrampilan berpikir kreatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan memberikan perlakuan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran dengan penggunaaan aplikasi geogebra terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester 1 yang mengontrak mata kuliah statistik dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa semester 1A.Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal test kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang berbentuk essay. Peneliti melakukan pretest dan posttest. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji-t, namun sebelumnya dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas variansi.Berdasarkan pretest dan posttes diperoleh nilai rata-rata ketrampilan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa masing-masing 70,14 dan 81,26. Nilai rata-rata postest lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata ketrampilan berpikir kreatif pretest mahasiswa. Selanjutnya berdasarkan analisis data yang menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi (p-value) < atau dengan kata lain 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H1, terdapat Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Geogebra terhadap Ketrampilan Berpikir Kreatif.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study, at the X Regency Government with the title: Analysis of the Effectiveness and Efficiency of Regional Financial Management at the Regional Secretariat of Regency X. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of regional financial management in terms of the use of funds and revenues from the Regional Secretariat. The analytical tool used to determine the implementation of financial management of the Regional Secretariat is, with a descriptive description which includes; data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. Meanwhile, to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of regional financial management, using the efficiency ratio and effectiveness ratio. The results of the financial management efficiency analysis show that the calculation of the overall efficiency level formulation averaged in the last 3 years from 2020 - 2022 is 93.02%, this shows that the efficiency level is still low because the results are less than 100%. This shows that the regional secretariat is still not maximizing in using its budget. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the financial management of the regional secretariat show that the calculation of the formulation of the level of effectiveness of the financial management of the regional secretariat from 2020 to 2022 fluctuates with the level of effectiveness, this is also influenced by the covid 19 pandemic, where revenue is reduced.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan peran dan kebijakan yang diimplementasikan oleh Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Agam dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap tindak lanjut hasil pemeriksaan tahun 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai tanggapan atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Inspektorat Daerah dalam memastikan hasil pemeriksaan yang telah dilakukan diimplementasikan dengan efektif dan tepat waktu oleh instansi terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait pelaksanaan pemeriksaan dan tindak lanjutnya. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat dan staf Inspektorat Daerah, serta perwakilan dari instansi dan nagari yang menjadi objek pemeriksaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari data pengawasan yang telah dilakukan Inspektorat, dalam rentang waktu tahun 2021-2022 terdapat 67 temuan keuangan yang belum ditindaklanjuti, terlihat masih banyak selisih hasil temuan yang belum dikembalikan kepada kas daerah. Terdapat faktor penyebab ketidakpatuhan hasil pemeriksaan Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Agam Tahun 2022 yaitu: Kesadaran akan aturan yang berlaku, Keyakinan akan pentingnya aturan tersebut, dan Keyakinan akan kepatuhan terhadap aturan yang berlaanalisisaku, serta Harapan akan konsekuensi dari melanggar aturan tersebut. Peran dan Kebijakan Inspektorat Daerah dalam penyelesaian tindak lanjut hasil pemeriksaan adalah dengan: Peningkatan Komitmen Walinagari dan Pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah, Peningkatan Koordinasi Walinagari dan Pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah dengan Pihak Terkait, Peningkatan Evaluasi Walinagari dan Pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Atas Penyelesaian TLHP, Penerapan Sanksi Yang Tegas, Evaluasi Internal Inspektorat Daerah, Dukungan Penuh terhadap Sumber Daya Inspektorat Daerah, dan Penyusunan SOP Tindak Lanjut, serta Memaksimalkan Fungsi Pembinaan Inspektorat Daerah Kata kunci: Kebijakan, Peran, Kepatuhan, Tindak Lanjut Hasil Pemeriksaan.
