Abstract

For company, turnover is an important factor that needs to be considered, because it relates to the behavior of its employees who have the intention to leave so that it greatly impacts company outcomes. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, career development and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction, career development and organizational commitment have an effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between servant leadership, innovativeness, competence, and leadership performance in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Mandailing Natal regency. The research aims to determine the significance of these variables and their impact on MSMEs' leadership effectiveness. The study employed a hypothesis testing approach, using a significance level of 0.05, to analyze the collected data. The results revealed that servant leadership, as indicated by a p-value of 0.007, innovativeness (p-value of 0.000), and competence (p-value of 0.000) significantly influenced the performance of MSMEs leaders. The findings suggest that leaders who prioritize serving others, demonstrate innovative thinking, and possess the necessary competencies are associated with improved performance in MSMEs leadership roles. The discussion highlights the importance of adopting a service-oriented leadership style, fostering innovation, and investing in leadership competencies to enhance leadership effectiveness in MSMEs. These results have practical implications for MSMEs in Mandailing Natal regency. By embracing servant leadership values, fostering a culture of innovation, and developing leadership competencies, MSMEs can improve their overall performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. It is important to note that these findings are specific to the context of MSMEs in Mandailing Natal regency. Further research in different settings and industries would contribute to a broader understanding of the relationship between these variables.

Abstract

Moringa plants have the potential as raw materials for value-added products, such as processed foods, beverages, health supplements, cosmetics, and others. Citali Village has the potential to become a Moringa village. However, it has obstacles in the mindset of the community toward Moringa. They still think that Moringa is for mystical things. This service aims to change people's attitudes about Moringa and make people able to process Moringa into a product. This service method uses the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach. As a result of this dedication, the people of Citali village have understood the benefits and how to cultivate and process Moringa into a product; it is hoped that it can improve the welfare of the people of Citali village. The impact of this community service activity is that the people of Citali Village can understand and better understand what Moringa is in a more positive and modern way and can process Moringa into a valuable product.

Abstract

Organizational performance is a measure of the progress of an organization that shows how well an organization achieves its goals and the results of work achievements that have been achieved by employees in accordance with their functions and work in a certain period. This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of leadership effectiveness and Islamic work motivation on organizational performance with Islamic work ethics as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative techniques with primary data collection method questionnaires. The population in this study are all employees of Amil Zakat Institutions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained by 210 respondents. The results showed that the work effectiveness of Islamic leadership and motivation had a significant effect on organizational performance, which means that the first and second hypotheses were accepted, while the Islamic work ethic was not able to moderate the influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation on organizational performance so that the third and fourth hypotheses were rejected. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Pemberdayaan, dan Integrasi Teknologi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru sekolah menengah atas di Mandailing Natal, Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada para guru dari berbagai sekolah di wilayah tersebut. Data yang terkumpul menjalani analisis statistik yang ketat, termasuk uji-t dan uji-F, untuk menilai signifikansi hubungan antara variabel independen dan produktivitas kerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara masing-masing dari Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Pemberdayaan, dan Integrasi Teknologi dan produktivitas kerja. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya menangani Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Pemberdayaan, dan Integrasi Teknologi secara bersama-sama untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja guru. Kata Kunci: Work-Life Balance, Empowering, Technology Integration, produktivitas Kerja, Guru.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships among participative leadership, flexible work environments, work motivation, and product innovation within the organizational context of PT As Putra Group. Utilizing a quantitative approach and employing random sampling, the study examines the impact of participative leadership on work motivation and subsequent product innovation. Additionally, it explores the influence of a flexible work environment on both work motivation and product innovation. The findings reveal a highly significant relationship between participative leadership and product innovation, emphasizing the pivotal role of leadership styles in shaping innovative capabilities. Furthermore, the study identifies a significant relationship between a flexible work environment and product innovation, indicating the importance of adaptable work structures in fostering innovative outcomes. These insights contribute to the understanding of organizational behavior and innovation, offering practical implications for leaders aiming to enhance both employee motivation and product innovation. The research underscores the interconnected nature of leadership, work environments, and motivation in shaping a culture of continuous improvement and creativity within contemporary workplaces like PT As Putra Group.

Abstract

When discussing with members of the Women's Farmers' Group in Muara Harapan Village, Muara Enim, South Sumatra, they had a number of problems as well as the reasons why salted egg production and green tea production were not growing rapidly and in fact were always decreasing every year. The problem in question is a lack of capital costs. After discovering this problem, the author discussed with other authors and village officials suggesting collaborating with Fintech in order to improve the home businesses of KWT Melati women so they can compete with competitors both online and offline. Kesimpulan artikel ini menunjukkan pertama, In a short time, the author can only do three things, namely provide education on how to use FINTECH applications, identify which FINTECHs are licensed and which FINTECHs are not licensed, and submit proposals to the Village Government, Regency Government and FINTECH Companies. Kedua, FINTECH is the easiest and fastest financial institution to provide loans, so according to the author, FINTEC is the most suitable financial institution.

Abstract

Organizational performance, which is the ability to effectively implement strategies to achieve institutional goals, determines the potential success of an organization. The purpose of this research is to present a series of study results on organizational performance through effective leadership styles in order to achieve job satisfaction. A literature review system with compare, contrast, and critique phases of data analysis is used as the research method. The findings show that leaders play an integral role in both organizational success and employee performance. Leadership requires specific skills and competencies to be effective in complex leadership contexts. Social competence and emotional intelligence are needed in every organization to motivate employees to perform to the best of their ability during times of conflict and upheaval. Companies that are focused on improving organizational performance must be able to satisfy employees' job satisfaction, which in turn helps stimulate better employee performance and improve organizational performance.
