Abstract

Parking is part of a sub-system of the implementation of the road freight traffic carried by local governments, in order to improve the organization of the society in the field of environmental management, order and smooth flow of traffic as well as a source of revenue (PAD). Pekalongan city parking retribution policy refers to the Regional Regulation No. 21 of 2011 on Service Fees for parking. Has the objective to increase transparency and accountability, and to support the process of monitoring the implementation of parking retribution. These objectives can be achieved through the implementation of the views of the appropriateness of the policy, the accuracy of the executor, the target accuracy, precision and accuracy of the process environment. Parking Retribution Policy Implementation process in achieving the objectives are factors inhibiting and supporting factors. But in its application in the field face many obstacles that the implementation of parking charges less walking is not optimal. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative research methodology that aims to identify and analyze the implementation of parking charges implementation of the results of this study is not optimal due to the presence of obstacle factor the resource factor in the number of staff employees and the bureaucratic structure of the relevant Department. Parking attendants themselves are also often delayed depositing retribution results due to use such proceeds to their daily lives. In addition, public opinion against the parking retribution to be indifferent to never ask for proof of parking tickets after paying. Based on the results of these studies recommended to be done to increase supervision of the implementation of parking retribution. This is for the implementation of parking retribution to the maximum

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to train primary school teachers in Surakarta city to have the ability to optimize the role of a teacher to involve parents and the community in the implementation of learning so that specifically this activity aims to train teachers to have the ability to compile contact books and worksheets. The method used in this service begins the Workshop, Practices, and Implementation. In conducting this training, subjects were asked to work on tests related to the preparation of connection books and worksheets for elementary school teachers. Analysis of the data used is pre-test and post-test. The results of this activity were an increase in teacher's knowledge and understanding of the preparation of connection books and worksheets

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in realizing enjoyable learning through the development of archipelago dongeng material. The subject of this service is an elementary school teacher in the city of Surakarta. The method used in this service begins the Workshop, Practices, and Implementation. In conducting this training, subjects were asked to work on tests related to the development of fairy tale material. Analysis of the data used is pre-test and post-test. The results of this activity are an increase in the knowledge and understanding of teachers about the development of the archipelago fairy tale teaching materials.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the spread of religious-based elementary schools in the community will certainly have an impact on the development of the Indonesian Human Resources Development Index. This includes efforts to strengthen the National Character. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of teachers in religion-based elementary schools in strengthening the national character of students. This research uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were 37 students and teachers. Data collection techniques used in this study were participant observation, in-depth interviews, literacy studies, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Miles and Huberman Interactive Analysis. The results showed that teachers have an important role in strengthening the Nationality Character in Religion-Based Primary Schools, namely (1) Teachers not only teach about concepts but also emulate them, (2) Provide effective communication media between students and parents, (3) and supervise every student's behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of the parents of grade IVSD Angkasa Lanud Adi Soemarmo on the use of platforms in science learning. Respondents in this study were 16 parents of grade IV SD Angkasa Lanud Adi Soemarmo. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interviewing teachers and parents of students. The validity technique used is source triangulation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and levers. The final results of this study found that parents' perceptions of the science learning platform used were not yet effective, because the platformused was only Whatsapp. The use of the Whatsapp Platform is also only for providing video material and for teaching assignments. The use of other platforms has also been implemented but has not been maximal in delivering material due to the bad internet..

Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan usaha masyarakat non produktif melalui UMKM berbasis bahan dasar bekatul. Kegiatan pengabdian yaitu pemberian materi tentang kandungan bekatul, cara pengolahan bekatul sebagai pakan ternak berkualitas dan makanan bergizi, pengemasan dan pemasaran produk. Jumlah peserta yang diikutsertakan dalam program ini yakni sebanyak 35 masyarakat dengan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan cara: observasi potensi, wawancara, analisis data sekunder, dan dokumentasi. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara pemaparan materi oleh ahli, fact finding (analisis kebutuhan), discussion (diskusi antara pemateri), asking and answering (tanya jawab dan diskusi), dan recitation (resitasi atau pembagian tugas), practice and experiment (praktik dan eksperimen). Hasil kegiatan ini berupa temuan bahwa saat ini masyarakat memiliki pemahaman pengolahan bekatul terbatas pada produk olahan untuk pakan ternak. Kegiatan diskusi memberikan paradigma baru terhadap masyarakat untuk mengolah berbagai macam produk makanan berbahan bekatul. Pelatihan ini memberikan bekal kepada masyarakat untuk menganalisis produk berbahan bekatul untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk olahan makanan sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian membekali masyarakat untuk memiliki pengetahuan dasar pengolahan makanan hingga ke tahap pemasaran sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of science learning conductedonline. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects to be researched were students in grade IV SD Angkasa Lanud Adi Soemarmo for the academic year 2020/2021 with a total of 16 students. The research subject was taken by using purposive sampling technique.. The data collection technique was done by interviewing. The data validation used time triangulation. Data analysis was performed using Miles and Huberman through data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Theresults showed that students felt difficulties in learning science which was carried out through the network (online). The science learning that was carried out during the syndemic period was only in the form of assigning assignments and youtube videos through the whatsapp group owned by the students' parents. The science learning that was carried out during this syndemic period made students not understand what material was provided by the teacher. Science learning which only provides assignments and youtube videos without any explanation about the science material delivered makes students unable to understand the material that the teacher has delivered.

Abstract

In addition to training teachers, this service also aims to analyze teacher competencies in preparing Higher Order Thingking Skills (Hots) Based on Critical Thingking Based on 2013 Curriculum To Accelerate Education 4.0. The subject of this service is an elementary school teacher in the city of Surakarta. The method used in this service starts with Workshop, Practice, and Implementation. In conducting this training, the subjects were asked to take a test related to the preparation of HOTs-based questions. Analysis of the data used is pre-test and post-test. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in the knowledge and understanding of teachers about HOTS-based question preparation

Abstract

Abstract. This Study aims to describe theimpact of meditation on the ability of elementary school-age students in managing self-emotion. The way to overcome emotional control so that it can improve emotional intelligence in children is through meditation. Meditatin has a positive effect on individual emotions. In this study, the subjects to be studied were e fifth-grade students of SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta with total of 12 students. The method use in this researc is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The research subject was taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The data sources of this research were meditation guides and grade V students of SD Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. The data were collected through observation and interview. The data validation used source triangulation and techincal triangles. Data analysis was performed throughdata reduction techniques, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that meditation had a positive impact on students' ability to manage their emotions. This is indicated by increased self-confidence, emotional prowess, the ability to manage emotions in the classroom, and being able to express feelings.

Abstract

Online learning in the pandemic is obstacle for both side of educational services user. Google Classroom learning media is one of the learning media that can support teaching and learning so that students can still attend school despite distance constraints. The purpose of this study is to describe the use Google Classroom and the obstacle faced in the learning process with Google Classroom as learning media. The research method used is the qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This research was conducted at SDN Purwotomo No. 97 with a sample of 7 people. The instruments used are interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the use of Google Classroom as a learning medium is considered effective by utilizing the features contained in Google Classroom and according to the circumstances of teachers and students. Common obstaacles are unstable signal networks and loss of students focus due pop-up notifications that appear during learning.
