Abstract

The best village development is a village development where the village can be used as an example for other villages. However, there are many villages that appear to be the best village developers, but they are not at all. In this day and age there are many people who are reluctant to develop a village, there are also many people who are narrow-minded that there is no need for village development because whether there is or not will definitely remain the same. Therefore the author wants to conduct a study in choosing the best village development by having 5 criteria, namely the number of productive age, the number of umkm, the area of the village, the number of schools, and the number of tourist destinations. So in this research a helper system is really needed to solve the problems that occur in the research. The system referred to as an auxiliary tool in solving problems is (SPK). Based on these problems, a decision support system is needed as a problem solving technique and is assisted by a method that can produce an accurate final value. The method is the TOPSIS method and ROC weighting where the method is very helpful in generating weight values from alternative data and criteria so as to get the final results obtained in Alternative Q6 with a value of 1.00000.

Abstract

At present, public opinion regarding the selection of insurance products is very low because people still do not understand enough to insure themselves against a product that will guarantee their necessities of life. Especially now that there are so many insurance products out there, it's likely that people don't want to register for insurance. Therefore, people must be careful in choosing an insurance product so that it fits what they want. The Decision Support System is a computerized system and is designed to assist management in making decisions to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. This application that will be made is an application that is guided by the MOORA method. Therefore, an application that is guided by the MOORA method is very suitable for calculating insurance product selection. From the results of our research we conducted the MOOSRA and MOORA methods for selecting insurance products easier and more precise than the manual work method. applying the MOORA method produces an alternative A5, namely Prudential with a value of 0.217 as the best alternative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing preventive maintenance on increasing production productivity in a fish canning company in East Java. This study uses a quantitative method, namely the method used to examine certain populations or samples with data collection techniques carried out through observation and the results of questionnaire answers that have been filled out by employees in the production and engineering departments. The population used in this study is the production machines used to carry out the production process with the samples used, namely production machines of 30 units. Data analysis in this study used SPSS software by conducting hypothesis testing which consisted of a coefficient of determination test (R-square) and a partial t test. Based on the results of the analysis of the calculation of the hypothesis, the t-count value of 10,624 is greater than the t-table value, which is 1,701 and the significance value obtained is less than 0.05, which means that the application of preventive maintenance on production machines has a positive and significant effect on increasing production productivity, while the R-square value obtained is 0.885 which states that the variable of applying preventive maintenance has an effect on increasing production productivity by 88.50% and the remaining 11.50% is influenced by other variables.
