Abstract

Makalah  ini membahas perancangan configuration management database  di  PT.    Northstar Pacific Capital untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnis dengan ketersediaan layanan teknologi informasi yang baik. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) memberikan referensi-referensi best practice mengenai tata kelola layanan teknologi informasi.  Salah satu bagian dari framework ITIL adalah CMDB atau Configuration Management Database  yang  merupakan sebuah hubungan strategis  dengan  menggunakan  hubungan  diantara komponen-komponen IT atau disebut juga Configuration Item (CI). Nilai strategis dari CMDB dapat diperoleh apabila sebagian atau seluruh CI dapat dipetakan kedalam sebuah CMDB  yang dapat menggambarkan  hubungan  antar CI. CMDB dapat membantu perusahaan dan organisasi IT dalam pengelolaan komponen-komponen infrastruktur. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini  adalah dengan  mengambil framework ITIL. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan korelasi yang baik antara hasil rancangan CMDB dengan peningkatan kinerja layanan teknologi informasi di PT.  Northstar Pacific Capital yang akan mendukung  kegiatan  operasional seperti yang diharapkan

Abstract

In this study, researchers will create a news forum that processes data and information, especially in technology. As can be seen at this time, people still get information and express their opinions only through print media or what is commonly called newspapers or magazines, so the information may not be up to date quickly. Therefore, here the researcher will make observations and collect data to find out the main problems researchers will face when they want to make this news forum. There are several methods used to obtain the desired data, namely by conducting a literature study, namely the data collection method by collecting literature, journals, papers, and readings related to the research title, then creating a questionnaire that will be given to editors, journalists, as well as ordinary users in creating a news portal, in which there is a communication forum using existing methods such as Waterfall. The software for making this news portal and forum uses the programming languages Php, Mysql, Javascript, and CSS. Later following the results of observations, surveys and tests carried out, it is hoped that the information system that has been built can help be better than the applications previously used in processing data. In other words, the information system built will be able to process well-structured photo and news data. Ultimately, creating portals and forums helps people get information and express their opinions. This portal and forum design displays several menus, such as the latest news and profiles, and is supported by a communication forum.

Abstract

One of the reasons why it is vital to forecast fisher production data in coastal regions is to increase fish resource management efficiency. By calculating the number of fishing boats, the amount of fish that must be caught, and the amount of raw materials required for fish processing based on the anticipated amount of fishermen's production in the following period, decision-makers can determine the amount of fish that must be caught and the amount of raw materials required for fish processing. So that the objective of the research is to forecast fishermen's production data using the Single Exponential Smoothing method, this method is effectively used to perform forecasting of time series data with short period data intervals to produce forecasts for the next period, and it can measure the rate of change of fishermen's production data each period. The results of forecasting data on fishermen's production utilizing time series data intervals from October 2022 to January 2023 to make forecasts for February 2023, namely a MAPE error rate of 2.85%, indicate that the forecasting results are within the "good" category.

Abstract

This paper presents the application of the ELECTRE III multi-criteria decision making method for human resource management. The case study conducted involves the evaluation of different recruitment and retention strategies using multiple criteria such as cost, time to fill a position, quality of candidates, retention rate, diversity and inclusion, employee satisfaction, and compliance. The study demonstrates the step-by-step process of how to conduct an ELECTRE III analysis, including the identification of criteria and alternatives, the calculation of concordance and discordance indices, and the determination of final rankings using the global outranking relation. The results of this analysis can be used by organizations to make informed decisions about recruitment and retention strategies that best align with their goals and objectives. The study highlights the importance of data quality and the need for sensitivity analysis to check the robustness of the results. Additionally, it is suggested that future research could be conducted on how to effectively communicate the results of the analysis to stakeholders and decision-makers, and on comparing the results of this analysis with other methods.

Abstract

The proliferation of online learning platforms has made it increasingly difficult for students to choose a platform that best meets their needs. This study aims to prioritize online learning platforms based on student needs using the Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The criteria used in the analysis were ease of use, variety of courses, cost, and reputation of instructors. The results of the analysis indicate that edX is the most suitable online learning platform for students based on the criteria and weights used in the study. Coursera, Udemy, and LinkedIn Learning were also evaluated in the analysis and may be suitable for students with specific priorities or preferences. The MCDA TOPSIS method provides a transparent and objective approach to evaluating the alternatives and offers insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each platform. The results of this study can help students make more informed decisions and choose a platform that best meets their individual needs. However, the choice of criteria and weights may vary depending on the preferences and priorities of different students, and the results should be interpreted accordingly

Abstract

At present, public opinion regarding the selection of insurance products is very low because people still do not understand enough to insure themselves against a product that will guarantee their necessities of life. Especially now that there are so many insurance products out there, it's likely that people don't want to register for insurance. Therefore, people must be careful in choosing an insurance product so that it fits what they want. The Decision Support System is a computerized system and is designed to assist management in making decisions to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. This application that will be made is an application that is guided by the MOORA method. Therefore, an application that is guided by the MOORA method is very suitable for calculating insurance product selection. From the results of our research we conducted the MOOSRA and MOORA methods for selecting insurance products easier and more precise than the manual work method. applying the MOORA method produces an alternative A5, namely Prudential with a value of 0.217 as the best alternative.

Abstract

This study uses the Weighted Sum Model to analyze location possibilities for a new manufacturing plant based on six variables, including transportation cost, labor cost, taxes, utilities cost, closeness to suppliers, and proximity to customers. The data was collected and normalized using the min-max method, and weight values were assigned to each criterion based on their relative importance. The Weighted Sum Model formula was then used to determine the weighted sum for each alternative location, and City B was identified as the best location for the new manufacturing plant, followed by City A and lastly City C. The Weighted Sum Model provides an objective and systematic approach to evaluating location alternatives, allowing decision-makers to weigh the importance of each criterion and consider multiple factors in making informed decisions. The strategy is versatile and can be modified to numerous decision-making scenarios, making it a helpful tool for firms wishing to make location decisions based on data-driven approaches. In conclusion, the Weighted Sum Model is a useful tool for analyzing location possibilities for a new manufacturing plant and can help firms make informed and data-driven decisions regarding the optimum location for their operations

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) method for selecting and evaluating online courses. The pairwise comparison method determined a set of criteria and weights, including course quality, instructor experience, accreditation, student engagement, flexibility, technical support, and cost. The study used a mixed-methods approach, which means it combines quantitative and qualitative data. The ELECTRE method was then applied to rank five online courses based on their suitability for the participants' needs and expectations. The concordance and discordance indices were calculated for each course, and the net flow was used to determine the ranking. The results showed that the ELECTRE method can be a useful tool for participants in choosing and evaluating online courses based on a set of tailored criteria and weights. Future research could investigate how the results of the ELECTRE method can be combined with other methods to enhance the accuracy and validity of the ranking. Overall, the ELECTRE method provides a useful framework for participants to decide which online course is best suited to their individual preferences and goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare how well conventional, automatic, and OBU toll gates perform in terms of service. The author of this study employed two data collection techniques: primary data was gathered through interviews and field observations, and secondary data was obtained through a review of the literature. You choose which features and parameters are subject to change while the simulation is running. The system will be used to simulate how each algorithm performs in accordance with ideas and scenarios that have already been decided. Following the recording of the simulation findings, the verification step will be completed. On the basis of the outcomes of earlier data processing and analysis, the following conclusions are possible: In creating a toll gate model, two automatic toll booths spaced 60 meters apart from the toll gate were used as simulations to approximate the real thing. utilizing the Kruskal-Wallis-Friedman test computations to compare the performance of the toll gate service with six scenarios. The OBU-OBU scenario has the system's shortest waiting time, according to the computation findings. Conversely, the server utilities that are in use are traditional and traditional.

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain telah menjadi sorotan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir karena potensinya untuk mengubah berbagai industri, termasuk manajemen logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana implementasi teknologi blockchain dapat meningkatkan keandalan dan transparansi dalam sistem manajemen logistik. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi blockchain dapat mengurangi risiko kehilangan atau manipulasi data di dalam rantai pasok dengan menyediakan catatan terdistribusi yang aman dan tidak dapat dimanipulasi. Hal ini menciptakan jejak audit yang jelas dan dapat dipercaya, meningkatkan kepercayaan antara mitra dalam rantai pasok. Selain itu, blockchain juga membawa peningkatan transparansi dengan memungkinkan akses yang mudah dan aman terhadap informasi mengenai asal-usul, status, dan kondisi barang. Tantangan utama dalam implementasi blockchain termasuk biaya dan kompleksitas teknis yang terlibat, serta kurangnya standar industri dan peraturan yang matang. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara industri, pemerintah, dan lembaga regulasi sangat penting untuk mengembangkan standar dan regulasi yang jelas dan sesuai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi teknologi blockchain dalam sistem manajemen logistik memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, keandalan, dan transparansi dalam rantai pasok.
