Abstract

Dense housing conditions make it possible to spread germs from one human to another. Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mycobacterial is transmitted through droplets in the air a person with pulmonary tuberculosis is the cause of pulmonary tuberculosis infection in the population. This study aims to determine the relationship between occupant density and ventilation conditions of the house with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Maros South Sulawesi. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive survey design. The total sample of 33 home patients with positive pulmonary tuberculosis was determined by purposive sampling. The results showed a correlation between the occupant density of residents and home ventilation conditions with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Advice for family and community housing should have enough space especially for people with pulmonary tuberculosis that room made specifically to reduce the risk of transmission to residents sharing. House window to be created and placed in a way that ensures the sunlight can get into the main house in the morning because the sun can be deadly Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Abstract

Health education is a health education activity, which is carried out by spreading messages, instilling beliefs, so that people are not only aware, know and understand, but are also willing and able to make recommendations related to health. Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best food for babies, so ASI plays a role in the baby's body's defense system to prevent various diseases, every drop of breast milk also contains minerals and enzymes to prevent disease and antibodies which are more effective compared to the content contained in milk formulas. The emergence of nutritional problems is multifactorial, therefore the approach and solution must be from several factors. The method of this activity is by lecturing which means a method of delivering health messages orally and accompanied by questions and answers and of course distributing leaflets to mothers and then counseling, evaluating activities, namely distributing pre-posttest questionnaires. The results of the increase were obtained by increasing the mother's knowledge about the nutritional status of the child.

Abstract

Utilization of health services can be influenced by factors such as facilities, time, distance, cost, price, the smoothness of the doctor-patient relationship, quality of service, community psychology and the community's own concept of illness. The purpose of this study was to find out in-depth information about the Impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic Regarding the Utilization of Health Services for Inpatients at Thalia Irham Hospital, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency in 2021. This research method is a qualitative study with a total of 6 informants. The results of this study are that basically all the informants know about the COVID-19 pandemic, how to prevent it, the application of health protocols, policies during the pandami period and the countermeasures that make people want to take advantage of health services at the Thalia Irham Gowa hospital. There was a change in policy during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Thalia Irham Hospital where some people rejected this policy which made people less use of health services. The occurrence of the Covid 19 pandemic requires a change in behavior in the community towards the use of health services, there is psychological pressure experienced by the community if they have their health checked such as being afraid of being sentenced to corona, although there are some people who do not believe in the existence of corona disease but are also lacking in utilizing health services. The suggestion from this research is that it is suggested to the management of the hospital to increase the knowledge of visitors/patients by providing an understanding through counseling about corona disease every time a doctor visits a patient. There needs to be a flow/stage of health services during the Covid 19 pandemic that is clearly visible and easily understood by patients. It is recommended that the Thalia Irham Gowa Hospital take part in outreach to the community around the hospital about the negative issues of corona disease so that people are not afraid to go to the health service to check their health.

Abstract

Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan pilar utama sekaligus penggerak roda organisasi dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misinya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi yang mendalam tentang Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pegawai Rumah Sakit Tingkat II Pelamonia Makassar Kota Makassar Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah Informan sebanyak 6 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pendidikan formal Informan menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya minat pegawai melanjutkan pendidikan formal ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dengan berbagai alasan, yang dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Pegawai di Rumah Sakit Pelamonia Makassar. Pada dasarnya kurangnya minat pegawai dalam mengikuti pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pegawai dengan alasan tidak ada motivasi dari tuntutan pekerjaan dan management Rumah sakit. Promosi jabatan di Rumah sakit tingkat II Pelamonia Makassar tidak hanya dari pangkat militer saja yang mendapatkan promosi jabatan tapi juga dari Sipil mendapatkan promosi jabatan namun membutuhkan persyaratan tertentu. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan SDM pegawai disarankan penentu kebijakan Rumah sakit Tingkat Pelamonia Makassar agar semua pegawai diberikan motivasi untuk melajutkan pendidikannya kejenjang yang lebih tinggi dengan memberikan bea siswa pegawai. Di sarankan kepada management Rumah sakit agar melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan skill/keterampilan pegawai agar SDM pegawai dapat meningkat. Untuk mengembangkan SDM pegawai maka disarankan agar salah satu syarat promosi jabatan dari militer mengutamakan yang pendidikannya tinggi.
