Abstract

Desa Cempaka yang terletak di Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan merupakan desa pengrajin sasirangan dan produk-produk kerajinan lainnya. Banyak masyarakat yang berdatangan kesana untuk membeli kain sasirangan maupun produk buatan tangan lainnya karena dikenal dengan kualitasnya yang bagus. Tetapi dalam pengelolaan jual beli di Desa Cempaka, pembeli harus datang langsung ke tempat untuk melihat barang dan melakukan proses transaksi jual beli. Hal ini akan memakan waktu untuk pembeli dan bisa menyebabkan kurangnya minat pembeli untuk kerajinan di Desa Cempaka Banjarbaru. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi saat ini banyak aplikasi yang membuat Online Shop untuk lebih mudah melakukan jual – beli dan menghemat waktu tanpa datang langsung ke toko yang kita inginkan. Perkembangan bisnis menggunakan Online Shop pun semakin meningkat seiring dengan banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan internet. Untuk itu kami membuat aplikasi Online Shop untuk memfasilitasi kerajinan yang ada di Desa Cempaka Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode waterfall dalam pengembangan sistemnya. Metode waterfall dipilih karena system ini akan berkelanjutan seiring dengan perkembangan bisnis di Desa Cempaka Banjarbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mempermudah masyarakat yang ingin membeli produk kerajinan di desa cempaka sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk kerajinan dari Desa Cempaka.Kata kunci : online shop, waterfall, bisnis, Cempaka

Abstract

This study focuses on the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) which begins with creating a 3D digital model (virtual building) which serves as a means for planning, designing, implementing development, and maintaining the building and its infrastructure for all parties involved in the project. Unlike other studies that use concrete structures, this study refers to the Bauntung Banjarbaru Market building with a steel structure. BIM software program is specific and correct. Specific is within the use of BIM information is taken and adapted to real conditions within the area. Correct is a constructible model, that is, the model that is created is the same as the model that was constructed. Besides, when there is a change in the model, the resulting cost estimate can change automatically.Modeling of building structures includes modeling of reinforced concrete structures and steel structures. The modeling is done using a software called Tekla Structures with a South-East Asia environment that refers to the plan drawing. After the modeling is complete, the work unit price is inputted into the software. The output of this modeling is direct cost estimation for structural work. For manual cost estimation using cost budget plan that has been obtained from the contractor in the form of a Microsoft Excel file.From the results of the analysis of the two cost estimates, the resulting comparison of the cost difference is quite scanty. The difference between manual cost estimation and BIM based cost estimation is 0.26%. So, it can be concluded that the use of BIM based cost estimation can be used because it produces cost estimates that are faster than using manual calculations made by contractors.The use of BIM can reduce costs and inaccuracies in the calculation of estimates in projects because it can be done more thoroughly. Keywords: BIM-based cost estimation, Tekla Structures, building structures

Abstract

Follow-on Project of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office Building located on Jalan Datu Suban, Tapin Utara, Kalimantan Selatan is a reinforced concrete building project that only applies manual scheduling which is present in the form of S Curve, PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 9 of 2021 states that projects ought to be base on BIM. Therefore, this research will discuss implementing 4D BIM (scheduling) using Tekla on the Follow-on Project for the Construction of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office using Tekla to determine the use of BIM on scheduling obtained from contractors.This research method starts from studying the software and the object to be modeled, collecting the data such as as-build, S Curve, RAB. Data processing start from 3D modeling using Tekla Structures 2020, scheduling with Tekla Task Manager, and then 4D modeling with object representation.Scheduling made from the Budget Plan (RAB), S Curve, and interviews of related parties are then inputted into the Tekla Task Manager with dependencies which are applied into the bar chart. The 4D model is created using the visual logic with the integration of the 3D model created by scheduling, the development planning stages can be displayed according to the reviewed date. It was concluded that Tekla Structures could be applied in scheduling the follow-up project for the construction of the Tapin Regency Regional Secretariat Office Building.Keyword : scheduling, Tekla Structures, Tekla Task Manager, Model 4D, Follow-on Project.

Abstract

The application of E-Government is a solution about how efforts to increase and benefit are obtained by the community from public services designed by the government under Mayor Regulation Number 41 of 2018 concerning E-Government Implementation utilizing Information Technology by forming an Android-based information system with the name Application Integrated Kelurahan Administration Services or can be called the "Palui Baiman" application. The Palui Baiman application is an application that can facilitate the means of submitting letters at the village level. The problem that arises is how the Palui Baiman application can be accepted by the people of Banjarmasin City. The objectives achieved in this study were to determine the level of acceptance and use of the people of Banjarmasin City towards the Palui Baiman application by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and using the usefulness and convenience variables integrated with the acceptance variable. Based on the results of the analysis by applying multiple linear regression testing, it was concluded that the Palui Baiman application was able to increase public acceptance and use with the Banjarmasin City Government raising the value of ease of use of the application with the results obtained of 0.016.

Abstract

Universitas Lambung Mangkurat memandang bahwa perkembangan teknologi informasi harus dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Salah satu upayanya adalah dengan meluncurkan aplikasi berbasis Android untuk mahasiswa dengan nama Portal Mahasiswa ULM. Kurangnya perhatian dan banyaknya keluhan terhadap aplikasi ini menjadi masalah utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability dari sisi mahasiswa, agar aplikasi ini dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keperluan pengguna. Model PACMAD digunakan dalam proses evaluasi untuk memberikan penilaian usability secara keseluruhan dengan 7 atribut di dalamnya. Kemudian merancang rekomendasi perbaikan berupa prototype dengan mengikuti aturan Eight Golden Rules sebagai solusi dari hasil penilaian PACMAD sebelumnya. Untuk mengetahui apakah rekomendasi perbaikan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, tahap akhir adalah melakukan pengujian ulang dengan menggunakan model yang sama. Hasil akhir didapatkan peningkatan pada atribut effectiveness dari 61,11% menjadi 96,67%, efficiency dari 34,67% menjadi 96,11%, memorability dari Kurang Baik menjadi Baik, dan satisfaction dari 58,83 menjadi 79,11. Selain itu terdapat penurunan pada atribut errors dari 19,65% menjadi 1,75%, dan cognitive load dari 59 keluhan turun menjadi 7 keluhan saja. Serta learnability yang tetap pada penilaian Baik.
