Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas prajurit di KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi untuk penelitian ini adalah prajurit KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 53 prajurit. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain uji coba instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini dan berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 22 bahwa variabel kepemimpinan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas prajurit (Y) di KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang. Dan secara simultan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan (X1) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel produktivitas prajurit (Y) di KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap Prajurit Di Korem 044/Garuda Dempo, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan secara simultan antar variabel bebas (kepemimpinan X1 dan lingkungan kerja fisik X2) terhadap variabel terikat (produktivitas prajurit Y) di Korem 044/ Garuda Dempo. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Produktivitas ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and physical work environment on the productivity of soldiers at KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang either partially or simultaneously. The population for this study were soldiers of KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang. The sampling technique was a saturated sampling technique (census) so that 53 soldiers were obtained. For data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. Data analysis techniques used include instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 22. The results of this study and based on hypothesis testing using SPSS version 22 that the leadership variables (X1) and physical work environment (X2) have a partially significant effect on the productivity of soldiers (Y) at KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang. And simultaneously that the leadership variable (X1) and the physical work environment (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on the soldier's productivity variable (Y) at KOREM 044/Garuda Dempo Palembang. Research that has been conducted on Soldiers at Korem 044/Garuda Dempo, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant relationship between variables (leadership X1 and physical work environment X2) on variables based on (productivity of soldiers Y) at Korem 044/Garuda Dempo. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze facilities, safety and service quality of housing purchase decisions in pt arumi graha cipta palembang. The subjects of the study included 102 respondents. Quantitative approach used in this study through data source techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis of the facility getting a value of 0.226 is positive which means that the better the facility provided by a housing company, the stronger the buying decision is proven to be correct. The security analysis got a value of 0.422 is positive which means that the hypothesis that reads The better the security provided by a housing company, the stronger the buying decision is proven to be correct. Furthermore, the analysis of service quality getting a value of 0.312 is positive, which means that the better the quality of service of a housing company, the stronger the buying decision is proven to be correct. Based on the results of the feeding study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of buying decisions on indicators of facilities, safety, quality of service and buyer decisions. Keywords: Facility, Security, Quality of Service, Buying Decision ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kualitas fasilitas, keamanan dan pelayanan dalam keputusan pembelian rumah di PT Arumi Graha Cipta Palembang. Topik survei mencakup 102 responden. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada metodologi sumber data, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis instrumental memberikan nilai positif sebesar 0,226. H. Semakin baik peralatan perusahaan perumahan, semakin kuat keputusan pembeliannya. Analisis keamanan menghasilkan nilai positif 0, 22. Hal ini membuktikan hipotesis bahwa semakin baik keamanan perusahaan perumahan maka semakin kuat keputusan pembeliannya. Analisis kualitas layanan juga positif dengan nilai 0,312. H. Semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan perusahaan perumahan, semakin kuat keputusan pembeliannya. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa indikator equipment, security, service quality dan purchase decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is prone to disasters. Based on BNPB data, from 2018 to 2019 there were 3,999 disasters. The total potential area of ​​flood hazard in South Sumatra Province as a whole is 6,476,932.00 Ha and is in the High class. The extent of flood hazards is broken down into 3 hazard classes. In reality, the survey results show that knowledge of disasters in Indonesia is still not accessible to the general public. There is a gap between disaster knowledge and existing knowledge at the community level. This is proven by the community's lack of responsiveness in protecting the surrounding environment, their lack of response to natural phenomena and their tendency to wait for the government to handle disasters. The success of this strategy is expected to increase public awareness of disasters so that they actively participate in flood prevention. The data collection technique used is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results show that children who have environmental awareness in Plaju District are only around 50.57%. The value of children's environmental awareness based on the results of the questionnaire is still low, namely 49.86%. And from the survey results, the government must raise environmental awareness among the people of Plaju sub-district, which must be done by the government, the managers (RT/RW), one of which is the need for support and motivation from related parties such as the government in the form of counseling and providing capital to encourage its citizens to process waste into something useful. useful so that it can convince residents by creating jobs and minimizing waste.

Abstract

Climate change affects agriculture through its impact on plant growth, development and yield. Research on indications of climate change and its impact on rice production in Indonesia in South Sumatra This research aims to examine climate change and its impacts on rice production in Indonesia. This study uses data from temperature, bulk rain, agroclimate, and rice production as well as socio-economic data. Methodology This research is an explanatory descriptive study using the concept of risk assessment where risk (risk) is a function of danger (hazard) and vulnerability (vulnerability). Study results shows that in Indonesia there has been climate change with indications of increasing temperature, changes in rainfall patterns, changes in hitergraphs, and changes in Oldeman classification.
