Abstract

This study aims to see the improvement of students' mathematical problem solving skills using a learning model using Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning assisted by Quizizz to improve problem solving. The NHT learning method is a learning method that uses cooperation among students to achieve learning objectives. The subject of the research is the seventh grade students of SMK N 1 Air Kumbang in the academic year 2020-2021. This method is Quasi-Experimental. There are two types of research data, quantitative and qualitative data. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and obtained calculations. It was found that students who received learning with NHT (Numbered Head Together) cooperative learning assisted by Quizizz get a higher post test score.

Abstract

The purpose of this study resulted in the learning path of students of algebraic multiplication materials by using water, oil and stone that evolved from informal to formal forms. The method used is a research design consisting of three stages, namely preliminary, design experiment and retrospective analysis. A series of lessons are designed and developed based on conjectures from the learning process and PMRI approach. This research was conducted in SMP N 5 Palembang involving 30 students of class VII. Learning Trajectory (LT) obtained includes three activities that are activities 1. Introduce the objects around that can be used in learning algebraic multiplication such as oil, stone and water, 2 Finding the Concept of Multiplication Algebra and 3. Solving problems related to daily life. The results of the experimental learning show that a series of activities that have been done helps to improve students' understanding of algebraic multiplication learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lintasan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan dengan menggunakan timbangan yang berkembang dari bentuk informal menuju bentuk formal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah design research yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu preliminary,designexperimentdan retrospective analysis. Pada penelitian ini, serangkaian pembelajaran didesain dan dikembangkan berdasarkan dugaan dari proses pembelajaran dan pendekatan PMRI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Al-Hilaliyah Palembang dengan melibatkan siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 30 siswa.penelitian ini menghasilkan Learning Trajectory ( LT ) yang meliputi tiga aktivitas yaitu aktivitas 1. Menimbang benda dan menentukan pecahan senilai dari pecahan yang diketahui 2. menentukan hubungan yang terjadi antara dua pecahan untuk menentukan apakah dua pecahan merupakan pecahan senilai atau bukan. Aktivitas 3. menyelesaikan permasalahan operasi pecahan yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan sehari – hari. Hasil dari percobaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa serangkaian aktivitas yang telah dilakukan membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan.DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.22342/jpm.11.1.3893.57-66

Abstract

This study aims to examine the improvement of Mathematical Problem Solving (KPMM) of students through Probing Prompting learning technique. Probing Prompting technique is learning by way of presenting a series of questions that are guided and explored so that there is a process of thinking that links the previous knowledge and experience with new knowledge to be learned. Questions raised on the students encourage students to think more rationally about the knowledge gained previously. In the face-to-face study dikuliah Differential Equation, assisted blended learning is by using the internet online. This study used quasi-experimental method with the control group design of pretest and non-equivalent postes. The subject of this research is a mathematics student at PGRI University of Palembang. namely experimental class that get learning Probing prompting assisted blended learning (PPPBBL) and control class that get conventional learning (PK). Based on the result of the test analysis, the difference of the average increase of KPMM of the students who get the learning PPPBBL and the students who get conventional learning, get the value of the table of the increase of KPMM students who get learning Prompting blended learning promotion (PPPBBL) better than students who get conventional learning

Abstract

Abstract. This community service was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. This activity is in the form of counseling on the role of statistical science in the field of health data. This activity aims to provide information to students of SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa about the role of statistical science in the field of health data. This service activity begins with the introduction of statistical data, the introduction of simple parameters used in the health field, how to process simple statistical data using Microsoft Excel, and ends with evaluating the achievement of activities. The results of community service showed that most of the students of SMA 1 Talang Kelapa had understood the statistics and the role of statistics in processing data with simple parameters in the health field.Keywords: Counseling, statistical sciences, health data Abstrak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Kegiatan ini berupa penyuluhan peran ilmu statistik dalam bidang data kesehatan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa tentang peran ilmu statistik dalam bidang data kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan tahapan pengenalan data-data statistik, pengenalan parameter-parameter sederhana yang digunakan dalam bidang kesehatan, cara mengolah data-data statistik sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan diakhiri dengan mengevaluasi capaian kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa sebagian besar sudah memahami ilmu statistik dan peran ilmu statistik dalam pengolahan data dengan parameter sederhana dalam bidang kesehatan.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan, ilmu statistik, data kesehatan

Abstract

This study aims to see the improvement of students' mathematical problem solving abilities using a learning model using cooperative integrated reading and composition type Circ (cooperative integrated reading and composition) learning assisted by Quizizz to improve problem solving . This model is learning by delivering teaching materials that he guardians by forming groups, provide discourse according to the topic of learning, students work together to read each other and find the main ideas contained in the discourse then provide responses to the discourse written on paper sheetss, Students present / read out the results of group discussions, the teacher provides reinforcement and makes conclusions together. The research subject was the research subject was the student of class X MAN 1 Palembang in the academic year 2020-2021. This method is Quasi-Experimental. There are two types of research data. Quantitative and qualitative data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and obtained calculations. It was found that students who received learning with the Circ type cooperative learning (cooperative integrated reading and composition) assisted by Quizizz showed a post test score that was greater than conventional learning

Abstract

This study aims to see an increase in the ability of mathematical understanding of students using probing learning models prompting assisted by edmodo blended learning. In this model the researcher presents a series of questions that are digging and guiding so that a thinking process that links each student's knowledge and experience with new knowledge is occurring. learned. Research subject of 3rd Semester Student in Mathematics and Teacher Training Faculty, University of PGRI Palembang. This research method is Quasi-Experimental. The data of this study are of two types. Quantitative data was obtained through analysis of student answers on the KPM test which was carried out pretest and posttest, and qualitative data were obtained from observations of lecturer and student activities, and the results of interviews with students. Data analysis used: doing descriptive analysis of data and calculating normalized gain (normalized gain) pretest and posttest, Testing requirements analysis is the data normality test and variance homogeneity test of the whole quantitative data, and hypothesis testing in this study t test, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, one-way ANAVA test or Kruskal-Wallis test. Hypothesis testing using SPSS-20 for Windows. The results of the data analysis concluded that 1) the increase in the ability of mathematical understanding of students who get learning by probing prompting assisted by edmodo blended learning is better than students who get conventional learning in terms of (a). all students (b) .KAM students

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to examine the extent of learning using probing prompting techniques applied in the course of differential equations at PGRI University Palembang assisted Edmodo Blended Learning. Learning model using Probing Prompting technique, aided by edmodo blended learning that is by using internet online, to assist them in learning. Probing Prompting Techniques is a way of presenting learning with a series of questions that are guided and explored to form a thought process that links previous knowledge and experience with new knowledge to be learned. Questions raised on the students encourage students to think more rationally about the knowledge that has been obtained before, and also can link the next questions so that new knowledge arises that is reflected from the results of a lesson. This research uses derskriftif method which only describes process from learning of differential equation using probing prompting. The subject of this research is a mathematics student in the course of Differential Equation at University PGRI of Palembang. Keywords— Probing Prompting, Edmodo Blended learning, and Differential Equation (PD) Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauhmana pembelajaran menggunakan teknik probing prompting yang diterapkan di matakuliah persamaan diferensial pada universitas PGRI Palembang berbantuan Edmodo Blended Learning. Model Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknik Probing Prompting, berbantuan edmodo blended learning yaitu dengan menggunakan internet secara online, untuk membantu mereka dalam pembelajaran. Teknik Probing Prompting adalah Cara menyajikan Pembelajaran dengan serangkaian pertanyaan yang sifatnya menuntun dan menggali sehingga membentuk suatu proses berpikir yang mengaitkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman sebelumnya dengan pengetahuan baru yang akan dipelajari. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang dilontarkan pada siswa mendorong siswa agar dapat berpikir lebih rasional tentang pengetahuan yang telah didapat oleh sebelumnya, dan juga dapat mengaitkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan berikutnya sehingga timbul pengetahuan baru yang tercermin dari hasil suatu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode derskriftif dimana cuma menggambarkan proses dari pembelajaran persamaan diferensial menggunakan probing prompting. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa matematika pada mata kuliah Persamaan Diferensial pada Universitas PGRI Palembang.  Kata Kunci— Probing Prompting, Edmodo Blended learning, dan Persamaan Diferensial (PD)

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat adanya peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dengan berbantuan edmodo blended learning. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa semester ganjil kelas VII MTs.Al-Hilaliyah Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini Quasi-Experimental. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui Tes Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis, yang dilakukan sebelum (pretes) dan sesudah (postes) kegiatan pembelajaran. Analisis data yang digunakan : melakukan analisis deskriptif data dan menghitung gain ternormalisasi (normalized gain) pretes dan postes. Pengujian persyaratan analisis adalah uji normalitas data dan uji homogenitas varians keseluruhan data kuantitaf, dan  uji hipotesis yang dalam penelitian ini uji t, uji-tʹ, uji Mann-Whitney U, uji ANAVA satu jalur atau uji Kruskal-Wallis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS-20 for Windows. Hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan.1) peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model Mind Mapping berbantuan edmodo blended learning lebih baik daripada siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional ditinjau dari (a) keseluruhan siswa (b)KAM siswa.Kata kunci : Mind Mapping, Pemecahan Masalah Matematis, Edmodo Blended Learning Abstract. The data in this researcher are distinguished by quantitative data that was obtained through the Mathematical Problem Solving Ability Test, which was conducted before (pretest) and after (posttest) learning activities. Quantitative data obtained through work results (answers) of students, observations, photos and videos, as well as the results of interviews with research subjects. Data analysis used: conducted descriptive analysis of data and calculated normalized gains (normalized gain) pretest and posttest. Testing requirements analysis is a normality test of data and a variance homogeneity test of all quantitative data, and hypothesis testing in this study t test, t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, one-way ANAVA test or Kruskal-Wallis test. Hypothesis testing using SPSS-20 for Windows. Abstract

Palembang adalah salah satu kota besar di Indonesia dan merupakan ibu kota provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Posisi geografis Palembang yang terletak di tepian Sungai Musi dan tidak jauh dari Selat Bangka. Secara geografis wilayah Kota Palembang berada antara 2º 52’ – 3º 5’ LS dan 104º 37’- 104º52” BT dengan luas wilayah 400,61 Km² dengan Curah hujan yang jatuh di suatu DAS akan menjadi aliran sungai dengan intensitas yang berbeda-beda. Intensitas ini dihitung dan di ukur dengan alat penakar hujan Hellman dan menghasilkan curah hujan  tercatat dengan intensitas curah tidak melebihi hujan rata-rata 31.5 mm selama 1 bulan di daerah sekitar Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II.
