Abstract

Cisarua Elementary School is a public school institution under the auspices of the government which is engaged in education. Currently, Cisarua Elementary School still has the habit of conveying school information to the community using conventional methods. So that it becomes an obstacle for the community to get information, they have to go to the location of Cisarua Elementary School. In this study the authors created a website-based school information system service using the Extreme Programing method which aims to facilitate the provision of accurate and reliable information to the public. In developing a website-based school information system, there are several approaches or methods used, in this study the method used was Extreme programming to build a school website. Extreme programming is a software engineering process that tends to use an object-oriented approach and the goal of this method is teams that are formed on a small to medium scale and this method is also suitable if the team is faced with unclear requirements or changes in requirements occur. which is very fast. The results of this study are in the form of a website-based school information system that can make it easy for the public to obtain school-related information.

Abstract

The tight competition in the ride-hailing service industry has made Super App digital companies in Indonesia vie to attract public interest to become their regular customers. As new players, Super App Maxim and/or InDriver companies need insight into what factors can make their applications accepted by Generation Z as the largest consumers in Indonesia. So, this study aims to investigate the role of performance and expectations of effort and social influence on continuing intentions to use new online transportation applications through the mediating role of personal innovation in information technology (PIIT). This study used the SEM technique with the SMART PLS 3.3.0 application, with 553 respondents using Maxim and/or InDriver. The study results show that performance, effort expectations, and social influence significantly affect the intention to use online transportation applications. Expected effort is the most significant factor affecting PIIT and intention to continue, followed by social influence and performance expectations. Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), social influence (SI), and perceived system and service quality (PSSQ) on personal innovativeness in information technology (PIIT) with respect to the adoption of a novel ride-hailing application brand. The research object selected for this study is the MAXIM and InDriver application, which represents a new brand in the market. The present study employed a questionnaire-based survey to gather data from a sample of 553 individuals who identified as users of either MAXIM or InDriver and who belong to the Z generation. The study employed the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques, specifically utilizing the SMART-PLS software version 3. The findings of the study indicate that electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM), social influence, and perceived system and service quality have a positive impact on an individual's inclination to adopt a new brand of ride-hailing application. . Furthermore, the findings indicate that gender impacts the propensity to adopt a new brand of ride-hailing application, with men exhibiting a greater inclination towards innovative experimentation than women.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, adanya pendidikan membuat manusia dapat menentukan dan mengubah kehidupan dan pembangunan suatu bangsa. Keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar tak hanya ditentukan oleh faktor internal seperti kemampuan, motivasi, serta keaktifan siswa, namun juga ditentukan oleh faktor eksternal seperti fasilitas dan lingkungan belajar, hingga kemampuan tenaga pengajar dalam mengembangkan berbagai keterampilan mengajar. Oleh karena itu penting sekali untuk mencari tenaga pengajar yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kriteria. Di SD Negeri 5 Karang Tengah terdapat beberapa tenaga pengajar yang akan pensiun dalam waktu dekat, hal ini tentu saja membuat tenaga pengajar yang ada menjadi berkurang. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan tenaga pengajar baru untuk menggantikan tenaga pengajar yang akan pensiun. Permasalahan muncul ketika akan menentukan tenaga pengajar yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Dalam perhitungan datanya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode MOORA, sedangkan pembuatan websitenya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan metode MOORA dapat diketahui bahwa alternatif A2 merupakan kandidat tenaga pengajar dengan perolehan nilai terbesar yaitu 0,480. Kemudian diikuti oleh alternatif A6 dan A4 dengan perolehan nilai masing – masing 0,427 dan 0,392.

Abstract

Employee performance decision support system (SPK) is very important to assist management in making the right decisions regarding employee performance evaluation. This research aims to develop an employee performance decision support system at Bumi Mandiri Sukabumi using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is used to obtain the weights of criteria and alternatives, and produce an alternative priority order. The data used in this study were obtained from employee performance evaluations at Bumi Mandiri Sukabumi in 2023. The assessment was carried out by direct interviews with superiors and included four criteria, namely work experience, education, ethics and loyalty. The results showed that work experience was ranked first with a weighted value of Work experience 0.473, Education 0.274, Eltika 0.164 and Loyalty 0.88. In addition, of the five alternative employees assessed, employees with names namely rifai ranked first, rifai 0.033780, Sabrina 0.28499, Widy 0.23530, Sarah 0.20787 in terms of performance. The developed employee performance decision support system can assist management in making more precise and accurate decisions regarding employee performance evaluation. Abstract

Seleksi calon karyawan baru memiliki peran yang penting dalam perusahaan untuk memperoleh individu yang tepat untuk mengisi posisi yang dibutuhkan. Sayangnya, beberapa perusahaan masih belum menjalankan proses seleksi ini dengan cara yang profesional. Masalah ini timbul karena kurangnya metode yang sistematis untuk mengevaluasi kecocokan calon karyawan baru. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, telah dikembangkan sebuah metode (SPK) atau sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi calon karyawan baru dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode ini digunakan karena mampu menentukan bobot untuk nilai setiap atribut, selanjutnya melakukan penentuan peringkat untuk memilih alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah calon karyawan, dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, sistem yang telah dikembangkan ini membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat proses seleksi calon karyawan baru, serta memberikan dukungan kepada divisi HRD dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih calon karyawan baru yang tepat di perusahaan tersebut

Abstract

As information technology and the internet develop, e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok shophave become an important part of life for Generation Z. Tiktok shopcombines social media with e-commerce, which allows creators and users to promote and sell products directly. via videos, live broadcasts and product catalogues. However, the popularity of Tiktok shophas also caused controversy because it is considered to be damaging market prices. After temporarily closing in October 2023, Tiktok shopreopened two months later in collaboration with PT. GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of satisfaction of Gen-Z consumers with Tiktok shopusing the (EUCS) method. The research results show that the variables of content, format and timeliness have a significant influence on user satisfaction, while the variables of accuracy and ease of use do not have a significant influence.
