Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) scale have an important role for the national income in Indonesia. They were proved – could be survive while the country had economic crisis. This study aims to determine analysis the influence of training, capital, and the managerial empirically to MSME income (case study to MSME of batik centre). This research used 60 samples with purposive random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interview, and questionnaires. The analysis method of this research is linear multiple regression. The results of the analysis indicate that partially and simultaneously independent variables affect MSMEs income.

Abstract

Human resources are one of important factors in an organization and are understood as strengths that come from human potential and can help to achieve organizational goals. Employee performance in a government agency is influenced by various factors originating from internal and external, these factors include leadership supervision, work discipline, competence. If the resulting performance is good, it will also have a good impact on a government institution.This study aims (1) to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (2) to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (3) to determine the effect of competence on the performance of the Brebes Inspectorate employees (4) to determine the effect of leadership supervision, work discipline, competence on the performance of employees of the Brebes Inspectorate. This research is categorized as a survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of the Brebes Inspectorate who found 46 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling because 37 samples were taken with non-structural official criteria. The research method used is primary data with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership supervision partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). (2) work discipline partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.002 <0.05). (3) competence partially affects employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05). (4) leadership supervision, work discipline, competence simultaneously affect employee performance with a significant value (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Human resources (HR) has a very important role and function in developing a company. Employees will provide their best performance if the company provides a good quality of work life. Nevertheless, there are some employees who are willing to do work that is not their job. This employee behavior can be termed as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employees who have a high level of OCB will be an important asset for an organization. They will obey orders from the leader. This research is conducted with the aim to know the impact of quality of work life and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance in Primebiz Hotel Tegal, partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. While the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that there is a significant effect of quality of work life (QWL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees’ performance at the significance level (=5%). 3). Abstract

Tax is state revenues that have important role on development also is one of the elements in the APBN. General administration at the Tegal City Pratama Tax Service Office, improving the quality of employees, hire employees every year, and developing the use of e-filling applications. which experienced development and growth with a total of 140,042 people in 2019 who are engaged in 17 types of business fields (dinkop umkm Central Java, 2019). This study aims to provide empirical evidences based on effects of the effectiveness tax digitization on taxpayer awareness and government trust aware of taxpayer awareness. In this study, data was collected by distributes questionnaire to obtain a sample of 74 samples and then processed using SPSS 22 software. The data analysis technique is the form of quantitative data also used simple linear regressions data analysis. This study also shows there was positive influence in the effectiveness of tax digitization on taxpayer awareness and the positive influence of government trust on the awareness of Tegal Regency MSE taxpayers

Abstract

The present quantitative analysis delves into the complex dynamics that effect the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Specifically, the study examines the influence of resource adequacy and the business climate. Regression analysis is used in this robust research design study to investigate the links between SME performance and financial resources, human resources, regulatory frameworks, market competition, technical advancements, and economic conditions and technological resources. The results show complex correlations, highlighting the importance of regulatory assistance, economic stability, competitive market responses, and thorough resource management for the success of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research offers concrete insights that will assist policymakers, business practitioners, and the academic community, adding to the continuing conversation on SME development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan model dan mengetahui variabel kompetensi sumberdaya manusia da­lam rangka meningkatkan kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Me­­ne­ng­ah (UMKM) di sentra industri batik Kabupaten Sra­gen. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode k­u­an­ti­ta­tif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wa­wan­cara, ob­servasi, kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Kegiatan pene­litian melibatkan karyawan UMKM di sentra industri batik Kabu­pa­ten Sragen. Metode analisis data yang dilaku­kan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, confirmatory factor analysis dan merumuskan model kompetensi sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Berdasar hasil analisis, di­per­oleh hasil penelitian bahwa model dinyatakan goodness of fit, variabel pengetahuan, variabel keterampilan serta variabel perilaku mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja UMKM

Abstract

The objective of the Directorate General of Taxes, a governmental entity operating within the Ministry of Finance, is to enhance tax revenue by implementing tax reforms that streamline the tax system. These reforms encompass modifications to tax rates, non-taxable income thresholds, and tax collection procedures. Despite serving as a fundamental pillar of the nation's economy, a significant number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) exhibit non-compliance concerning their tax obligations. A research investigation was undertaken to ascertain the influence of tax knowledge, gender, and individual characteristics on the tax compliance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tax office of KPP Pratama Kota Tegal. The employed metadata analysis methodology involved utilizinutilizationar regression analysis. The intended outcome of this research endeavor is the endeavor of the findings in reputable journals that are accredited with a SINTA rating of 3 or 4. The primary objective of this research is to enhance tax compliance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), hence leading to an increase in regional revenues. Additionally, this study seeks to contribute to overall development efforts.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk mengedukasi masyarakat melalui penerapan NIK ke dalam NPWP yang didasarkan pada ketentuan Pasal 2 ayat (1a) Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (HPP), bahwa Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak bagi Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang berkedudukan di Indonesia menggunakan Identitas Nasional. Nomor (NIK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Learning. Metode ini meliputi kegiatan diskusi dan praktek langsung bersama anggota pengusaha dan remaja mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan dan pemanfaatan NIK menjadi NPWP. Hasil pengabdiannya yaitu pelaksanaan ketentuan ini dalam rangka penyederhanaan dan kemudahan bagi wajib pajak. Sehingga disimpulan bahwa perlunya edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang penerapan NIK ke dalam NPWP merupakan hal penting yang harus disiapkan agar tidak terjadi salah persepsi dari masyarakat terkait penerapan NIK ke dalam NPWP. Perubahan ini diharapkan memberikan efek yang menguntungkan bagi masyarakat karena dalam hal ini masyarakat lebih mudah membayar pajak tanpa harus membuat NPWP dan mengurangi beberapa resiko.

Abstract

The rapid digital revolution has changed the paradigm of human resource management in the context of the digital era 4.0. This article presents the results of a systematic analysis of literature which aims to explain the influence of the digital revolution on Human Resource Management). A total of 20 selected journal articles were used as the basis for the research, focusing on main themes such as the transformation of the role of Human Resource Management), human resource management strategies for sustainability, and digital-based human resource management concepts. The results of a systematic analysis of literature highlight the key role of Human Resource Management as a strategic partner in facing organizational transformation in the digital era 4.0. The concept of digital-based human resource management is in the spotlight, emphasizing the importance of developing digital skills among the workforce. In addition, the findings show that Human Resource Management) plays an important role in a company's sustainability strategy, integrating economic, social and environmental aspects.
