Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penilti : terdapat pengaruh secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan (X1), komitmen kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan pada Koperasi Pembangunan di Kabupaten Kediri.Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantuan proposal program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). (2) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel komitmen kerja (X2) memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,035 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel komitmen kerja (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). (3) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1), dan komitmen kerja (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) yang memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Abstract

The influence of market trader service quality, which consist of the variables direct evidence, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, in very important to know how much influence it has on purchasing decisions at supermarkets. Diva can estimate how the community responds and improves the quality of services provided in the future. The sampling technique in this research uses the probability sampling method. Meanwhile the samples taken were obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The service result have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Improving product quality is the first effort faced by companies, when faced with efforts to become a leader. Products will be judged by quality and that is what adds value to consumers as well as one of the reasons for choosing to buy. Other factors that influence the decision to purchase Java Bakery bread products are location and quality of service. Therefore, businesses that want to stay ahead of their competitors need to take a number of actions related to improving product quality, improving location and service quality. This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used accidental sampling with a total of 97 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that product quality, location and service quality influence purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.563 or 56.3% while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis about whether there is an influence of store atmosphere, price perceptions, and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Pamenang Pagu Kediri Supermarkets. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely Nonprobability Sampling with the accidental method with a total population of 300 respondents and a sample of 75 respondents who are consumers at Pamenang supermarkets. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) F test (simultaneous), and the determinant coefficient (R2) which is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The conclusions of this study that partially store atmosphere has no significant effect on purchasing decisions obtained a significant value of 0.206> 0.05. Perceived price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Product completeness partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant t value obtained for 0021 <0.05. Store atmosphere, price perception, and product completeness simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung. This research uses a quantitative method with a Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with an accidental sampling method with a sample size of 60 people. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) as well as the determinant coefficient (R2) which was processed using the SPSS version 25 program. Conclusions were obtained from the research results. that partially the product has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, a significant t value of 0.000 <0.05 is obtained. Price partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.044 < 0.05. Location partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.460 < 0.05. Promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Word of mouth partially has no effect on sales volume, obtaining a significant t value of 0.437 < 0.05. Product, price, location, promotion and word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on sales volume at Attahira Fashion Tulungagung by looking at the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of infrastructure and non-physical work environment on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. The sample in the research consisted of 32 employees at SPPBE PT. Karya Usaha Lestari uses a saturated sampling technique which uses all members of the population as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2) test using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research show that the results of the t test for the variable Facilities and Infrastructure (X1) have a partially significant effect on employee performance by getting a sig value. 0.002 < 0.05 and the non-physical work environment variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.003 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that infrastructure (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at SPPBE PT. Karya Usaha Lestari with a value of sig. 0.012 < 0.05. In this research it is also known that the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R square of the non-physical Facilities and Work Environment variables has an influence of 64.5% in influencing employee performance, while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in the research This.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini telah terjadi persaingan yang ketat antar instansi pemerintah di Indonesia, Faktor yang paling penting dapat mendorong faktor lainnya adalah sumber daya manusia. Kerab ditemui kurangnya responsivitas diri aparatur dalam melakukan evakuasi/penangganan bencana di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitafif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Pengujian pada penelitan ini menggunakan program software SPSS versi 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil Penelitian Pelatihan kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur (Y) dengan nilai sig. t 0,008, Komunikasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur (Ydengan nilai sig. t 0,000, dan Etika kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur (Y) dengan nilai sig. t 0,009, Sedangkan dari tabel Model Summery dapat dilihat bahwa besarnya nilai korelasi atau hubungan (R) yaitu sebesar 0.869 dan nilai koefisiensi determinasi (R Square) sebesar 86,9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesis mengenai adakah pengaruh harga, kelengkapan produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Sambi Swalayan Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling dengan metode Acidental sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 533 pelanggan dan sampel sebanyak 84 pelanggan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) serta koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa kesimpulan bahwa variabel harga tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan diperoleh nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,119 > 0,05. variabel kelengkapan produk tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan diperoleh nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,321 > 0,05. variabel kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan diperoleh nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,035 < 0,05. harga,kelengkapan produk,dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Sambi Swalayan Kediri dengan melihat dari nilai sinifikan F sebesar 0,022b < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Facilities and Work Ability on the Performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates Employees. The research data was obtained by presenting data from the questionnaire results, as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study. The sample in this study were 43 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling where the sample determination technique was based on certain considerations. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study on the Work Discipline variable obtained a tcount value of 1439 <t table 2.042, so the Work Discipline variable has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance, work facilities variable obtained t count 2.220 > ttable 2.042 then work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance, and work ability variable obtained tcount 2.084 > ttable 2.042 then work ability partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables, work facilities and work ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees with the results of the F test obtained Fcount, namely 4.042 > Ftable of 2.852. In addition, it also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.237 or 23.7%. This indicates that the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees is influenced by work discipline, work facilities and work ability by 23.7%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is equal to 76.3%.
