Abstract

Research to determine the influence of factors consisting of stock liquidity, solvency, provitability and dividends simultaneously and partially on the value of the company in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2019. Sampling is done purposive sampling method as many is 30 companies in food and beverage company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2019. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simultaneous test results, Stock Trading Frequency (STF), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) to have an affect significant on the Price to Book Value, which means that stock liquidity, solvency, provitability and dividends to have an affect with together on the value of the company in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2019. While based on the partially test results, Stock Trading Frequency (STF), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) to have an affect significant on the Price to Book Value (PBV), which means that stock liquidity, solvency, provitability and dividends to have an affect with individual on the value of the company in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2019. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness stock liquidity, solvency, provitability and dividends on the value of the company is very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 86,0%. While contribution of independent variables to the dependent variables is equual to 72,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and skills on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The population in this study were all employees at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The sample was conducted using the census method of 102 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the partial test, the work motivation variable is more dominant in influencing the employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work motivation and skills have an effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Kampar. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 65.6%, while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research has been carried out and aims to determine the effect of authority and competence simultaneously and partially on the work commitment of ASN employees at the Kampar district health office. Sampling was done by using the slofin formula method from a population of 105 to 52 respondents. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression. Based on the test results simultaneously and partially, the variables of authority and competence have a significant effect on the work commitment of ASN employees at the Kampar District Health Service. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variables (authority and competence) and the dependent variable (work commitment) ASN employees is strong with the correlation coefficient (R) of 86.9%, while the contribution (R2) of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 75.6% ( very high), while the remaining 24.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of digital promotion on increased sales at the Emyu Bookstrore in Bangkinang City. This research was conducted at Emyu Bookstore in Bangkinang City for 2 months, from July to August 2020. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data, while the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, file research, observation and interviews. The population in this study were all consumers at the Emyu Bookstore in Bangkinang City in 2019, amounting to 2.844 consumers and based on the Slovin formula with 10% inaccuracy level, the number of samples in this study is 100 consumers. Data analysis carried out by simple linear regression model and hypothesis testing carried out by the t test at the rate of 5%. Based on the result of the research it can be concluded that digital promostion has a significant effect on increased sales at the Emyu Bookstrore in Bangkinang City. The closeness of the relationship between digital promotion varable on increased sales at the Emyu Bookstoore in Bangkinang City is very strong because the correlation coefficient (r) value is obtained 92,2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, service quality and product quality on consumer loyalty at CV. Naisha Madu Nusantara in Pekanbaru. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis using SPSS Version 25 with a total sample of 96 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a simultaneous test (f test) and a partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially trust, service quality and product quality affect consumer loyalty at CV. Naisha Madu Nusantara Pakanbaru. The close relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 78.40%. While the remaining 21.60% is determined by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of product availability, selling price and service simultaneously and partially on the purchasing decisions of Padang cement products at the Reza Bangunan Store in Airtiris. The population in this study were all consumers recorded in July 2021, namely as many as 247 consumers. The sample in this study was determined using the Slovin formula so that as many as 71 respondents were obtained. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, the variables of product availability, selling price and service are proven to have a joint effect on purchasing decisions for Padang cement products at the Reza Bangunan Store in Airtiris. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, the variables of product availability, selling price and service are proven to have an individual effect on the purchasing decision of Padang cement products at the Reza Bangunan Store in Airtiris, with the service variable as the dominant variable that influences purchasing decisions. The close relationship between the variables of product availability, selling price and service on purchasing decisions is very strong with a correlation coefficient (R) of 95.8%. While the contribution of product availability, selling prices and services to purchasing decisions is 91.5% while the remaining 8.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
