Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The Role of Teachers in Motivating The Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing (2) Teacher Obstacles in Motivating Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing (3) Teacher Solutions to overcome Obstacles in Motivating Learning of Students at SMKN 1 Surakarta Staffing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The data sources of this study consist of OTKP Teachers of SMKN 1 Surakarta, OTKP Students of SMKN 1 Surakarta, Head of the OTKP Expertise Program of SMKN 1 Surakarta, and documents related to the role of teachers in motivating student learning. The sampling technique is carried out by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The validity tests used are engineering triangulation and source triangulation. The results showed that (1) The role of the teacher in motivating student learning is: a) Guiding and approaching students, b) Giving gifts, c) Giving praise. (2) Teacher constraints in motivating student learning are: a) Limited quotas and internet coverage, b) a lack of variation in the learning methods used by teachers, c) Students who are less responsive. (3) Teacher solutions to overcome obstacles are: a) Sharing sessions between teachers, b) Providing guidance to students through a humanist approach, c) Making learning creative and innovative.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of online learning methods on learning outcomes; (2) the influence of student learning motivation on learning outcomes (3) the influence of online learning methods and student learning motivation on learning outcomes. This research applied quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study is all students of OTKP class IX at SMK N 1 Sukoharjo, especially for the 2021/2022 school year, which amounts to 107. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample count of 84 students. The data collection method is a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used prerequisite tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of online learning methods on the learning outcomes amounting to (tcount 2,981> table1,990) with significance (0.004 < 0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of student learning motivation on the learning outcomes, amounting to (tcount 3, 311> table 1,990) with significance values (0.001<0.05); (3) there can be a positive and significant influence between online learning methods and student learning motivation together on the learning outcomes (Fcount 14,739 > Ftabel 3,190) with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to verify: (1) The impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction at Sukoharjo District Court, (2) The impact of work facilities on job satisfaction at Sukoharjo District Court, and (3) The impact of organizational culture and work facilities simultaneously on job satisfaction at Sukoharjo District Court. The correlation method with an approach quantitative is used in this study. The population in this research was all 55 employees of the Sukoharjo District Court. The sampling was taken using the saturated technique. The information was obtained from a questionnaire and document analysis, during the trial test at Karanganyar District Court by 20 employees. The output of data analysis with a level of significance of 5% clarifies the existence of (1) There is an impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction with the output of t-test 4,768 > 2,007, (2) There is an impact of work facilities on job satisfaction with the output of t-test 3,810 > 2,007. (3) There is a simultaneous impact of organizational culture and work facilities on job satisfaction, with the output of the F test being 43,908 > 3,17.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine: 1) the effect of discipline on the learning achievement of archival subjects in X OTKP at SMKN 1 Wonogiri; 2) the effect of online learning methods on the learning achievement of archival subjects in X OTKP at SMKN 1 Wonogiri; and 3) the influence of learning discipline and online learning methods toward the learning achievement of archival subjects in X OTKP at SMKN 1 Wonogiri. This research is quantitative with a correlational approach. This research used a sampling technique called saturated sampling. The population of this research is all students of X OTKP, consisting of 72 students. Questionnaires and document analysis were used to obtain the data. Multiple linear regression analysis with precondition procedures is used to analyze the data. The results showed that: 1) There is an effect of learning discipline toward learning achievement (tstatistic 2.652 > ttable 1.667); 2) There is an effect of online learning methods toward learning achievement (tstatistic 2.003 > ttable 1.667); and 3) There is an effect of disciplined learning and online learning methods toward learning achievement (tstatistic 8.416 > ttable 3.13).

Abstract

The bureaucratic group makes an effort to help the community achieve certain objectives by providing public service. This study aims to determine: 1) Service quality of the Surakarta City Population Administration and Civil Registration Service; 2) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the Surakarta City Population Administration and Civil Registration Service; and 3) Efforts to overcome obstacles or inhibiting factors in the implementation of public services at the Population Administration Service and Civil Registration of Surakarta City. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive model analysis with the following stages: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation, and 4) drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: 1) The quality of public services has implemented five dimensions of service quality, but there are several indicators that are not in accordance with community expectations; 2) There are supporting factors for the implementation of services, including a) support facilities and tools; b) the existence of services online; and c) support for work motivation among employees. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of services include: a) the public does not know about online services; b) an unstable internet network; c) online services that often experience interruptions; d) the "Dukcapil in the Grip" application can only be downloaded on the PlayStore; Efforts made by the Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of Surakarta City in dealing with these obstacles include: a) socialization of service users related to online services through the "Dukcapil in the Grip" application; b) internet network improvement; and c) repair and development of the "Dukcapil in the Grip" application.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out how business communication is being implemented at Ubigo Karanganyar during a pandemic. (2) Find out how to use social media to improve business communication at Ubigo Karanganyar during a pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of research data include business communications at Ubigo Karanganyar, informants, and documents. Sampling techniques include purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The validity test techniques used are technique triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis using interactive analysis techniques. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Ubigo Karanganyar implements business communication through direct and media methods. The direct method is to collaborate with the Tourism, Youth, and Sports Office of Karanganyar Regency, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karanganyar Regency, and Maxim and Gojek online transportation. The media method is by using WhatsApp and Instagram social media. (2) Utilization of social media as a medium of business communication at Ubigo Karanganyar, namely WhatsApp, Instagram, Youtube, Market Place, and Facebook, which are actively used. The two WhatsApp and Instagram platforms contain various information such as catalogs, promotions, locations, and opening hours that can be helpful to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existing office layout in the Manpower Office of Surakarta City. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Sources of data used are informants, documents, places, and events. The subject-taking technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The validity of the data depends on the triangulation of source data and the triangulation of methods. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model. The types of spatial planning in the Surakarta City Manpower Office are open. This study shows that (1) the spatial layout of the Surakarta City Manpower Office has not been fully implemented as an office layout. (2) The factors that affect employee work comfort consist of lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, and wall colors that are good enough to encourage employees to be more comfortable doing their jobs. (3) There are still obstacles to the effective arrangement of office space.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) the implementation of Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library) at the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Library; (2) the obstacles faced in implementing the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library); (3) efforts made by the Regional Library of Sukoharjo Regency to overcome obstacles in the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library). This study uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results showed that 1) the implementation of the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library) included a) planning and preparation of application procurement, b) launching and introducing applications to the public, and b) implementing member registration applications. ; 2) obstacles to implementing the Sukoharjo E-Perpus application (Digital Library), including a) inadequate servers, b) suboptimal application socialization, c) lack of administrators in implementing applications, d) digital book collections that are still lacking in an application; 3) the efforts made by the Sukoharjo Archives and Library Service in dealing with problems of the Sukoharjo E-Perpus Application (Digital Library) include a) coordinating with service providers related to server problems, b) massive socialization to the public, c) appointment application administrator, d) addition to the collection of books that are still in the application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of infrastructure on the online learning motivation of PAP students, (2) the influence of the family environment on the online learning motivation of PAP students, and (3) the influence of infrastructure and family environment on the online learning motivation of PAP students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a population of 158 PAP students in the class of 2020 and 2021. The sample used is 113 PAP students. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of infrastructure on learning motivation based on the results of the t-test (tcount 3,531 > ttable 1,981) and sig. 0.001 < 0.05, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the family environment on learning motivation based on the results of the t-test (tcount 3.755 > ttable 1.981) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05), and (3) there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of infrastructure and family environment on learning motivation based on the results of the F test (Fcount 22.849 > Ftable 3.08) and sig. 0.000 < 0.05).
