Abstract

In order to develop and survive in the industrial world, inter-organizational cooperation is urgently needed which aims to provide positive work vibes. with a positive work atmosphere will have a good impact on work results, and psychologically provide morale to all employees. Morale is characterized by the enthusiasm of employees in carrying out their duties/work. This study used a quantitative explanatory research method to test the relationship between leadership and work motivation on work enthusiasm carried out at the UPTD Singosari Regional Revenue Agency, Malang Regency. In this study the population was all employees of the Department of Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets UPTD Singosari Malang Regency. Total population of 28 people. Because the total population is 28 employees, this study uses the census method. The independent variables are leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2). The dependent variable is morale (Y). Researchers used questionnaire data collection techniques, and observation. The data analysis technique used is (1) descriptive statistical analysis (2) validity and reliability test (3) hypothesis test. techniques in this study used descriptive statistics using the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) for Windows version 22 program. From the results of the study it can be stated that leadership and work motivation have a partially significant effect on employee morale. Leadership and work motivation in the Service Office of Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Service Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Singosari Malang Regency have a significant influence simultaneously on employee morale. Leadership becomes the dominant influence because the trigger for employee morale is a leadership style that is able to provide comfortable working conditions and can also improve employee welfare

Abstract

This research examines how digital marketing helps SMEs in the industrial era 4.0. Seeing the phenomenon that is currently growing rapidly in the world of SMEs is very interesting and unique, the strategy for SMEs with technology needs to be studied in depth, hence the need for this research to use a qualitative descriptive method. This research examines the actors in the clothing business (distribution). This survey covers six owners and staff distribution. Observation, documentation, and participant in-depth analysis of data. Based on the results of research that has been interpreted with relevant previous research, that apparel SMEs in the industrial era 4.0 require conventional to digital growth strategies. Tokped, shopee, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram show that merchandise distortion has grown. Distortion works with small or independent bands with fans to create a selling environment. Distortion Merchandise band support pressure, goods and shipments, as well as buying and selling. On the other hand, Awesam is active in marketplaces and social media, from tokped, shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Tik Tok, and WhatsApp Business to the Awesam website which is at the top when it comes to "poor plain clothes". One account can publish two to five stories a day with interesting material. Consumer privacy hinders digital marketing. Most internet shopkeepers mark pictures or make product offers to all clients without the owner's consent. Customers sometimes get annoyed with the photos sent. The HR soft skills-technology balance is another issue to address.

Abstract

One place for students who want to learn about entrepreneurship through After the Covid-19 Pandemic caused high environmental pressure to occur. One of them occurred in the increasingly uncertain sector of the country's economy. There are many things that can be done to provide economic solutions, one effective way is through improving the performance of MSMEs. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have important characteristics in economic development, both in developing and developed countries. The importance of the role of MSMEs in helping the country's economy, it is hoped that the longer the development of MSME performance will increase. The strategy decision emerged as a response to the current decline in MSME graphics performance, with steps. Strategic planning in small companies is much more informal compared to large businesses, however, MSMEs must continue to develop new missions, goals, strategies and policies, to then compare external opportunities and threats with their potential strengths and weaknesses. In this study MSME innovation as an additional stimulus because innovation is thought to increase competitive advantage, understanding the relationship between performance and innovation in micro, small and medium enterprises can help the company's competitive strategy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals. related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the strategic decisions made by MSME actors were still not quite right, on average MSME actors made short-term strategic decisions. Meanwhile, the innovation of MSME actors is very qualified to have a competitive advantage and competitiveness. The results of the research have implications for the first two things in the behavior of MSMEs, it is hoped that they will continue to improve their abilities creatively, innovatively and adaptively, both parties the government is expected to continue to improve and equip MSMEs facilities evenly and improve mentoring programs / training for MSMEs.

Abstract

Business performance is an effort made to maximize company profits obtained from providing value to customers by innovating to serve customer needs. Involving customers in an innovation process can be a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Entrepreneurial Attitude on business performance. The sample in this study was 250 entrepreneurial students in Malang. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. This study found that there is a direct influence of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial attitude towards business performance. An indirect influence of entrepreneurship education on business performance through entrepreneurial attitude. There is an indirect influence of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance through entrepreneurial attitude

Abstract

Universities as centers for the development of science encourage students to carry out entrepreneurial activities. As happened in the Business Education Study Program, State University of Malang, where Bachelor of Education graduates not only work as educators or employees, but also as entrepreneurs. Becoming an entrepreneur, especially for Business Education graduates, is influenced by various motivations. Therefore, this research aims to explore in depth the motivational phenomena that encourage Business Education graduates to become entrepreneurs. The subjects in this research were 5 Business Education graduates from the State University of Malang. Research was carried out in depth using interviews, observation, documentation and audiovisual. Based on research, two main keys to motivation were found, namely internal stimulus and external stimulus

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of Strategic Agility Planning in Nafalu Kopi, a micro business located in Gondanglegi, Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach through case studies, this research focuses on evaluating the implementation of strategic agile planning in the context of microbusiness. The selection of Nafalu Kopi as the subject of research was based on its uniqueness and potential as a micro enterprise in the region. This study tries to reveal how Nafalu Kopi applies the principles of strategic agility in its business operations, looking at aspects such as adaptation to market changes, innovation in service, and flexibility in business strategy. This research is expected to provide insight into best practices and challenges in implementing strategic agility planning in the micro enterprise sector. The results of this study intend to provide strategic recommendations for the development of similar micro enterprises, as well as contribute to the academic literature on the application of agile business strategies in the micro business environment.
