Abstract

Intense competition makes various existing markets must be able to provide the best and satisfaction for users to win the existing competition. In the review of the JD.ID application during versions 6.3 and 6.4 there were several user complaints that led to system and service quality problems. Service quality is one of the factors supporting the success or failure of an information system to provide satisfaction to its users. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of electronic service quality (e-service quality) on user satisfaction in the JD.ID application. The type of analysis used in this study is simple regression analysis with descriptive analysis to describe a generalization or explain the research subject based on the dimensions of e-service quality, so that an overview of the effect of e-service quality on user satisfaction can be obtained. The processed data was obtained from distributing questionnaires by using the google form. The results showed that the majority of JD.ID marketplace users in Badung Regency were women. The test results show that e-service quality which consists of dimensions of efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact has a significant influence on user satisfaction and has a strong correlation, meaning that the higher the service quality JD has. ID, the higher the level of satisfaction of JD.ID users. It can be said that the service quality of JD.ID is quite good in providing user satisfaction.

Abstract

A brand is very dependent on consumer perceptions of the product or services. In assessing consumer perceptions of products and services, companies are often faced with data analysis problems. One of the data that is very useful to produce a picture of consumer perceptions of the products and services is review data. So that the company's ability to process review data means that the company has a picture of the strength of the brand it has. Some of the most popular machine learning algorithms for creating text classification models include the naive Bayes family of algorithms, support vector machines (SVM) and deep learning algorithms. In this research, SVM has been proven to be a reliable method in pattern recognition. In particular, this study aims to produce a model that can be used to classify the polarity of hotel reviews automatically. The experimental data comes from review data on hotels in Europe sourced from TripAdvisor with a total of 38000 reviews. We also measure the quality of the classification engine model. The test results of the SVM model built from hotel review data are quite good. The average accuracy of the classification engine is 92.48%. Because the recall and precision values ​​are balanced, the accuracy value is considered sufficient to describe the quality of the classification.

Abstract

The high demand of the community for money that causes crime is the circulation of fake paper money. Counterfeit money if shared has the same physical as the original money issued by Bank Indonesia. To avoid the public accidentally transacting using counterfeit money, the government has actually socialized the 3D method (Seen, Diraba, and Diterawang). However, along with technological developments, the technique of making counterfeit money will also require the development of alternative techniques that can be used to help save fake money. Determining the authenticity of Rupiah banknotes can be done using pattern classification methods, one of which can be accommodated by artificial neural networks. LVQ neural network (Learning Vector Quantization) and Backpropagation are two types of artificial neural networks that do supervised learning. Extraction of features that show the authenticity of banknotes can be done using the HSV color space. This color space consists of components H (Hue), S (Saturation), and V (Value). This is the background of the topic chosen for analysis choosing the LVQ and Backpropagation methods in determining the authenticity of Rupiah banknotes based on HSV parameters. Evaluation analysis taken from the level assessment The evaluation results using the composition of the test data consisting of 10 original money images and 8 original money images obtained results both LVQ and Backpropagation networks were able to classify real and fake money images with 100% acquisition rates. However, when viewed from the MSE value, the LVQ network has a better performance with the supporting MSE value being 0. The test results from the preparation time, the Backpropagation network requires a shorter time compared to the LVQ network.

Abstract

The TEMAN BUS program employs technology to improve road-based public transportation in urban areas. The Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia implements digital transformation by developing the TEMAN BUS application to support TEMAN BUS transportation services. Passengers will find it more straightforward with this application to access the TEMAN BUS travel route, view information about the departure timetable, and observe bus arrivals in real time. To evaluate an application's effectiveness, it is necessary to assess the user's impression when the program is launched. This study uses the PIECES Framework, which has six variables Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service, to assess how users perceive the TEMAN BUS application. The findings of this study were derived from the perceptions of respondents, who felt that information and data performance, control and security, service, and user satisfaction were not good, and from the findings of hypothesis testing, which suggested that information and data performance and user satisfaction were unrelated.

Abstract

Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang berada dibawah pemerintahan Kota Denpasar. Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan mengelola beberapa kelurahan seperti Kelurahan Panjer, Pedungan, Sanur, Sesetan, Renon dan Serangan. Setiap kelurahan memiliki pengelolaan keuangan yang berbeda-beda. Terdapat kendala pada pengelolaan keuangan tersebut yakni dalam hal pengajuan dana berupa keterhambatan dalam proses pengajuan dana. Analisis dan desain sistem informasi pengajuan dan monitoring keuangan ini dilakukan sebagai tahap awal dalam pengembangan sistem yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah kelurahan dalam mengelola keuangan kelurahannya, Kelurahan hanya perlu melakukan pengajuan melalui sistem yang nantinya akan diterima oleh kecamatan sehingga kelurahan dapat memaksimalkan kinerja pada bidang lainnya. Rancangan sistem yang dihasilkan menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi obyek dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari use case, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. Komponen UML yang dibahas hanya pada mekanisme pengajuan dan monitoring keuangan. Rancangan antarmuka sistem yang dihasilkan berupa dashboard sistem yang menunjang proses monitoring keuangan.

Abstract

Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha mengembangkan sistem survei evaluasi diri berupa sistem informasi tracer study untuk menelusuri riwayat lulusan pada semua program studi dan semua jenjang yang telah diluluskan. Saat ini, sistem tracer study dikelola oleh UPT PKKM Undiksha di bagian Divisi Tracer Study. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menyampaikan informasi hasil kuesioner lulusan pada sistem tracer study Undiksha menggunakan teknologi business intelligence yang dapat memberikan varian visualisasi data secara ringkas, mudah dipahami dan lebih menarik ke dalam bentuk dashboard monitoring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode BI Roadmap dan Microsoft Power BI Desktop sebagai proses pengembangan dashboard monitoring dan alat pengembangannya. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan metode UAT (User Acceptance Testing) jenis Black Box Testing yang dilakukan melalui interaksi langsung dengan sistem. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil kuesioner lulusan pada tahun 2019-2021. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dashboard monitoring perkembangan alumni yang menyajikan grafik informasi detail hasil kuesioner lulusan pada sistem tracer study Undiksha. Penelitian ini menjadikan Ketua Divisi Tracer Study, Koordinator Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika, Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik dan Kerjasama serta Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan, Hubungan Masyarakat dan Alumni sebagai penguji sistem ini. Hasil pengujian sistem ini adalah dashboard monitoring perkembangan alumni dapat berjalan dengan baik dan menyajikan informasi tracer study yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLentera Anak Bali adalah organisasi nirlaba yang independen, bergerak dalam upaya perlindungan anak agar mendapatkan hak-haknya, terutama hak anak atas pendidikan (anak-anak marginal/kurang mampu), hak atas penguatan sistem hukum, kesehatan dan psikososial anak, dan penanganan korban kekerasan terhadap anak bangsa akibat seks pariwisata (paedofilia, psk dan trafficking), dengan lingkup wilayah Propinsi Bali yang sumber dananya berasal dari swadana, pemerintah maupun sumbangan lain yang tidak mengikat. Saat ini informasi mengenai keberadaan Yayasan LAB hanya melalui pemberitaan di media massa jika LAB mengadakan kegiatan. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya media yang dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai LAB itu sendiri dan kegiatan-kegiatannya maupun wadah jika masyarakat ingin melakukan pengaduan terkait pelanggaran hak anak. Website diyakini sebagai media yang tepat menjawab kebutuhan tersebut. Website digunakan sebagai media untuk menginformasikan company profile dari LAB kepada masyarakat. Web juga digunakan sebagai media informasi pertanggungjawaban kepada donatur yang menginformasikan kegiatan – kegiatan LAB. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dapat dibagi menjadi dua kegiatan yaitu pengembangan dan implementasi website Lentera Anak Bali dan kegiatan bantuan tenaga pengajar untuk memberikan materi membaca, menulis dan berhitung yang diselingi kegiatan mendongeng sehingga memberikan proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi anak-anak buruh suun Pasar Badung.Kata kunci : lentera anak bali, PKM, website, calistung, dongengABSTRACTLentera Anak Bali is an independent non-profit organization, engaged in efforts to protect children in order to obtain their rights, especially children's rights to education (marginal / underprivileged children), the right to strengthen the legal system, health and psychosocial children, and handling victims of violence against the nation's children due to sex tourism (pedophilia, prostitute and trafficking), with the scope of the province of Bali whose sources of funds come from self-financing, government and other non-binding donations. Presently, the information about the existence of LAB foundations is only through reporting in the mass media. For this reason, it is necessary to have a media that can provide information to the public about the LAB itself and its activities as well as a forum if the community wants to make complaints related to violations of children's rights. Website is believed to be the right media to answer those needs. The website is used as a medium to inform the company profile of LAB to the public. The web is also used as a medium of accountability information to donors who inform LAB activities. The method of carrying out PKM activities can be divided into two activities, namely the development and implementation of the Lentera Anak Bali’s website and the teaching aid activities to provide reading, writing and arithmetic materials interspersed with storytelling activities so as to provide a pleasant learning process for the children of Badung Market “sun” workers.Key words: lentera anak bali, PKM, website, calistung, fairy tales

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndustri kerajinan memegang peranan cukup penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat kabupaten Bangli. Seperti halnya IKM Akah Bali. Kerajinan yang dihasilkan IKM Akah Bali adalah kerajinan yang berbahan baku dari akar bambu. Akar bambu yang selama ini dianggap sebagai limbah dapat diolah menjadi kerajinan tangan yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi, bahkan karena keunikan dan keantikan yang dimilikinya, kerajinan limbah bambu IKM ini dapat menembus pasar ekspor sebagaimana halnya kerajinan kayu. Dalam mengikuti pameran pemilik IKM memiliki masalah karena tidak semua jenis produk tersedia untuk dipamerkan, bahkan cenderung produk-produk yang bagus telah laku terjual. Hal ini menyebabkan kendala pemasaran. Masalah kedua terkait dengan pemasaran bahwa penjualan IKM ini mengandalkan pengepul dimana pengerajin kurang diuntungkan terkait masalah harga yang ditekan oleh pihak pengepul. Pengerajin mengharapkan bisa terhubung langsung dengan konsumen yang memerlukan produk kerajinan tanpa harus melalui pengepul, sehingga margin keuntungan yang didapat pihak pengerajin menjadi lebih besar. Beberapa solusi yang dapat ditawarkan untuk menangani permasalah yang dialami oleh IKM adalah kegiatan dengan sentuhan ipteks, yaitu pendataan dan digitalisasi data produk kerajinan, pembuatan katalog produk kerajinan, pelatihan digitalisasi data produk kerajinan, pembuatan fasilitas online marketing produk kerajinan, serta pelatihan penggunaan online marketing untuk memperluas pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah dihasilkannya data produk IKM Akah Bali berupa data digital, meningkatnya kemampuan pengerajin dalam menyiapkan data digital produk berupa foto, dihasilkannya buku katalog produk dan website sebagai sarana perluasan pemasaran.Kata kunci : kerajinan akar bambu, buku katalog, foto produk, website e-commerceABSTRACTThe handicraft industry (IKM) plays an important role in supporting the economy of the people in Bangli district, like the Akah Bali IKM. The handicrafts produced by the Akah Bali IKM are crafts made from bamboo roots. Bamboo roots that is considered as the waste can be processed into handicrafts that can be high economically valued, due to it’s uniqueness and it’s antiquity. These IKM bamboo waste crafts can penetrate the export market as well as wood crafts. IKM owners faces some obstacles during participating in the exhibition, because not all types of products are available for exhibition, even good products tend to be sold out. it causes marketing constraints. The second problem is related to marketing, that the sales of SMIs rely on collectors where the craftsmen are less profitable due to the price pressures by the collectors. The craftsmen expect to be able to connect directly with consumers who need handicraft products without having the help of middle man or so called the collectors, with hope that the craftmans’ profit margins are greater. Some solutions that can be offered to deal with problems experienced by IKM are activities with a touch of science and technology, namely data collection and digitization of handicraft product data, making handicraft product catalogs, training on digitizing craft product data, making online marketing facilities for craft products, and the use of online marketing to expand the businesses. The results of this PKM activity are the digital data form of IKM Akah Bali production, the increased ability of craftsmen in preparing digital product data through photos, the production of product catalog and websites as a means of expanding marketing.Keywords : bamboo root crafts; catalog books; product photo; e-commerce website

Abstract

BDI Denpasar is a government agency tasked with carrying out training and education for human resources of animation, crafts and art. BDI Denpasar in managing news classes in the Kabar Insan Oke service still uses conventional methods. Therefore an automatic news classification module is needed. This study was made to compare the performance level of news classification at BDI Denpasar using K-NN classification with the TF-RF and TF-ABS term weighting methods. Methods that have a high level of performance will be implemented in the news classification module. This research was carried out by collecting news documents, text preprocessing, term weighting, classification, model validation and testing. The K-NN classification uses the n_neighbhor (k), namely k=3, k=5, k=7 and k=9 using a dataset of 324 documents containing 7 classes taken from BDI Denpasar website. Based on the results of the tests performed, TF-RF method obtained a higher performance at k=5 with an accuracy of 71% with a precision of 73% and a recall of 71%. TF-ABS method with the highest performance value is found at k=9 which obtains 70% accuracy, 63% precision and 70% recall. So the method that will be implemented in the news classification module is TF-RF at k=5 with an accuracy of 71% with a precision of 73% and a recall of 71%.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program is a relatively new program implemented in Indonesia since February 2020. Like a new program, the implementation of the MBKM program is also followed by various pro and con attitudes. Therefore, a sentiment analysis technique is needed to determine the public opinion towards the MBKM program. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the KNN method in performing sentiment classification optimized by the SMOTE method in overcoming the problem of unbalanced data and to determine the tendency of public sentiment towards the implementation of the MBKM program. Based on the research results, the KNN method optimized with the SMOTE method is proven to improve classification performance. From initially producing an accuracy value of 76.13%, precision of 76.03%, recall of 76.13% and f1-score of 76.01% there was an increase in accuracy value to 76.13%, precision to 76.03%, recall to 76.13%, and f1-score to 76.01%. In this study, it was found that community responses tended to be neutral towards the MBKM program. The community feels that the MBKM program is a program that can increase student experience. However, there are still program systems that are considered complicated and need to be evaluated.
