Abstract

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan Bank di Indonesia sangat pesat dan hampir semua Desa ada kehadiran Bank dari Bank Umum maupun Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Persaingan Bank yang begitu ketat menuntut Bank memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat agar masyarakat menjadi nasabah penabung dan peminjam sehingga Bank dapat eksis dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif pada Bank Umum dan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di wilayah Propinsi Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan pelayanan prima dunia perbankan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua perbankan memiliki pelayanan prima dan menerapkannya dalam operasional perbankan mulai dari frontliner, back office, credit department, operational office dengan memberikan penampilan, senyuman, kesopanan dan keramahtamahan, empathy, quick service, pengetahuan dan keahlian, tepat waktu dan janji, kejujuran, efisien, keterbukaan, kepastian hukum, biaya yang rendah.Kata kunci: Service, Bank, Loyality, Satisfaction, CustomerABSTRACTBank growth in Indonesia is very rapid and almost all villages have the presence of banks from commercial banks and people's credit banks. The Bank's fierce competition requires the Bank to provide excellent service to the public so that people become depositors and borrower customers so that the Bank can exist in the long term where customers are a vital aspect of business growth. Especially in the People's Credit Bank (BPR), which exists both in villages and in big cities. This research uses phenomenological methods with a qualitative approach to Commercial Banks and People's Credit Banks in the Province of Bali. This study aims to explore the application of excellent service in the banking world in maintaining customer loyalty. The results showed that all banks have excellent service and apply it in banking operations ranging from the frontline, back office, a credit department, and an operational office by providing appearance, smile, courtesy, and hospitality, empathy, quick service, knowledge, and expertise, punctuality, and promise, honesty, efficiency, openness, legal certainty, low cost.Key Word: Service, Bank, Loyality, Satisfaction, Customer

Abstract

ABSTRAKEtika kepemimpinan dapat menjadi faktor kompetitif dalam menggerakkan dan mengakselerasi peningkatan integritas dan kepercayaan anggota organisasi. Etika kepemimpinan berdasarkan kearifan lokal yaitu Catur Paramitha, digunakan sebagai dasar dalam membangun etika kepemimpinan modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana Catur Paramitha yang merupakan filosofi budaya Bali dapat diterjemahkan ke dalam etika kepemimpinan modern. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif yang di dukung referensi dan pengalaman dalam memaknai sudut pandang filososofi budaya mendeskripsikan etika kepemimpinan modern. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa etika kepemimpinan Catur Paramitha merupakan pedoman pemimpin dalam mengambil keputusan berdasarkan empat macam sifat dan sikap utama yang patut dijadikan landasan berorganisasi, yaitu; Maitri (memandang orang lain sebagai sahabat), Karuna (memberikan bantuan kepada siapa saja yang membutuhkan), Mudita (selalu bersimpati pada orang lain), Upeksa (toleransi dan menghargai orang lain). Etika kepemimpinan Catur Paramitha erat kaitannya dengan kehidupan dan budaya masyarakat Bali, namun pemaknaannya dapat diadopsi dalam kehidupan berorganisasi baik bisnis maupun non-bisnis. Landasan filosofi Catur Paramitha dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam mengimplemetasikan etika kepemimpinan modern.Kata Kunci: Etika Kepemimpinan, Catur Paramitha, Budaya, Filosofi, Kompetitif.ABSTRACTEthical leadership can be a competitive factor in driving and accelerating the integrity and trust increase of organizational members. Leadership ethics based on local wisdom, namely Catur Paramitha, is used as a basis for building modern leadership ethics. The purpose of this study is to understand how Catur Paramitha which is a Balinese cultural philosophy can be translated into modern leadership ethics. The research methodology uses an exploratory qualitative approach supported by references and experience in interpreting the cultural philosophy point of view describing modern leadership ethics. The results obtained show that the leadership ethics of Catur Paramitha is a guideline for leaders in making decisions based on four main characteristics and attitudes that should be used as the basis for organization, namely; Maitri (viewing other people as friends), Karuna (providing help to anyone who needs it), Mudita (always sympathizing with others), Upeksa (tolerance and respect for others). Catur Paramitha's leadership ethic is closely related to the life and culture of the Balinese people, but its meaning can be adopted in organizational life, both business and non-business. The foundation of the Catur Paramitha philosophy can be used as a guide in implementing modern leadership ethics. Keywords: Leadership Ethics, Catur Paramitha, Culture, Philosophy, Competitiveness.
