Abstract

The Pelaga Agritourism area is dominantly visited by students, who are predominantly less than 20 years old, some of them are from the age group of 21 to 40 years. They are predominantly come from around the City of Denpasar and Badung Regency. They are interested in visiting Pelaga because a unique village tourist attraction, views of gardens and farmland, natural beauty, the beauty of the park, cultural friendly and environmentally friendly tourist attractions, public facilities, telecommunications, restaurants and centers the agriproduct market, the people who are friendly to tourist arrivals, easy to reach locations, the availability of transportation to the location, and the proximity to the city center. Dominant tourists willing to re-visit Pelaga significantly influenced by the unique village tourist attraction, views of the expanse of gardens or farmland, natural beauty, the beauty of the park, and the ease of reaching the Pelaga location from their residence.

Abstract

High-quality tourism destinations nowadays become the expectations of tourism stakeholders. However, these quality tourism destinations do not have a definition and key performance indicator that can be used as a measurement indicator, so this research is necessary. This study tries to measure the quality of tourism destinations based on the perspective of Bali tourism respondents. In this survey, the attitude of the respondents was measured using a choice of 5 Likert scales that directly asked their attitude towards various indicators on two elements, namely the tourist quality variable and the destination quality measurement variable. The results of a survey of 200 informants illustrate that the respondents' views on all indicators that are considered as indicators of measuring the quality of tourists and indicators of tourism destinations. They can be used as indicators to measure other destinations with adjustments according to their conditions. The novelty in this studies is three factors that have been formed key factors of tourism destination quality. The first is named the quality beautiful destination and unique attraction. The second factor is named quality tourist spending and respect local culture minded. The third factor is named the quality climate and weather condition and infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the motivation of tourists to travel to Bali. This study used a sample with 213 respondents. The analytical tool used is factor analysis with SPSS version 24. The results of the study found two tourism motivation for tourists to vacation in Bali, namely by 'Traveling & Relax' and 'Health'. We also found the results of research on the tourist attraction of tourists on vacation in Bali, namely 'Government and Private Sector', 'Public Service', 'Bali nature and culture' and 'holiday and shopping'. This study has limitations, namely not looking for a relation­ship between push and pull motivation of tourists to Bali.

Abstract

This research is a basic research that confirms the ethics of sustainable tourism planning with the research objective of the establishment of ethics of developing agritourism in the boundaries of protected forest. The quantitative method is uses as primarily approach involving 230 respondents, and 32 informants as supplementary approach. The conclusions are the ethical development of agritourism in protected area in the case study of Pelaga Village ideally able to present open natural beauty, cultural-friendly, environmentally friendly, and conserve a unique tourist attraction, provide public facilities, telecommunication, restaurants, and market centers for agriproducts, the availability of transportation to the location, and provide public facilities

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to carry out consumer and investor behavior through a feasibility study of cable car tourist attractions in agritourism in Pelaga Village, Petang district, which focuses on studying marketing and financial perspective. This research uses observation and feasible study methods based on marketing theory, and investment financial management theory. It is highly likely by potential tourists as an attraction that can openly present natural beauty, as an environmentally friendly tourist attraction, a unique tourist attraction in Bali, will provide public facilities, telecommunications, restaurants, and agro product market centers, proximity to the city center, availability of transportation to the location, easy access to locations, and community friendliness towards tourist arrivals. The economic aspect where analysis of market opportunities is based on estimated sales data for four types of services: cable cars, restaurants, UFO glass platform attraction, and under the park and agritourist. The findings of this study reinforce the method and theory that business-oriented development planning must go through a feasible study of at least two important aspects, namely aspects of market potential, and aspects of investment management which are expected to be profitable for investors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to formulate a mapping model on the potential of an herbal-themed tourism village based on a case study in Catur Village, Kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The methodology of the research is a qualitative descriptive study by conducting a field survey, namely collecting data by providing closed questions that ask the perceptions of stakeholders managing tourism villages in Bangli Regency, community leaders in Catur Village, small business owners in Catur Village, and the Village Heads. The research results are processed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques by visually describing a set of data, which can be done in two parts, namely numerical descriptions, narrative texts, graphics, and in-depth explanations. Results of research of the descriptive analysis using tourism village mapping indicators posted Catur Tourism Village as a fairly decent village (2.52) to be further developed as a tourist village. This tourist village is mapped into four potentials, namely: nature tourism, cultural or religious tourism, herbal tourism, and agri-horticultural. Conclusion of the results of research based on the analysis of tourism potential, it can be said that Catur Village has fulfilled four aspects (4A) in offering tourism product of four main attractions, namely natural beauty, agriculture, culture or religion, and herbs. In terms of accessibility, road access to Catur is very adequate. In terms of amenities, facilities such as homestays, food and beverage providers, banks, health services, and others are quite available at Catur. As for ancillary, the institutions in Catur have led to full support for the development of the tourist village.

Jemaat dapat dengan mudahmemperoleh data keuangan pada Bendahara Gereja, segala hal yang menyangkut pendapatandan pengeluaran dilaporkan setiap minggu kepada jemaat melalui warta jemaat. Abstract

ABSTRAKVirus covid 19 yang mematikan mulai memasuki di awal 2020 yang membuat PemerintahProvinsi Bali membuat kebijakan pembatasan interaksi sosial masyarakat di semua lapisanmasyarakat. Ekonomi Bali yang mengandalkan Sektor Pariwisata sangat terasa terutama dikurun waktu April 2020 – Desember 2020 terjadi penurunan tajam wisatawan asing akibatdari banyak Negara melarang warga negaranya melakukan kunjungan ke negara Indonesiaterutama Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat seberapa besar ekonomi Bali terjadipenurunan pada indikator-indikator ekonomi disaat terjadi Covid-19 selama kurun waktutahun 2020. Metode penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dengan tehnik analisis deskriptifstatistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Bali (9,31)%, Inflasi 0,55%,Penduduk Miskin 165 ribu orang, tingkat pengangguran 5,63%, realisasi pendapatan APBD(23,74)%, Pertumbuhan Dana Pihak Ketiga Bank Umum (1,51)%, Pertumbuhan Kredit BankUmum (0,48)%, Non-Performing Loan Bank Umum 3,18%.Kata kunci: APBD, Inflasi, NPL, PDRB, tantangan ekonomi.
