Abstract

Background: Technology acceptance model (TAM) has been extensively used to analyse user acceptance of technologies adopted by enterprises at different levels. Moreover, the technology adoption has drawn attention among practitioners and academic communities alike, leading to the development of approaches to understand the concept. However, there is a degree of inconsistency found in previous studies on different types of TAM models used in explaining user acceptance of technologies among small-medium enterprises (SMEs).Objective: This critical literature review aims to synthesise the technology adoption scholarly studies using TAM. It is expected to aid the identification of the most relevant factors influencing SMEs in adopting technology. Additionally, analysing the variations of TAM developed in previous studies could provide suggested variables specific to the type of technology industry. Methods: An integrated approach was used, and this involves a review of articles on the adoption of technologies in SMEs from 2011 to 2021, retrieved from popular databases using a mixture of keywords such as technology acceptance model (TAM), technology adoption, and technology adoption in SMEs.Results: An overview of TAM studies on user acceptance of technology in this review covers a wide range of research areas from financial technology to human resource management-related technology. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were discovered to be the most common factors in TAM from the 21 articles reviewed. Meanwhile, some other variables were observed such as context, type of technology and level of user experience. Conclusion: The review highlights key trends in previous studies on IT adoption in SMEs, which assist researchers and developers in understanding the most relevant factors and suitable TAM models in determining user acceptance in a particular field. Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, Technology Adoption, Small-medium Enterprises, Critical Review

The basic theory used in this research is Marketing Management, E-Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study was 266 pharmacies and samples taken were 73 pharmacies with simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each indicator of the independent and dependent variable. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research on the f test show that the E-Service Quality variables which include Efficiency, Reliability, Fullfilment, Privacy, Responsiveness and Contact have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on Customer Satisfaction. The t test shows that the independent variables; reliability and contact affect customer satisfaction while the variables Efficiency, Fullfilment, Privacy and Responsiveness do not affect the customer satisfaction of users of the EMOS application (Enseval Mobile Order System).

Abstract

Time series analysis in financial sector has grown in popularity since the last few decades, theories about capital markets are increasingly studied since Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) and Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) are often compared and paired with one another. The development of APT is widespread by involving many macroeconomic variables. Unfortunately there is no consensus until now. This paper aims to examine the relevance of APT in the case of Indonesia during the period 2009-2017 with standard multiple regression equations. From three independent variables, only exchange rates have a significant influence on the composite stock price (IHSG) in Indonesia, while inflation and GDP have no significant effect on stock prices. 99.8% variation in stock price formation can be explained by independent variables where there is a positive relationship between exchange rate and stock price indicates a mechanism of stock price formation through strong domestic demand before fourth quarter 2016 and trade effect (export-import) after fourth quarter 2016 .

Data were obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study is people in the city of Samarinda who are looking for boarding houses with a sample of 30 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression in which the classical assumption has been done first. Based on the results of the study and discussion, there is a positive and significant influence between the product on people's interest in choosing a boarding house in samarinda. There is a positive but insignificant influence between the influence of price, promotion, location, people, physical evidence and process of the public interest in choosing a boarding house in Samarinda. From the results of this study, it is expected that boarding house owners can adjust the price of boarding houses with better facilities, do not provide prices that are not comparable to the facilities obtained by boarders who rent and can repair damaged boarding house facilities, so that the community or students have an interest in renting the boarding hous. For the next researcher, it is recommended to add more samples and other variables

Abstract

This study explores the I-T-O-E framework to understand the dominant factors that specifically influence MSME adoption. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as one of the most affected needs to implement a marketing strategy through social media, due to low costs and ease of reaching consumers on a wider scale. West Java was chosen as the research location because the level of technology adoption in MSMEs is the highest among other big cities. The culinary sector was chosen because it is one of the sectors most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and is the sub-sector with the lowest use of internet media among other creative economy sub-sectors. The methodology is qualitative, involving interviews with participants (MSMEs in the culinary sub-sector) selected through snowball sampling.  The result shows that individual factor holds the most important role in determining social media strategy in MSME. This research is expected to have significant implications for both theory and state public policy in increasing digital interconnection, inclusivity, productivity, and MSME income.Â
