Abstract

In the learning process, not only subjects must be applied, but the development of student character is also important and emphasized. Education and character building are very important for everyone because they shape everyone's identity. Education and character building really need to be implemented from an early age so that it is better understood and accepted, and becomes an individual person from an early age. This is to ensure that students are trained to behave well at all times from a young age. Of course, there are many important challenges involved in developing student character. In addition, regular guidance and follow-up is needed to determine the character development of students. Authentic assessment is also needed to support the evaluation of student character, so that the results are more convincing and the original purpose of the process is achieved properly. Based on this explanation, the author tries to explain how authentic assessment should be carried out in the context of character assessment.

Abstract

Character education is a process in which religious, moral, and ethical values are implemented to students through science, with the help of parents and teachers, as well as the community where it is very urgent to shape and develop the character of students. Each child has expectations The good things from him exist on this earth, but that hope must continue to be honed and socialized properly so that the character of each child can be formed and developed optimally. In this era that is all digital, children can use media so easily digital. The digital era which does not have a positive impact, but also has a negative impact in the end makes it a separate task for educators, parents as well as adults in providing guidance as well as monitoring what children have done with the digital media they use, right up to the child's able to take advantage of his digital media as well as possible also receive positive benefits for himself and his life later.

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a significant policy instrument in efforts to alleviate poverty and improve community welfare. This article focuses on an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of BLT as a social policy tool. The aim of this research is to evaluate the impact of BLT on recipient communities and examine the key aspects that influence its effectiveness. This research includes literature analysis and empirical data to measure the impact of BLT on poverty levels, access to education, health and other social aspects. The research results show that BLT has great potential in reducing poverty and increasing people's access to basic services. However, the effectiveness of BLT is also related to factors such as program design, recipient selection, and distribution mechanisms. This article also discusses challenges in implementing BLT, such as administrative costs and policy issues. In addition, this article provides an overview of how BLT can be integrated into a broader social policy context. In its conclusion, this research highlights the important role of BLT in helping economically vulnerable communities. However, the success of BLT depends on careful and evidence-based implementation, as well as good coordination with other social policies. This article makes a significant contribution to the understanding of the effectiveness of BLT as an important social policy instrument.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan dengan sebagian besar wilayahnya pegunungan, budayanya beragam dari berbagai suku yang tinggal di dataran tinggi. Masyarakat pegunungan memiliki filosofi dan kearifan lokal yang menarik. Pola sosial di daerah pegunungan, seperti Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten, berbeda dalam mengelola sumber daya alam dan kegiatan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Kampung Domba yang terletak di Desa Cinyurup, yang berada di wilayah pegunungan. Kampung ini menggabungkan peternakan domba dengan pertanian sayur-sayuran sejak tahun 2004. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melibatkan ulasan literatur dan wawancara. Ulasan literatur membantu dalam membangun dasar-dasar teoritis, mengidentifikasi makna pengetahuan, dan membangun basis argumen penelitian. Wawancara dengan informan utama Pak Uti, seorang penduduk yang terlibat dalam mengelola pariwisata desa domba, memberikan wawasan dari tangan pertama. Studi ini menjelaskan pengalaman dan keberhasilan kontraktor masyarakat pegunungan dalam proyek pengekonomian usaha ternak, mengidentifikasi masalah, dan mempelajari adaptasi serta strategi pengelolaan wisata. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sadar akan prospek wisata Kampung Domba. Kesiapan untuk pengembangan dan pemeliharaan prasarana, serta fungsi lembaga terkait, masih kurang optimal. Studi ini memberikan landasan untuk kebijakan dan upaya masyarakat yang mendukung kontraktor masyarakat pegunungan dalam pengelolaan ekonomi dan kampung domba. Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, Pegunungan, Kampung Domba.
