Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran WordWall terhadap motivasi belajar IPS. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan model desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas 7 SMP 58 Surabaya sebanyak 314 orang, dengan besaran sampel 40 siswa. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik dianalisis data menggunakan uji normalistas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. (2 tailed) 0,00 0,05, artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai antara pretest dan posttest akibat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar IPS.The effect of using Word Wall learning media on social studies learning motivationThe research aims to determine the effect of WordWall learning media on social studies learning motivation. The study used an experimental method with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The study population was 314 grade 7 students of SMP 58 Surabaya, with a sample size of 40 students. Samples were taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using tests. Techniques for analyzing data using the normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. The results showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 0.05, meaning that there is a difference in scores between the pretest and posttest due to the influence of the use of Wordwall learning media on social studies learning motivation.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to find out the strategies used by young entrepreneurs in facing the era of society 5.0 in the city of Surabaya by using a case study on the Kalihkitha Wedding Organizer, as well as to find out the relevance of the strategies used by young entrepreneurs in facing the era of society 5.0. This research is a type of qualitative research that collects data using observation, interviews, and document analysis. The method used for data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. In addition, this study also uses triangulation, namely by using data sources, theories, and methods. In this research, researchers found that there are three strategies used by entrepreneurs, namely concept planning, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. In addition, it was found that the relevance of the activities carried out by Kalihkitha entrepreneurs related to the social studies learning objectives, namely the independent learning curriculum. The points associated are the community's efforts to meet the necessities of life and analyze the development of the digital economy.

Abstract

Observasi awal diketahui bahwa siswa kelas X-3 SMA Labschool Unesa kurang kritis dalam berpikir. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam proses perumusan masalah hingga penarikan kesimpulan serta rendahnya antusiasme siswa dalam tanya jawab dan menanggapi fenomena yang dihadirkan saat diskusi berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Upaya untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei tahun 2023. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X-3 yang berjumlah 24 siswa, instrumen pengumpulan data melalui tes tiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi perubahan hasil belajar siswa pra tindakan yakni terdapat peningkatan siswa dalam keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka mengalami kenaikan lebih dari 50%. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari persentase kenaikan kegiatan pra-tindakan ke siklus I sebesar 4,26% dan kenaikan siklus I ke siklus II sebsar 12,92%. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X-3 SMA Labschool Unesa mengalami peningkatan dari pra tindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II.
