Abstract

This paper is a type of qualitative research with a library research approach. Collection of literature related to charismatic and visionary leadership. Furthermore, when viewed from the closeness of the content, the literature can be classified into two. First, the primary source (primary source) and the second secondary source (secondary source). Charismatic leadership is a leadership style by highlighting charisma to attract and inspire devotion by others. A visionary leader is a leader who is able to determine where the organization is going and how to achieve it. Thus, visionary leaders must have predictive, anticipatory, systematic, holistic, integrative, and comprehensive thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policy formulation process as it relates to the position of education in the context of the public sector, which must be managed seriously, and the level of urgency for the government in setting program priorities such as development. This study used qualitative research methods with a literature study approach. Several stages of data presentation are applied in this paper, namely data restatement, description to map data patterns, and interpretation to highlight the definite meaning of the policy formulation process in educational institutions, including formulation, agenda setting, and ratification.

Abstract

In this study, the IS Success Model is used to analyze data on the use of information technology for distance learning during a pandemic in schools in order to determine the factors that influence the application of e-learning in remote learning systems. This study employed a quantitative approach to identify the elements that influence the effectiveness of using technology in distance learning activities. Data collection and data analysis procedure is needed for this research because this research uses quantitative approach to the problem. With respect to the research approach, researchers use methods, analytical techniques, and tools appropriate to the approach quantitatively to get precise results. The research has been successful in examining how information technology is employed in distance learning activities using the Delone and McLean models. As a result, it is possible to make the following conclusions: Google Classroom is the second most widely used program for use in remote learning activities after Zoom. Users' happiness with the usage of apps is influenced by information quality, service quality, user characteristics, and system use in this study.

Abstract

The problem of vehicle routing with capacity is a combinatorial optimization problem that is included in the NP-Hard category. In this article, we suggest an artificial bee colony algorithm, which is a technique inspired by the clever behavior of bees in searching for food sources. To achieve the best outcomes, the artificial bee colony algorithm will be developed in conjunction with other algorithms. To determine how well the artificial bee colony method handles the issue of optimizing vehicle routes with capacity, eight distinct benchmark problems will be completed and then contrasted with other algorithms. The output of this research is a matrix showing the sequence of vehicle routes formed.

Abstract

In addition to assessing the degree of satisfaction with the services offered by the streaming application to its customers, this study seeks to identify the elements that motivate streaming application users in Indonesia to renew their subscriptions in the coming months. The research model employed in this study is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), which also includes variables for content, ethics, and morality in addition to the variables for the expectation-confirmation model (ECM), specifically satisfaction and intention to continue. This study uses a quantitative method with data analysis using the PLS-SEM method with the help of SmartPLS. According to the study's findings, a number of factors influence how likely users of streaming applications are to renew their subscriptions in the months to come, including content, performance expectations, facilitating conditions, hedonic incentive, price value, habit, morals, and ethics. The findings of this study are anticipated to be taken into account when streaming applications decide whether or not to expand in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the acceptance of the use of mobile banking applications and analyze the factors that influence their acceptance. The models proposed in this study are the UTAUT and Delone & McLean integration models. The criteria for respondents in this study were mobile banking users for at least 4 months and using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach. In this study, 5 of the 8 hypotheses were accepted. Then, the factors that affect the acceptance of mobile banking users are obtained, namely performance expectancy, social influence, service quality, and information quality. Then the factors that do not affect user acceptance are effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and system quality. The findings of this study are that 78.3% of users accept that they want to use mobile banking in the future and recommend it to mobile banking developers in the hope that in the future the application will be easier to understand, compatible with all smartphone systems that are used by many people, and system quality will be improved to minimize constraints on the application.
