Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari sejumlah informan kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 di sekolah dasar telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui peran kepala sekolah dalam persiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013 dengan mempersiapakan  pemetaan KD, silabus, RPP, sampai instrument penilaian, sarana dan prasaran sementara pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 kepala sekolah telah membimbing guru dalam pelaksanaan pendekatan saintifik, lingkungan belajar serta penerapan karakter dalam pembelajaran sementara untuk  Penilaian kurikulum 2013 kepala sekolah telah membimbing guru menyusun instrument penilaian sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka secara keseluruhan kepala sekolah telah berperan dengan membimbing guru mempersiapan implementasi kurikulum 2013, melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 serta melakukan penilaian pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013. This study aims to determine the role of school principals in implementing the 2013 curriculum and to find out the mechanism for implementing the 2013 curriculum in State Elementary Schools, Malili District, East Luwu Regency. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from several principals and teachers. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in elementary schools had been carried out well through the role of the principal in preparing for the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by preparing the KD mapping, syllabus, lesson plans, assessment instruments, facilities, and infrastructure while implementing the 2013 curriculum the principal had guided teachers in the implementation of the scientific approach, the learning environment and the application of character in temporary learning for the 2013 Curriculum Assessment, the principal has guided teachers to develop an attitude, knowledge and skill assessment instrument. Based on the results of the study, overall principals have played a role by guiding teachers in preparing the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, implementing the 2013 curriculum, and conducting learning assessments in the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan manajemen mutu pendidik pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur dan adakah hubungan penerapan mutu pendidik terhadap minat belajar siswa SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen mutu pendidik pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur dalam mengoptimalkan minat belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan manejemen mutu pendidik terhadap minat belajar siswa pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. Luwu Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang sebagai wujud dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik dalam bidang kualifikasi pendidikan dan kapasitas pendidikan sangat penting sebagai wujud dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidik yang professional. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to apply quality management of educators at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. East Luwu and is there a relationship between the implementation of the quality of educators on students' interest in learning at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kab. East Luwu. This study aims to determine the application of teacher quality management in optimizing student interest in learning and to find out the relationship between the application of teacher quality management towards students' interest in learning at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, East Luwu Regency.       This type of research was qualitative research. The research was located in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, Malili District, East Luwu Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicated that the quality management carried out at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang as a form of improving the quality of teachers in the field of educational qualifications and educational capacity. It is essential as a form of improving the quality of professional teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru, menggambarkan kinerja guru di SDN 233 Ussu, kinerja guru berdasarkan tugas dan tanggung jawab guru dalam mempersiapakan peserta didik belajar dan mendidik peserta didik dengan budi pekerti, menyiapakan proses pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menyiapakan penilaian. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran kepala sekolah di SDN 233 Ussu dimana kepala sekolah sebagai menejer, pemimpin, adminstator dan supervesor. Peneliti ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh dari sejumlah informan di SDN 233 Ussu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru di SDN 233 Ussu Kabupaten Luwu Timur dapat dikatakan telah baik sesuai dengan kriteria dan sasaran kerja guru yakni telah menpersiapakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran dan menilai hasil belajar serta melengkapi administrasi pembelajaran yang wajib dimiliki oleg guru. Selanjutnya untuk peran kepala sekolah sebagai menejer, pemimpin, administor dan supervesor, kepala sekolah SDN 233 Ussu telah menjalankan perannya dengan sangat baik, meskipun ada sebagaian kecil yang masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan namun secara keseluruhan kinerja guru dan peran kepala sekolah telah terlaksakan sesuai dengan aturan dan uraian tugasnya. This study evaluates teacher performance and describes the performance of teachers at 233 State Elementary School Ussu. Teacher performance based on the duties and responsibilities of teachers in preparing students to learn and educating students with character, preparing the learning process, implementing learning, and preparing assessments. This study also aims to describe the role of the principal at 233 State Elementary School Ussu where the principal is the manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor. This researcher used a qualitative research type, the data was obtained from a number of informants at 233 State Elementary School Ussu. The results showed that the teacher's performance at SDN 233 Ussu, East Luwu Regency could be said to have been good in accordance with the criteria and targets of the teacher's work, namely preparing learning, implementing learning, assessing learning outcomes, and completing learning administration that must be owned by teachers. Furthermore, for the role of the 233 State Elementary School Ussu principal as a manager, leader, administrator, and supervisor, has been carried out very well, although there was a small part that still needed to be improved. Overall, the performance of teachers and the role of the principal has been carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations as well as job description.
