Abstract

Jaringan Perempuan Usaha Kecil (Jarpuk) Mekar Sari Kabupaten Karanganyar berdiri sejak tahun 2004 yang lalu. Anggota maupun pengurus Jarpuk Mekar Sari mayoritas adalah ibu rumah tangga dan telah berusia lebih dari 40 tahun. Sehingga usaha yang dimiliki dan dijalankan para anggotanya relatif sudah berlangsung lama dan masih tradisonal dalam segala aspeknya. Meskipun usahanya sudah berjalan lama, mayoritas para anggota belum memahami arti penting sebuah Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). NIB adalah identitas pelaku usaha dalam rangka pelaksaanaan kegiatan berusaha sesuai bidang usahanya. Permasalahan lain adalah para anggota Jarpuk juga mayoritas belum menyusun laporan keuangan usaha, karena mereka menganggap menyusun laporan keuangan adalah hal yang merepotkan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan legalitas dan laporan keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Siapik. Untuk melihat efektivitas dari pelatihan ini, maka diperlukan pemeriksaan untuk memastikan ketersediaan NIB dan laporan keuangan versi aplikasi Siapik dari anggota inti Jarpuk.

Abstract

This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The Surakarta City Government built the Taman Sriwedari Culinary Shelter to accommodate MSMEs due to the relocation. Most of these MSMEs had to start from scratch because of the loss of customers and the low interest of visitors because most people did not know about the shelter’s existence. The main problem for partners is limited knowledge in marketing and promotion. This service aims to transfer science and technology to MSMEs by implementing mentoring activities in marketing and advertising. The solution to the problem is to optimize information technology based on Google Maps as an alternative media for promoting MSMEs at the Taman Sriwedari culinary shelter. Using this technology, it is hoped that the location of MSME partners will be easier to reach and increasingly known by the public. The method carried out is divided into five stages: initial socialization of the benefits of the google map application as an alternative media promotion, counseling and training on the practice of making, optimizing, and managing google map accounts, addresses on google maps, sharing locations from google maps, and adding photos & reports. Social media on google maps. To identify an increase in the knowledge of MSME partners regarding the material presented, a pretest and posttest were carried out. After the training was held, the impact was that MSME partners experienced increased knowledge according to the target. The evaluation results at each stage of the activity, the showed that the post-teste increased 25% compared to the pretest score. In addition, the outcome of this activity is the ownership of a Google Maps account that has been optimized for each participant. Based on the indicators that have been measured, it can be concluded that this training & mentoring activity is categorized as successful. The expected follow-up in the future is that partners can optimize the use of the Google Map application as an alternative media for promotion independently and sustainably. The hope is that the location of their MSMEs will be more easily accessible and known by the wider community. Partners are also advised not to hesitate to actively discuss with the Univet Bantara Community Service Team if they encounter obstacles.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One form of application that can be used as a digital marketing medium is imooji. The imooji digital application was not yet known to market traders and was only discovered when the PKM team arrived. This community service activity aimed to increase participants' knowledge in understanding the concept of digital marketing using the imooji application, namely contents containing photos of merchandise found at market stalls. The participants in the activity were 8 traders and shop owners. The method of implementing activities was through the application of digital marketing, creating content for the imooji application. This is done because kiosk traders do not understand digital technology. Next, the team provided a brief explanation regarding the use of imooji which can be shared via social media such as WA, FB, and IG. The results of the implementation of the community service activities showed that not all participants are technologically literate and understand how to use imooji via cellphone because half of the participants are elderly, namely over 55 years, thus made it difficult to understand the imooji digital work process. Creating imooji content by providing a link containing a catalog of goods sold at market stalls can be easily shared with various participant social networks. This activity is expected to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era.
