Abstract

In the implementation of information systems Kalisat hospital having some problems are based onaspect the human of information systems is not in accordance with the needs of users, based on aspects of the organization in the implementation of SOP SIMRS has not been found and is based on aspects of technology features that are not running optimally. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of human with variable indicator of user satisfaction, organization with variable indicator procedure of teamwork and technology with the indicator variable quality of the SIMRS in RSD Kalisat. This type of research is quantitative withapproach. cross sectional. Methods of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and questionnaire. The results obtained in this study is the perception of users on aspects of human variable user satisfaction is quite good, on aspects organization in the variable working procedure of the team is not good, in the aspect of technology in the variable quality of the system is quite good, at variable utilization SIMRS is not good . The test results among the variables that influenceaspect human has a significance value of (0.007),aspects of the organization has a significance value of (0.015) and aspects of the technology has a significance value of (0.000). In Nagelkerke coefficient values are a value of 50.7% means that the utilization of RSD Kalisat SIMRS in general is influenced by these three aspects of 50.7%. Keywords: HOT-Fit Model; system information; hospital ABSTRAK Dalam penerapan sistem informasi rumah sakit Kalisat mengalami beberapa kendala yaitu berdasarkan aspek human sistem informasi belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, berdasarkan aspek organization dalam penerapan SIMRS belum terdapat SOP dan berdasarkan aspek technology fitur yang ada belum berjalan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh human dengan indikator variabel kepuasan pengguna, organization dengan indikator variabel prosedur kerja tim dan technology dengan indikator variabel kualitas sistem terhadap pemanfaatan SIMRS di RSD Kalisat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi pengguna pada aspek human dalam variabel kepuasan pengguna adalah cukup baik, aspek organization dalam variabel prosedur kerja tim adalah tidak baik, aspek technology dalam variabel kualitas sistem adalah cukup baik, variabel pemanfaatan SIMRS adalah tidak baik. Hasil uji pengaruh antar variabel yaitu aspek human memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,007), aspek organization memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,015) dan aspek technology memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,000). Pada nilai koefisien Nagelkerke terdapat nilai sebesar 50,7% dapat diartikan bahwa pemanfaatan SIMRS di RSD Kalisat secara umum dipengaruhi oleh ketiga aspek tersebut sebesar 50,7%. Abstract

Kebijakan akreditasi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama berperan memastikan pemerataan mutu pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Sejak 2015, belum ada kajian mengeksplorasi capaian akreditasi Puskesmas seluruh provinsi Indonesia. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui gambaran akreditasi Puskesmas Indonesia dan mengidentifikasi determinan dari karakteristik Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Riset Fasilitas Kesehatan 2019. Sebanyak 8.543 Puskesmas memenuhi kriteria untuk dianalisis. Uji Chi-Square untuk menilai hubungan karakteristik Puskesmas dengan status akreditasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar Puskesmas memiliki layanan rawat inap (56,72%), terletak di desa (48,58%), telah terakreditasi (79,19%), memiliki predikat madya akreditasi (56,07%), dan non BLUD (68,14%). Penelitian ini menjelaskan adanya hubungan kemampuan pelayanan, kategori wilayah, pola pengelolaan keuangan dengan status akreditasi Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan kebijakan akreditasi fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama belum terlaksana secara menyeluruh di Puskesmas Indonesia. Oleh karena itu perlu optimalisasi peran Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota dalam memberikan pendampingan akreditasi terutama Puskesmas dengan karakteristik memiliki layanan rawat jalan, daerah terpencil, dan non BLUD.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada balita yang disebabkan karena kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak tumbuh lebih pendek dibandingkan anak seusianya. Dusun Krajan II yang terletak di Desa Lempeni, Kabupaten Lumajang, memiliki prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi. Selain itu, pedoman gizi seimbang juga masih belum diterapkan oleh seluruh masyarakat, termasuk pada balita di dusun Krajan II, Desa Lempeni. Pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan menjadi kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA merupakan salah satu pencegahan dalam upaya mengatasi kekurangan gizi keluarga. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dan ibu balita dalam menanam dan memanfaatkan lahan di sekitar rumah menjadi kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA yang bermanfaat untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28-29 Agustus 2021, dengan sasaran kader posyandu pada hari pertama dan ibu balita pada hari kedua. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi terkait jenis tanaman, kandungan gizi, dan manfaatnya bagi pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi serta peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas ASI. Selanjutnya, peserta (kader dan ibu balita) bersama-sama mempraktikkan cara menanam tanaman. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi kader dan ibu balita untuk mampu mengenali jenis tanaman dan manfaatnya, serta mampu menanam tanaman dengan baik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini juga mampu menciptakan kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA dengan jumlah tanaman yang lebih banyak. Kader posyandu dan ibu balita diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan kebun gizi dan kebun TOGA secara optimal, dan menerapkannya di lahan pekarangan rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

In addition, the culture of using coffee as a drink has existed since ancient times and is carried out both at the household and community level. The benefits of coffee are increasingly being noticed during this pandemic, along with the many diversification of coffee products, this service is carried out by making aromatherapy candles with waste coffee raw materials in the form of ground coffee as the main ingredient. Imperfectly broken coffee which does not pass the market is generally marketed at a low selling price at the household level. Therefore this service is carried out for PKK women as an effort to improve coffee processing skills into other products. The service will be held in August 2021 using direct practice methods and offline presentation of material with representatives from PKK Dusun Krajan, Patrang District. Based on the results obtained that there is a change in both the knowledge and skills of the participants. Prior to participating in the training, the participants did not know the benefits of coffee and other preparations besides coffee drinks, but after participating in the training, the participants became more aware of the benefits and variety of preparations made from coffee, especially aromatherapy candles made from coffee. In addition, on the skill side, it also increased, where before the training the participants did not have the skills to process aromatherapy candles, after the training the participants became confident to make aromatherapy candles independently.

Abstract

Nowadys, hospital is facing of global competiton era in every field. More or less of new patient is one of the problem of hospital. as a new hospital that has a marketing unit and will develop more of excellent service programs, hospital have to do evaluation of mix marketing programs that have implementated. the purpose of this study is. The kind of this study was a descriptive study with qualytatif approach by indeepth interview , observation and secondary data. There were eight respondent that choosen by purposive sampling. The results of this study were marketing process of hasanuddin university hospital was still has not a pattern yet, just promotion. Service price was base on unit cost of every installation. Then, easy to find outpatient installation because it was at the first floor, the kind of promotion media were brochure, sticker, magazine, website and company visitation. There was hospital funding for training to develop of human resources ability, admission for service easily, prepare of facilities by priority scale. The conclusion of this study was all of marketing mix have attentioned by hospital in making of marketing program.But also have to optimalisation of another product that still has not favorite yet and increase of promotion by electronic or mass media.

Abstract

The hospital as a complete health service unit is currently undergoing development where various standards are used to see the effectiveness and efficiency of health services, some of which are. are BOR and LOS. This research was conducted at RSUSP Dr. Kariadi Semarang, namely in three wards; Basic Peacock, Peacock 1, and Peacock 2. The data used in this study are data from 2017 to 2019. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. It is known that the number of bed capacities in Dr. Kariadi did not experience an increase in the study year. In addition, the number of effective days in the three wards varied with the condition that the number of treatment days was predicted to decrease. On the other hand, the BOR is too high so it is necessary to add more beds.

Abstract

The Puskesmas Sempu Banyuwangi has not carried out retention and destruction of medical record files since 2006. This has caused several problems, such as: staff having difficulty finding patient medical records and limited medical record storage space. This study aims to analyze and prioritize the factors causing the retention and destruction of medical records using the USG method. This research was a qualitative research. The research respondents were 3 medical recorders and the head of the Puskesmas. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that the officers did not have a minimum educational background of D3 medical records, there was no SOP for retention and destruction, there was no budget for retention and destruction, did not have a list of descriptions of the destruction of inactive medical record files, there was no medical record file rack, there was no schedule. retention to perform retention so that retention and destruction of inactive medical record files have not been implemented, there is no scanner or microfilm and there is no inactive medical record file destruction tool. USG analysis shows that education level is a problem and priority to be solved. This study provides suggestions, namely the addition of medical record officers with a minimum background of D3/D4 medical records, and providing training on retention and destruction of medical record files.Keywords: medical record; retention; extermination ABSTRAK Puskesmas Sempu Banyuwangi belum pernah melaksanakan retensi dan pemusnahan berkas rekam medis sejak tahun 2006. Hal tersebut menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti: petugas kesulitan mencari rekam medis pasien dan tempat penyimpanan rekam medis yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memprioritaskan faktor penyebab belum terlaksananya retensi dan pemusnahan rekam medis menggunakan metode USG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Responden penelitian adalah 3 perekam medis dan kepala Puskesmas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petugas belum memiliki latar belakang pendidikan minimal D3 rekam medis, belum ada SOP retensi dan pemusnahan, belum adanya anggaran untuk retensi dan pemusnahan, belum memiliki daftar pertelaan pemusnahan berkas rekam medis inaktif, tidak adanya rak berkas rekam medis, tidak terdapat jadwal retensi untuk melakukan retensi sehingga menyebabkan belum terlaksananya retensi dan pemusnahan berkas rekam medis inaktif, tidak terdapat scanner atau microfilm serta belum terdapat alat pemusnah berkas rekam medis inaktif. Analisis USG menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan menjadi permasalahan dan diprioritaskan untuk diselesaikan. Penelitian ini memberikan saran yaitu penambahan petugas rekam medis dengan latar belakang minimal D3/D4 rekam medis, dan memberikan pelatihan tentang retensi dan pemusnahan berkas rekam medis.Kata kunci: rekam medis; retensi; pemusnahan

Abstract

Data security issues are becoming increasingly serious as the trend of data theft is increasing. This causes not only material losses but also psychological victims. The purpose of this study was to determine how the information security of patient data in the application of RME in terms of information security aspects. The method used is a literature review by analyzing 20 articles from various sources. The results of the study show that from the articles reviewed in terms of 6 security aspects, namely username and password, changes or deletions of data by administrators, electronic signatures and the use of PINs, aspects of using data backup processes to anticipate patient data hacking, restrictions on access rights by using user id & password for each user, as well as log file usage. Overall, health facilities basically have carried out data security on the information systems they use, but in practice there are still health facilities that do not fully meet the data security aspect or are not optimal in using the techniques used. System managers need to develop techniques or ways to secure data more optimally that can fulfill 6 aspects of information security in electronic medical records.

Abstract

Delays returning inpatient medical record files at the Purwoharjo Health Center reached 54.01%, far from the standard 100% return target within 2x24 hours after the patient returned home. The purpose of the study was analyzing the factors causing the delay in returning medical record files at the Purwoharjo Health Center. The research subjects were 8 informants. Collecting data using interviews, observation, documentation, priority problems with USG, and improvement planning to fix problems with FGD. The results of the analysis of the delay in returning inpatient medical record files due to lack of knowledge of officers on the standard of returning medical record files, indiscipline of officers in filling medical record files, SIMPUS often an error, non-optimal use of expedition books, incomplete filling of medical record files, patient motivation in the form of encouragement from medical record officers have been done but officers still often return medical record files delayed. Priority problems include incomplete filling of patient medical files, indiscipline in filling patient medical record files, and lack of motivation in the form of reward. Improvement planning is making SOP for filling the medical record, improving SOP for returning the medical record, posting SOP in every officer room, giving the reward.

Abstract

Readiness assessment prior to RME implementation can help identify processes and priority scales, as well as establish operational functions to support optimization when carrying out RME implementation. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the readiness of implementing RME to accelerate implementation in every hospital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the readiness of implementing RME in hospitals. This study is a literature review. Based on the results of the review, the highest readiness for implementing RME was 7 articles (64%) in the aspect of human resources, the hospital already knew the benefits of RME and the leadership had a commitment to implement RME, while the lowest readiness for implementing RME was 1 article (9%) in aspects of the hospital have made SOP related to RME. The conclusion of this study is that the readiness of implementing RME in hospitals can be increased by forming a special team, providing socialization and training to HR, making SOPs and providing hardware, software and IT staff.Keywords: electronic medical record; hospital; implementation; readiness ABSTRAK Penilaian kesiapan sebelum implementasi RME dapat membantu identifikasi proses dan skala prioritas, serta pembentukan fungsi operasional untuk mendukung optimalisasi saat melakukan implementasi RME. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya analisis kesiapan penerapan RME untuk mempercepat penerapan disetiap Rumah Sakit. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapan penerapan RME di rumah sakit. Studi ini merupakan literature review. Berdasarkan hasil review, kesiapan penerapan RME paling tinggi sebanyak 7 artikel (64%) pada aspek sumber daya manusia rumah sakit telah mengetahui manfaat dari RME dan pimpinan telah memiliki komitmen untuk menerapkan RME, sedangkan kesiapan penerapan RME terendah sebanyak 1 artikel (9%) pada aspek rumah sakit telah membuat SOP terkait RME. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah kesiapan penerapan RME di rumah sakit dapat ditingkatkan melalui membentuk tim khusus, memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada SDM, membuat SOP dan menyediakan hardware, software, dan staf IT.Kata kunci: rekam medis elektronik; rumah sakit; implementasi; kesiapan
